Firstly,this place is great. We booked a table for a small group of friends. The manager said he would be taking care of us. He did. The staff were all helpful. The food was really good and the place was spotless. From the moment you walk in to when you leave,everything is perfect.The prices were reasonable,food drinks etc. I can't say one negative thing about chilli village. I will be going back again. Thank you to the manager and your staff. 👍

Our food was “superb”, the way my husband put it. We enjoyed every single dish - seafood sharing platter, seafood salad, Greek salad, main of king fish, fish soup - all very, very tasty! The service was excellent! Very friendly and accommodating, considering that I don’t eat milk and dairy products. Well impressed with this place, will be back!

Went on Valentine’s Day, understandably it was busy but my god the service was shocking. Women with a tablet in her hand looked flustered and offered no welcome. We sat down and it took 35mins for someone to ask us something. Not even about an order so I said can we order drinks. 10mins later someone came to take our order… we had the 3 course meal as it was a special menu. So when she came with the drinks I ordered everything together. We arrived at 6:30 and left after 9:30. Waited 45mins to get the bill. I’m not always so confident to grab a waiter or waitress, but I expect them to wait my table.. the food was nice but nothing amazing. The only saving grace was a lovely worker called joy who looked like she was doing everything. Never have I ever had service as bad as that.

Had a wonderful evening celebrating with friends for a birthday meal. We found all staff nothing but friendly, the bar staff were really professional a big thanks to Jake and Caitlin for the recommendations on the cocktails they were amazing!! We were also made to feel welcome by the waiters and waitresses so can’t fault the customer service and would also like to point out how knowledgeable they were on the menu. As for the food it was superb! I’d highly recommend the meat platter and the desserts were delicious! Thank you to Rafi, Adrian and the manager Chris who even though the restaurant was busy they still made time and effort for us and made our evening really special and I thought a nice touch making us aware of who they were. Will definitely be back! And would highly recommend to all my family and friends.

Service and welcome was outstanding. Our waiter was knowledge about the ingredients of our food. The made sure we were well looked after. The person who cooked our food came out later and asked us how was our experience and showed us around including they're lush basement which can hold private parties..the food was delicious. We're from Birmingham so we can go again but not as often as we'd like. The decor is awesome..every where you turn there is something interesting to look at. If they could get they're bar staff to be as welcoming then I think 5 Stars is just deserved...would definitely go again.

Me and my daughter came here for a Wednesday lunch. Beautiful Mediterranean décor, warm cosy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and very attentive. The food was absolutely bang on.. tender chicken, the potato nicely cooked, very fluffy, vegetables cooked to perfection. Good portions, we just managed to stuff our afters in..😋 All in all a very pleasant experience 👌

The only disappointment from a fantastic restaurant was the £3.50 charge for a spoon of garlic mayonnaise major disappointment as the food was gorgeous, the kurdish waiter was superb!! Very attentive. The restaurant was so like we weren't in the uk. We will be going back.

Rustic-Elegant Theme Restaurant Chilli Village is not at all what I expected. With its "country-style" decor and fittings it exudes the atmosphere of high-end restaurant you find in some of Turkey's rural areas. Indeed, everything has been presented "just so". I wandered in here with a party of four on a Friday night, without having booked a table. Staff were extremely welcoming and worked to accommodate us despite the restaurant bring exceedingly busy. The food itself was prepared to perfection, and of excellent quality. Prices are on the high side, but well within reason, considering Chilli Villages overall quality and atmosphere. It's also worth noting that the menu contains a wife choice of vegetarian dishes. Full marks. I'll be coming back here.

This had to be one of the nicest restraunts I've ever seen. The devotee is undescribable. The amount of detail and time spent is amazing. We wondered around just looking at everything hotter 30 minutes. The stag and dogs wad equally add good and I can't say enough. Try it, you will love it. The steak and chips were delicious.

Baked canembert on the menu with bread to dip, I got deep fried brei triangles and the lad said oh the crusty bread must be the breadcrumbs round it, the cheese board was also missing most of its elements. The food is always top notch. The chef never cease to amaze with the presentation and the ingredients used. I really like to come here to experiment new dishes. The person that have decorated the bottom floor restaurant have a really eclectic taste, as the rooms are all finished to the minute detail and all tell a different story.

The decor was fantastic! This is hands down the best looking restaurant in Northampton. When you step inside it literally looks like you've stepped back in time. Whoever designed this should be commended as there is so many intricate touches that give it an exceptional feel. The starters were massive which was welcoming as it's slightly higher priced then most places, the menu was varied and interesting and the drinks menu is vast. Only slight issue was that the main meals were at a £14 minimum but everything we ordered was top quality. Would certainly go back!

We just got back from our valentines dinner at the Green Loft (vegan restaurant) and both me and my partner loved it. The decor is really cool and warm, very natural in feel. The service was superb, very friendly and helpful. And the food. My word the food. It. was. amazing. We both absolutelyl LOVED the food, 3 courses and drinks for 2 people only came to £50 and considering the generous portions and quality I'd consider it a very fair price. It took a fair while for us to get each course (other than dessert) but we were happy with this and it's what you expect when your food is cooked from scratch, so more than happy to wait. Will definitely be going back soon.

Staff were friendly and looked after our party of sixteen well. Food was well cooked and the presentation was top notch. The decor is a cross of old country and western mixed with Mexican, which sends a crossed message with the menu. However, I cannot fault the food and service which is exactly what you want from a restaurant.

It was our first visit to the chilli villages green loft, we thought the decor was really different and very nice! There is a small pay and display car park literally next to chilli village that was very convenient. We thought the upstairs Vegan restaurant was very well laid out, everything was nice and clean, there was a bar serving a nice selection of drinks, and an open kitchen. We loved that we could see our food being made, it was a nice touch! Our waitress was polite, helpful and very friendly. There wasn't a lot of other customers when we were there but we were there rather early in the evening. The selection on the menu was brilliant, with clearly marked allergen information, we didn't try the starters, instead opting to have mains and a deserts, we thoroughly enjoyed every we had. We intend on coming back again very soon and would highly recommend this restaurant.

The main I went for a vegetarian paella, however this main course was bland and could do with more flavour. Overall I would recommend this place as this was my first visit. Would like to try more from their menu but would possibly avoid a big starter to keep room for a main personally.

This was the most amazing place I’ve been for a long time, my girlfriend took me here for my birthday and we both didn’t know what to expect, however we was utterly blown away not only by the incredible decor but the service was outstanding!! The gentleman who hosted us today was kind enough to show us around and told us how everything was custom made or an antique from private collection. A shame that the food let's the place down because I thoroughly enjoyed the live jazz band, smart and polite waiting staff and fantastic cosy decor. Nonetheless my £25 sirloin beef Christmas dinner was tough, overdone rather than pink as advertised and disappointing to say the least. Vegan chocolate torte was a much better standard but definitely felt like it came out of a packet rather than freshly made. The Christmas pudding served to my friend was cold, served with no cream or brandy sauce and tasted rather stale. All in all it's a real shame that the food is such a let down, because it could be an incredible experience with friends as the place really does look fantastic. Unfortunately this is the second time I've been for food there and come home feeling very disappointed, it is expensive for what it is but thankfully I convinced myself the price tag is justified by everything else. I hope this improves as I really want to be able to change this review one day!

So i drove past this place a few times and was drawn to the very unique building. We went here for my birthday in Jan and were not dissapointed.
