First time here but I have been to the lounges elsewhere. One of the nicer restaurants in Newport with friendly staff and nice interior. Food is very good and I would come back. Just like the other lounges. We got the veggie brunch, vegan burger and ultimate chicken burger which was a good price.

Have been twice and had good service and food & drinks both times. Had the pancakes with bacon & maple syrup and enjoyed them. The bacon is a bit fatty for me, but that's personal preference and wouldn't put me off ordering it again as it was very tasty. Friendly service as well.

Overall nice atmosphere however food seems to be overdone, or left under heat lamps to go hard and dry. Consequently some food was left uneaten due to being dry. Drinks however were amazing and will defiantly go back for soft drinks again as they were amazing.

We have had brunch here a couple of times. Staff are friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is laid back but the restaurant is well run. You can choose your own table during the day, and order at your leisure via a QR menu. Food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. Recommend the 'Lounge Eggs' in various forms- very tasty and filling. A good selection of dishes and hot and good drinks with various continental lager on tap.

Amazing place to come! Very child friendly with high chairs, baby change, children’s cutlery, books and games. Very friendly and welcoming staff and the food is amazing. I love the ability to order/pay via the website or via the bar too. Definitely coming back.

Always recommend this place to anyone visiting the areas the menu offers some great dishes, staff are always willing to give recommendations and seem super friendly. The restaurant is always kept clean with revalue cleaning taking place which is nice to see, they are also dog friendly

Busy, busy Fathers' Day morning. The food and staff were brilliant. All staff so efficient, especially the three guys out customer facing.... You'd never notice the pressure they were under by getting queues moving, but still not making you feel rushed.

Have been to lots of ‘the lounges’ and always enjoy the food, drink, and general atmosphere, but the staff in Drago Lounge were just too notch, super friendly and accommodating, would 100% recommend! 👌🏻☺️ We didn’t catch our lovely waitresses name but she had a sunflower tattoo on the back of her arm 🌻

I often go here for lunch or breakfast, always happy with the food and service standards. Also have been to Juno lounge in Cardiff many times. Very similar food standard of course as it’s a chain. Today in drago lounge I complained about the orange juice as it wasn’t fresh as was specified in the menu. As I complained to a member of staff I noticed the manager clocked me. 5mins later he came to sit with us for a friendly chat and to apologise. He said he understood why we complained, he would contact head office to deal with this issue, offered us free items although the issue was already sorted. I just felt that he went above and beyond to please us. Very professional and obviously knows hospitality well. Not to shame anyone but I had a similar issue in Juno lounge that ended up in me asking for a refund and eating elsewhere. Thank you Saab (drago manager) 👍

Nice surprise in Urmston. Very friendly environment especially for families with children and kids or pets. Relaxed and easy going with spacious tables. Service is more than adequate and staff is polite and helpful. The menu is interesting with enough options for everyone's taste . Nice lemonades too! I would definitely recommend.

My husband and myself visited today for breakfast. I have allergens, to nuts. The staff were exceptional, and went the extra mile to make sure everyone that I ordered was safe and to my dietary needs. The breakfast was outstanding, good quality products. Great staff, lovely food and great atmosphere. We went at lunch time on a beautiful day and the front was open which was lovely. Lots of mums and babies, which was great for me as I had my little girl with me. Would 10000000% recommend and come back.

Busy evening, and tables a little cramped but we were fortunate enough to get the end of a long table. Service was sharp and efficient. Decided to hit the tapas menu and boy, what a great decision. The tapas board (three dishes from the tapas menu) was delicious, and whilst personally I would have liked slightly larger portions, it was very satisfying. The mango & passionfruit dessert rounded off a lovely meal, and my dining companion's error ordering an extra dessert was swiftly sorted out and refunded. I have every intention to try and get there once a month in future

Our custom is genuinely appreciated and the food and drink is of a really good standard at affordable prices. Went for breakfast late Saturday morning & even though we had to wait for a table the staff were great & got us seated within 15 minutes. Ordered a lounge breakfast (I highly recommend it!) and a flat white and came to just over £12! What more can you ask for on a Saturday morning! Great work guys 👍🏻

We would like to thank Benny, Bebe, Rafe, Sarah D, Kayleigh and Carys for their friendly and helpful service on an important day for us. Our daughter loved to have a meal on her birthday at Drago Lounge but she passed away 5 years ago and today would have been her 30th birthday. So we carry that on for her and every year the staff are amazing and the food is always lovely. I normally have what she used to like having, but unfortunately they have stopped doing it. But I'm sure she was happy with what I picked. Thank you all again

1st visit, loved the decor, very arty. You place your order via an ap or by linking via http. Despite this it took 40 mins for my Latte ( which was flat and white in a latte glass ) and a toasted teacake to arrive. Rather a long time i thought for such a simple order. No choice of jam for my teacake and when asked provided blackcurrant which i dont like. Staff are lovely and very accomodating . Seating indoors and outside , however seating very near the busy road .

It's a good place for families, they accommodate pets, there's a craft table for children (so that they don't get bored while they're waiting for the food), although there wasn't much of a wait. My husband and baby daughter met an old friend for coffee and food. We had the Avocado Brunch and ordered cheese on toast for my daughter. It took a while to queue and order the food but the Avocado Brunch was worth it. It was delicious - we'd highly recommend it. The cheese on toast was unfortunately extremely burnt. Not just a bit burnt - it was black. We picked off the cheese to give to our daughter but couldn't give her any of the toast because it was not edible. We did mention it to the lady who cleared our table but she didn't even really acknowledge what we'd said. Unfortunately it would make me think twice before going here again which is a shame as it's in a great location and as mentioned, can produce great food.

Food is okay though menu is quite limited, especially if you’ve been there a few times and want a change. Fries go cold pretty quick sadly. However, the buttermilk chicken is particularly nice. It’s great that they cater for children too and provide toys for them to play with. Don’t quite like the idea of it being a dog friendly place. After all, who wants pets around whilst you’re trying to enjoy your meal with a friend and they’re sniffing about. Best to go here late afternoon if you want to get a table sooner rather than later as it is very busy in the evening and at night.

I don't usually leave reviews for bars/restaurants like this as they're often 10 a penny. However as someone who eats out regularly I cannot be more impressed with this particular lounge site. We visited on a Sunday afternoon at 1pm. It was pretty busy but we luckily found a table upstairs. The menu choice was wide and properly catered for my four and six year old. I went for the breakfast with a few extras. Less than 5 mins after ordering we had our drinks, 10-15 mins later our food arrived. Everything was properly cooked and well prepared. Presentation was above the norm and more importantly every family member cleared their plates. The staff we encountered were all obviously busy but still very friendly and took time to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The general atmosphere was spot on, the toilets all clean and tables cleared quickly. I would 100% return to this location and can understand why it's so popular with local families. Good job Benavo Lounge!

This is a real strange one. Food is good, and good value. Had a lounge breakfast and a filter coffee which was a little pricey but all the ingredients were good quality. The service is a bit of an issue. They're either over the top, TGI Fridays style annoying or dead behind the eyes. Can't believe for the life of me that the Benito Lounge in Chorlton is managed by the same people, that one is twice as nice.

Great food (especially the vegan burger and I say this as a carnivore), lovely staff, family friendly, good wifi.. one of my favourite spots in Urmston. We come here on weekdays for lunch and remote working (had a full google hangout meeting on the wifi no problem). We also come on weekends for lunch and boardgames - tables are big enough and there are sofas when we're worn out. Couldn't ask for more.

When you walk in, it's impressive and looks like a nice place. The coffee is good but the food i had (avocado brunch i think it might have been called) was quite bland. The egg was overcooked inside and the bread had a purple sheen as though beetroot had sat on it at some point. Not bad, just feels like another person had said: like a weatherspoons and lacks some soul.

Walking into a bar to see the whole place full with reserved tables, and nowhere for ad hoc diners to sit, set the scene. Over 40 covers reserved and families left traipsing up and down stairs in a steady stream. It would help if the staff could at least warn you, that searching for a seat is futile, rather than enjoying your frustration. Red wine from Quality save being knocked out, and frozen food...... But it's still the best of a pretty pitiful bunch. No Guinness ( that's personal!), but it is dog friendly, and that I love! Agree with other feedback too, nothing personal about this place, they're rubbing there hands together quite frankly, but it's the only place you would take the In Laws in Urmston. Saving grace is the bubbly girl behind the bar, she's a keeper!! I wish them well, and are glad they've arrived, I just hope they get slicker in the new year!!

Bevano lounge is a very nice dog friendly cafe restaurant lots of different scrumptious foods ranging from breakfast to tea and there are several different offers on Tuesday Mondays and Thursdays.even if you are not going through me all the drinks are nice and they have a range of different drinks for everyone from fresh orange juice to Coca-Cola.
