Very tasty kebab with freshly made naan bread, nice salad and meat. They don't speak very good English so was hard trying to get my order right but the end result was very good. Ate in on a very clean table and would definitely recommend it.

I decided to try shawarma again after my last disappointing visit. Really happy to say the quality is right back up there. Once again, this is some of the best food on Chillingham road. Lovely stuff!

Excellent piece of wrap, as I actually opted for a meal deal option for about £7 which also came with a drink of my choice. The restaurant settings stayed neat and the staff were friendly as well. The aroma of the sharwama was amazing as it attracted a colleague of mine in wanting to jump on the offer as well.

The service was good, the food was fine. I ordered something I didn't like so I can't give it full marks but I'm sure plenty of other people would have nommed it down no problem. It's was lamb and it was, to be fair, surprisingly fatty! But like I say, that's a taste thing.

We have loved takeout from this kebab restaurant for over a year, but noticed a recent change in the fresh bread. Seems to be tasteless and was a bit raw. Disappointed this visit but hope next time will be better.

First time trying this place. Had a lamb wrap. First of all. The place is very clean. Staff all wearing gloves and masks. All food covered. That makes a great first impression. The food was all fresh including a hand made wrap which was delicious. My only complaint (and its a small one) is there were a few big bits of fat in the lamb wrap so I guess they should have trimmed the lamb better (ill try the chicken next time). But overall, a very good meal for a good price. I will be back, give it a try :)

The shawarma is amazingly tasty. However when the lady makes it she makes sure the quantity is so less. I don't understand why. The gentleman makes it much better with quantity and quality. Update:- The review has been updated to 5 star. As after the above-mentioned complain you guys took it seriously and the quantity improved by lady. As after the above review I have been to place multiple and could literally see the difference. Thank you so much guys. Really love your food. ❤️

I love this place. Falafels and meat all great quality and cooked to perfection, served with lovely fresh home made flatbreads and generous portions of really nice fresh salads. Fantastic value (particularly the lamb chops which are divine) and great, friendly service from the lovely proprietors. I’m delighted to live around the corner!

Best place for food on Chillingham Road. They don't have a massive menu which is a good thing because it means that the food that they sell they do very well. You can sit in or takeaway. First thing you notice is how clean the place is. It is spotless. Those running in are really friendly. It's nice to see things like the bread and chips cooked fresh in front of you. Portions are massive and really excellent for the price. I've eaten from here numerous times now and everything everything has been really tasty. Highly recommended.

I regularly get a wrap for lunch and it's absolutely delicious every single time whichever one it is - chicken, lamb or falafel. The bread is cooked fresh minutes before hand, the salad is all super fresh and they have lovely pickle sauce which I'd never tried before that compliments the falafel wraps perfectly. These guys know exactly what there doing! Best Shawarma in Newcastle!

As a vegetarian there is very little on the menu that I can eat except for the falafel wraps which are excellent. As a meat eater there is a great choice of food all served in a hygenic environment with fresh ingredients. They cook the wraps in their own ovens which makes this place an extremely popular choice of venues for eating. The food can be purchased to take out or eat in. The price is extremely reasonable. I had a falafel wrap with fresh salad and a huge portion of chips for £4.00. Brilliant!

Best place to eat on Chillingham Road by a mile- can't recommend Shawarma highly enough. The food is incredibly good value - I've never had shawarma this good in the UK. Real meat in the kebabs, and the flat bread/ naan is freshly baked in front of you. Also a good range of salads & v. reasonable prices. Try the soup- I'm never normally fussed about takeway soup but this is incredible. Finally, the staff are lovely.

Wonderful take away shop, nice food and clean place, they do lovely chicken and lamb shawarma, they also do rice and curry and traditional middle eastern qozi meat which ia absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it.
