A popular fish and chip shop ehich I visited with my family while on holiday on the Isle of Wight. My only criticism is that the food was particularly greasy insofar as the grease was soaking through all the paper wrap. Other than that everything was fine. Portion sizes were good and all the food tasted very good and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. There was a wait for the food but that was simply because it was all cooked fresh to order which is the way it should be. The place could do with a bit of a face-lift but that would only increase prices so I can live without it.

I won’t go anywhere else for my fish and chips in Freshwater!! A must go to when regularly visiting the Island. Good quality fish, reasonably sized too. Decent chips as well. Always a little wait as the food is cooked fresh. Reasonably priced too.

Great fish and chips and thier grilled chicken kebab with all the trimmings was fantastic.

We took along an order for 25 scouts they had 10 minutes warning. All the meals were different pizza, fish and chips,burgers,kebabs etc . They were so on the ball and managed to get the lot done in under 20minutes. Good portions and no complaints from the young people . Really friendly and helpful…best I’ve seen cope with this type of order.. Thank you guys for making it stress free for us . Leaders and scouts of the 27th Plymouth scouts and explorers.

Popped in for a large Donner kebab and large lamb shish kebab. Awesome asked for all the trimmings on the Donner it was vast. Looked like a train wreck on the plate, but tasted awesome. Well impressed cheers guys. 🍻

A popular takeaway. The family and I opted for Doner and Chicken kebabs. My lamb doner was exquisite. It is not often I find a place whose lamb meat is not greasy, but Totties lamb doner was light, nicely spiced (not too heavy) and oil was too a minimum. It made an excellent meal for a weary traveler heading back from the Needles👌. Also, thumbs up for being environmental, as the doners were wrapped in paper rather than in a polystyrene box, just need to replace the plastic forks with those wooden/bamboo ones. Not a problem for us as we will reuse them for many more meals (until they break).

Don’t know why this is a low rating ? We’ve had 2 lots of food from here and it’s been really good, I would recommend try it !
