D. W.Emma (I assume the manager) was very kind. I didn't order anything and didn't plan to as I was there to accompany a couple of friends. However, she gave me a free side of chips because she knew I was the only one not having anything. She's a lovely person and my friends can attest to it as well from previous visits!
B. K.Table not clean. Took a while to order as no one explained we had to order on phone. Had to move tables as the first one wobbled too much. Food was nice and the waitress who cleared our food was very friendly and helpful. Other staff were not as helpful.

c. 1.Always loved nandos so it was a no brainer where we needed to go for a meal. I had my blue nhs card and unfortunately I couldn't use it today, however the lovely guy at newcastle says for today he would make an exception. Then after I ordered my meal I forgot about my drink, so he let me have a drink on the house as well. What a lovely charming man he was and the food was delicious again..thank you nandos for such wonderfully helpful staff and such a fulling burger.
H. K.We arrived at Nandos, welcomed by Callum. As we were signing in he realised one of my children had a broken foot or leg by the moonboot he was wearing. I asked for a booth to sit in as find the chairs very cold and uncomfortable. He made sure we were given a booth and helped us into the lift. We really appreciated this as had the longest day and really enjoyed our meal. Food was very well presented and we got ALOT of chips etc.. Only down side was it is quite pricey but worth it if the food is to that standard. Thanks again to Callum and his team for accommodating to our needs. :)

Whole restaurant is lovely and clean, different layout to others I've been too. Lovely upstairs seating area overlooking the Newcastle statue of Remembrance.
The young lady who served me at the counter was really friendly and helpful.
We got halloumi sticks to start followed by these delicious dishes!
M.Don't really like the setup for this restaurant. If you're forced to sit downstairs, you feel abandoned. Never enough cutlery, sauces or staff down there. Not they're fault. They always look harried when downstairs. It's also always freezing down there. Food was standard, nothing to rave about but their new menu changes are relatively good. Don't think I'll be going back.
K. R.Not the best Nando in the area. Staff were more interested in talking to each other than serving meals to customers. I could see our meals on the counter for 5 minutes, when a member of staff asked if there was something wrong. I explained we were waiting for meals that were clearly ready, he said don't worry we're just saying hello to each other ( some people starting their shift) and it was another few minutes before he brought the food to the table. Not my idea of customer service.
S. Q.Not the biggest fan of the upstairs bit. We were seated right in front of the toilets where there are a few tables that feel too crammed together. But other than that the food is brilliant, one of the best nandos I've had, and the staff are all really friendly and helpful.

H.Service was excellent, quick and friendly. The upstairs dining area has excellent views of old Eldon Square. But those were the only redeeming qualities. What’s the most important thing at a restaurant? The food. And of all the Nandos’ restaurants I’ve eaten at, this is the only one where I’ve had a bad meal. The food was dry and tasted burnt. The coke was watered down to almost 50% water, though that’s a company wide complaint. I’ll let them off this time because it’s quite busy, but the chefs here need to get their act together.

Waiter did try and make us pay the extra 20p sugar tax on our refillable drinks, so make sure you check and to be sure you're not being charged extra.

D. C.Nando's is an amazing place, if you want a mecca filled with tasty chicken and unlimited soft drinks. This is the place for you. It may be incredibly biassed and subjective but I am still yet to have a 'bad' Nando's. The fact that Nando's now does takeaway is nothing short of God-like... Keep up the good work!
P. B.Love chicken then this is the venue for you, I simply love the chicken here. I could eat here every day if I could. The lemon and herb is one of the most tastefully - and the sauces are a great edition to all dishes.
M. G.I've been here a couple of times. I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Beware, we went expecting the food to be halal like it is at other Nandos restaurants but this particular shop is not. If you specifically want halal food, we were recommended by the employee to go to the Nandos in The Gate instead.

I. C.I go to nandos a lot and usually I would have given 5 stars. However, on this visit I discovered that NHS only get discounted 20% of one meal instead of the whole order. This really shocked me as they do so much for us.

Soooooo, if you unexpectedly find yourself here cheekily, you'll find a fairly decent but not wide range of food, the prices are a bit high but I've always been satisfied by the food I've got.
Also, thanks to Dave for putting a "Extra Hot" flag in my food, didn't wanna let my date know that I can't handle spice

The wait was almost nil, arrived and brought to the table.
The service was swift.
Good cleaning of the room.

From chicken wings, chicken breast to chicken legs I can only say that the meat was so good that it melted the mouth.
The side dishes and fries were truly delicious.
The price of food is within reach of any wallet.

Il ristorante si presenta molto spazioso e poco rumoroso.
All'entrata non si avverte nessun profumo di cibo o odori di oli esausti,fantastico!
L'attesa è stata pressoché nulla,arrivati e portati al tavolo.
Il servizio è stato rapido.
Buona la pulizia del locale.
Accesso anche ai portatori di handicap.
Dalle alette di pollo,petto di pollo alle cosce di pollo posso solamente dire che la carne era talmente buona che si scioglieva i bocca.
I contorni e le patatine erano veramente deliziosi.
Il prezzo del cibo è a portata di un qualsiasi portafoglio.
