Volkan, AC and Dad run a great Chip Shop. The quality of the fish is excellent and very well priced. These guys maintained service to the elderly all thorough Covid and should be applauded for doing so, also stayed open to the general public as much as they could. For those leaving bad reviews about the quality of the chips and how they are cooked, maybe it could be a change in potatoes. Been using the shop since it opened and never an ssue. You won't find nicer guys or better fish and chips in Norwich. Like everywhere and everyone if you treat them with respect and are friendly you'll get the same back. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

Usually have just pies from here, but had fish today. The haddock and plaice were cooked to perfection, and chips good as always. Always impressed with the service and speedy delivery.

Food is nice, probably the best chips locally but I am now sick of not getting the full order on delivery. Literally every order is missing 1 item, tonight was missing curry sauce again 😕 . Normally it's a sausage or a bit of chicken. No other delivery we have, has ever missed things as often as the boundary this can't be just an oversight, feels more like a scam!

Really disappointed tonight, ordered large cod, wedges and curry sauce. No wedges instead 3quids worth of chips. Why is this the 2nd time when you call me usually. I am not paying 9quid for cod and chips to be told why didn't I tell the driver. Err cos they were gone by the time I opened your little present. Curry sauce was so thick I could of hung a poster up. As I said on phone, this post is telling you again I'll be going elsewhere.

Has gone downhill a little recently, much smaller chip portions and most noticeably of all, the woman that's now working behind the counter is really quite cold and unwelcoming, seems to think some customers aren't good enough to frequent the establishment! No more smiling friendly and welcoming service as we had before. The cooking and ingredients are still superb. Delicious batter, fish, chicken. So still rated a 3. Used to be a 5!

Initially tried the Boundary fish bar during their opening event and wasn't overly impressed. This evening I thought I'd give them another go and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Friendly staff, willingly offered a skinless option for the fish, which was cooked very well, served with a generous portion of chips and a battered sausage to eat on the way home - delicious! Overall, I'm impressed by the quality of the food and service provided and would recommend the Boundary to others.

At last a fish and chip shops that delivers quailty fish and chips YEAH !!. At a reasonable price, good portions, nice staff what more can you ask. The batter was crisp and not to thick, it and the fish were cooked perfectly. Th chips were again crisp on the outside, but fluffy in the middle. I also had mushy peas which were also very nice. I would highly recommend Boundary Fish Shop, Well done Guys and Girls will be ordering again soon :-)

Fresh cooked fish, served in a neat cardboard box to protect it. Fantastic chips and great fast and efficient service. Would definitely recommend it for one of the dish and chip shops I've visited in the area. Friendly and helpful staff too.

Best fish and chips in Norwich and nice service. Don’t be lazy, go there, order and wait. That’s the best way to get the best product - everything is made to order. That’s the secret. Not surprised that people are giving bad reviews on the delivery, it’s not made for that.

Delivery on time, food is really nice, No toy in the kids meal unfortunately as it was stated in menu. But I ordered larg cod, my daughter small cod and chips. They were both pretty much the same size. So a little confused.

Beautifully cooked fish that's fresh, chips are decent, fishcakes too. Have recently added burgers to the menu and they are pretty good too. Service is great and staff are friendly.

Ordered through the website for delivery, food arrived within 15 mins, all hot and lovely. I would suggest a louder knock on the door as it was pure luck we saw the guy walk away from the house. Would definitely use again.
