Reviews of Five Guys Norwich
L. B.
Always friendly staff at the Norwich branch,. it is ultimately fast food but five guys isn't like the average fast food place. Best smashed burgers, done the way the customer wants with free toppings. Chips and shakes being amazing is the cherry on the top. Its expensive, but its also worth every penny.
T. L.
First (and probably last) visit with a friend who'd been raving about the place for a fair while now. We happened to find ourselves in the area together and decided to go for a nice bite to eat.
First impression - Quite liked the 50's diner style decor which is pretty much in keeping with a burger joint. The let down was that it looked as if it'd been neglected since the 50's. It just generally looked tired and in need of refreshment. Bins inside the dining area were full and overflowing too, which didn't help create a positive experience.
Food ordered and the price was a bit shocking, but expectations high due to my friend's description of the food being outstanding. Service was polite and fairly quick, with the food coming out in around 10 minutes. For the price, I'd have expected a table service pretty much anywhere.
After all the expectation, the food was distinctly average. Nothing at all special about the fries. The burger was fine, but again didn't really stand out from any burgers I've had elsewhere at much less cost. The best part was the milkshake. Overall, not worth the money. The reason it is three stars is because of the speed of service and politeness of the staff, otherwise it'd would have been a two.
A. C.
Had lunch here with my kid, it's expensive but nice food. No kids menu (chap on till pointed out they do 'little burgers' but I don't think that's quite the same).
The burgers come as a double patty and you can pick as many toppings / sauces as you like, which is a nice novelty. We also got chips, which whilst was expensive was a fair size and did the two of us fine. Milkshakes are also nice, but again they are about £5, so you would hope so at that price...!!
I. a. m.
Food was nice, but the portion size based on what you paid just wasn't justified.
For example, £10 for a bacon and cheese burger, on its own, for scale, it was the size I'd give to a kid's meal
I would give more stars as the taste was good, freshly made, but the price to size ratio is awfully unbalanced
If the fries were included in the price for the burger, it would be more balanced, but you have to pay for fries on top.
This is the type of restaurant that you visit once out of curiosity, then once it's off your bucket list, you'll forget it exists
R. H.
The absolute best burgers ever, staff here are amazing too which just makes it even better. It was clean and inviting and so quick and as always cooked fresh to order. Norwich five guys is the best one by far!
S. W.
Jack P, many thanks for the best 5 guys burger I’ve ever had. They’re good anyway but this had a retarded amount of salad and sauce and was the best thing since sliced bread. Hope to see you again soon!
R. H.
Mediocre service, expensive for an average experience. Cheese burger fresh and tasty, well cooked and good ingredients. Sloppy presentation, very annoying loud music, which spoiled the occasion more than anything, and is the reason I will not return.
H. R.
Foods good always is in five guys.
How ever some of the staff let the rest down. When we was standing there we watched 4 members of staff running around working hard trying yo get orders done from the grill then when ig came to fries and packing its ground to a snails pace.
M. V.
Very good. First quality burger I've had with a normal seeded bun, NOT brioche. This is the nearest I've had to zaks. I wish that people would forget about trying to be trendy and ask for dirty fries etc... what are they? All I want is the zaks burger that used to be on the castle meadow before the mall. This could be the nearest I can get. Very good meal.
M. G.
Great food, but the pricing at Five Guys in the UK seems a smidge too high.
The key to most of eating and ordering here is to realize that a large order of fries is plenty for a family of 5, they’ll cut burgers and hotdogs in half so you can split them for kids, and you can ask for an extra cup for the shakes so you can split those as well.
I’d say £1 cheaper on every menu item would be more appropriate. £3.25 for the regular sized soda for example is a bit much. I don’t know the ins and outs of what their sources are for everything over here versus in the US so maybe that explains the prices based on what the level of quality is for the ingredients.
C. B.
I’ll tell you no lies, the best fries are found at five guys 💪
Biscoff milkshake is a must!
S. G.
Expensive burgers but yummy milkshakes
Fries or chips stay fresh and nice untill evening.
D. B.
I do love this place. The burgers are very good indeed and knock the socks off McDonald's. The challenge is working out what to put on it - I wasn't very adventurous but will have a play in future.
My only complaints are that the fries seem comparatively expensive and that the patties could be crisper on the outside, but that is just how they make them.
A.
The staff are really helpful and friendly. I don't often get one but I do love a 5guys burger and the flexibility is a win for a fussy eater nephew.
The only reason it's not 5 stars is I never did much like the hollow unorganised feeling of the decor. It doesn't remind of American diner.. its more like bloke with poor imagination!
C. H.
The food is really delicious & it’s good to know that everything is cooked freshly every time. I do think think that it is quite overpriced for what it is and for where it is (Norwich)... 1 cheese burger, 1 burger without a bun, 1 portion of chips & 3 soft drinks came to £31 😳 Although the food tastes good, I’m not sure it’s THAT good.
C. G.
Honestly I had thought 5 guys was overrated in the price and yes it's expensive but they do have some of the best burgers and fries I've had. Service is fast and the restaurants decor is pretty different. The burgers themselves are simply good but the range of toppings makes for a fantastic sloppy burger. The drinks options offer fantastic options, some of which are quite refreshing.
Finally the chips are just sublime, the nutty taste simply makes them the best chips.
J. O.
Tried this place out and it's a really good place to go to for a burger. My first Five Guys too. Atmosphere and staff are brilliant and I enjoyed my meal there.
R. J.
Grabbed an early dinner mid-week here while visiting and I gotta say, there is a difference in quality from other burger places (Five Guys is superior).
Also, I do like a restaurant with a view of people passing by.
I. N.
Good burger, service was a bit slow. I was there on my lunch break on a Thursday and they were not particularly busy. Pricey for what it is.
H. “. D.
Great burgers and loads of fries. Worth every penny!
K. H.
Superb food! Burgers and fries some of best I have ever tasted - my son also had a milkshake and it was delicious (and of course, the machine worked unlike other brands).
We spent just over £30 on two burgers with fries a Coke and a milkshake.
Presentation is a little poor as burgers wrapped in foil and looks a little unappetising once opened (but tasted delicious!)
M. A.
Great burgers and shakes to be had here and bacon dogs to die for. Great USA feel and staff on the ball and quick to serve. Awesome.
n. w.
Amazing staff. Just let me use the baby change and they're not even open yet.
Post-mix is always dialed in nicely too
Five stars
R. B.
Expensive for what it is but the food is so much better then McDonalds or burger king. Possibly the best french fries ever.
A.
I mean yeah it's really expensive... But it's genuinely worth it imo. Some of the best food I've ever tasted.
C. R.
Burger, all the way with Jalapeños and Cajun spiced fries. Aa good as any other 5 Guys we've been to. All great. 👍
R.
Love it so much here. That really is a tasty Burger. The chips are amazing. & free nuts. Will keep coming back.
Marked 4 stars as the upstairs and stair floors were very slippery and quite dangerous.
C. W.
Bacon cheeseburger with own choice of sides was very good. Freshly cooked two beef patties. Chips freshly cooked as well. But not cheap £32 for two of us. Good selection of cold drinks with free refills - just wish they did hot as well.
L. F.
In Norwich on business for the next 2 weeks. First visit and I'm loving it! Pearl Jam playing and the food is amazing. I'll be coming back daily. Excellent! Thanks
D. C.
Milk shake burger fries were all great , to easy to eat 😋
D. N.
It's a good burger, fries and milkshake combo meal.
a. m.
We had an awesome meal here. Yes it's burgers and fries but they do it well. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
The seating area was clean and it had a really relaxed atmosphere.
The milkshakes are something else - bacon flavour 😋 yes please!
D. P.
First time I had taken my girls here. They loved it. Fries are the best, and the milkshakes just amazing. Not cheap, but the food is really good. Plus bottomless soft drink top ups.
J. H.
Can't fault food or staff, worth every penny, however feel like need to mention I think you need a baby-changing station in the restrooms. Thanks!
j. h.
Burgers are lovely and the bacon is crispy in the burger I had mini burger and mini fries was big enough for me will go again
J. C.
Just all right for me. 30 pounds for two burgers one large fries and two cokes, very overpriced for what we recived.
J. C.
The veggie was yummy and so was the fries! Staff were friendly and quick.
V. P.
Pretty nice. Expensive thought. 3.65 for a drink? Get a grip! At least they had re fills.. At least I did. 😅
J. Q.
The food is decent quality, the staff are lovely and I enjoy the American aesthetic. However... I have no idea why the food is so expensive. Food is cheap in America. Five Guys is American. Its like if spoons opened an upscale place in America. Doh. Nobody is stupid enough to not remark on and somewhat resent the prices. The vegetarian options are much more reasonable, though, and I'm glad they haven't taken the decision to just rinse veggie pockets because they can.
G. K.
Really good burgers, quite pricey but definitely worth going to every now and then. Fries are really good aswell :D spiced onces are the best
A. C.
16.04.2021- Just love the place and the food. The burgers are delicious and the Cajun fries are just too good.
I love the way they allow customization of the toppings for your burger.
The quantity for fries is as always the best and the staff even advised me to go for a smaller portion size for fries as he suggested it would be too much for me. Loved the assistance to ensure I am not overcharged and the food is not wasted.
For Covid restrictions they are continuously sanitizing the store and asking customers to place order online if possible and wait outside to collect it which is really useful as well.
A. C.
Never had a bad burger from here, worth every penny
M. M.
Probably the best burger place I have visited. The burger was cooked perfectly, still juicy but cooked through. Fries were very tasty too. Would definitely eat there again.
A. V.
Nice food overall. Fries were good, burger was good, but they forgot my mushrooms. Much better than the last time I went though. Bit pricey still though as well.
Z.
Good food but rubbish service. Been here a few times and their food has been good each time. But went there about a week a go only to find the the kid behind the counter was busy chatting to a customer, at first I thought they were talking about his order or something until I realised they were just having a random chat about school. I easily waited a good 5 minutes and they were still busy chatting on. Got fed up and left in the end.
l. t.
Five guys has got to be in my top 5 places to go. Burgers are always very very good and always to my liking.
Milkshakes are in my top 5, some of the best milkshakes I have had
If you haven’t had a five guys definitely go. It is on the expensive side but well worth it
A. B.
Long wait for overpriced, mediocre food. I know this is a popular chain, I just don't know why. Same burger and fries for $6.50 in the US but over £15.00 here, which is too much for somewhere without table service. Won't return.
N. L.
Good tasty burgers could could a little clearer with portion size e.g. medium is enough for 2 to.3 people. And the food is expensive 1 adult and 2 children £42. I would recommend but only on special occasions.
H. “. N.
A fine fast food, takeaway burger but at restaurant prices.
An occasional treat.
J. W.
Always a friendly service at this restaurant. Prices are a little high, but portions are large and burgers have a decent taste. Restaurant is clean and spacious, with extra seating upstairs. Hopefully the free nuts will return soon when Covid is over. Drinks are refillable and there's plenty of choice.
L. B.
Amazing burgers friendly staff very clean
m. s.
Very good burger, chip portion massive!!
S. F.
Fantastic food, a great place for a date or to just chill with friends. A bit on the pricey side but the burgers are well worth it!
A. A.
Best burgers ever... Especially with 3 beef patties!
A. C.
Great and swift service, always wonderful food, we keep going back!
J. A.
One doesn't get much for the £12. The burgers are a bit on the small side. But the upstairs window seats are good for looking out onto Norwich.
M. B.
Great quality burgers, excellent shakes and really good skin on fries. Service is always good, you can see the food being cooked. For a fast food joint its brilliant. Only negative is price, very expensive. I usually order drinks and fries to share for the family.
h. t.
Good food but more expensive than I expected.
j. c.
Very expensive burger with chips but it was nice for a change.
k. p.
It's five guys! Yeah it's expensive but my god it's good burgers!!! Nom a nom
c. k.
I came in late, close to closing time, i felt bad for it, but the staff could not be more accommodating they were absolute legends to be honest. Five guys Norwich is a great place to get a burger
s. e.
Great ! If you have the money . Not so , if you don't . Having said that everything tasted wonderful , my coffee shake esp' . But be warned £60 for 5 of us .
Mr Scrooge 🙂
H. M.
Tried it. Partner had a fantastic burger. My only option as a non-beef eater was a vegetable sandwich. More options needed.
C.
A fast food chain with good quality burgers, fries and milkshakes. However, the food is a bit on the expensive side. Overall, very nice.
S. B.
Food was quick and tasty. Good burgers, but fairly over priced for what you get, especially when you have to pay extra for extra toppings. But generally, is an okay place to get some quick grub.
C. “. L.
Food was banging, burger was on point, and the shake was leng, was such a great meal and love love love the food.
Little slow on service hit worth the wait
I.
Great customer service and good tasting food, it would of been expensive for a burger if it wasn't for the 50% off. The only slight issues we had would of been too much seasoning on the fries and burger should be rested just for a 1min or so then the bun wouldn't be soaking in fat.
W. W. U. H.
Tasty chips and milkshakes ❤️👍🏻
N. B.
Really tasty burger with good choice of toppings which are free! Reasonable cost too
M. C.
Food is normally very tasty! Really good burgers and good portion sizes.
Good service, only downfall would be the prices are extremely high! for what it is.
m. k.
Nice staff, spacious place.
Delicious burgers and tasty milk shake as always.
K. B.
This place does the most delicious burgers but it is incredibly expensive and couldn't afford to eat here very often. The milkshakes are sublime and on a hot day just what you need to cool down. The fried portions are so massive a small can feed two people easily. The staff are always happy and patient while deciding what you want. I will definitely be returning!
C. N.
First time ever going into there this evening. Partner kept wanting me to try it but I was too fussy with the price for a burger and chips and maybe a milkshake. Actually caved and by God I'm glad I did. Having a fresh burger made to order and chips it was great and so nice. I also have a milkshake and it was amazing. My partner gave a £5 tip after we ordered and I can see why. Everyone was friendly and even told us we could save money by swapping the sizes of things which made me very happy. For three people we got 3 little bacon cheeseburgers and a medium fries and my milk shake came to £30.60 I'm pretty happy with that.
T. C.
Loved it!
First time there, the staff were super helpful in helping us order and collect our food, really nice baby seat (not the usual wooden ones you get) for our daughter to be seated.
Service was quick and food was second to none! Burger was out of this world and the chips!... Never had chips like this before! Maybe yeah it's pricey... As such, don't go in there expecting McDonald's prices but the quality and portion sizes explain that all away!
My fiance also had a milkshake and this was amazing too... Really thick! My daughter even had a little bit of it 😂
This was my first time ever trying five guys but 100% will not be me and my families last!
A Big Big thank you to all the staff in Norwich Five guys for making my families trip a really good day out!
L. G. (.
Great food, friendly staff, a bit overpriced but we mostly know that going in. My only real complaint is the nightclub volume level of the music. Why must it be so loud?
C. W.
Was not to bad and for me nothing to shout out about, burgers were really good but I thought was a bit pricey for what I had. I think it as about £5 quid for a shake? Check the price list. Good novelty eat out good customer service.
C. T.
First visit and yes, was impressed by the shakes, another fan here!
J. S.
Best. Burgers. EVER!
And the cajun fries? Daaaamn...
f. c.
Quick service and good food, and the staff member that served me was brilliant and friendly very happy
E. N.
My first Five Guys experience tonight and what a pleasant surprise! Jack on the till was sound; friendly and efficient, gave tips about the right portion sizes for us that turned out to be spot on. Even Elena the manager gave service with a smile. And then the food itself - I opted for the perfect balance of mushrooms and relish on a very tasty burger and the peanut oil fries were to die for. We’ll be back.
A. K.
Ive only been here once as I'm not from the area. The cost is a bit more than you'd expect to pay in the usual fast food chain BUT the quality of the burgers was amazing. I'll definitely go back.
I recommend the Milkshakes and Cajun chips. It was busy but managed to get seating upstairs. There's an open kitchen so you can see your order being prepared fresh.
D.
A bit pricey for a fast food burger but tasted nice. I did notice that the amount of fries you get seemed to have reduced even though they still cost £4.50
J. T.
Had a malted milk thickshake, delicious.
P. H. (. P.
While the interior is pretty bland and the prices quite high, especially sides (including fries), they really are good burgers. You order and take a ticket and it is made to order as you can choose your toppings such as jalapenos or tomatoes. It takes maybe five minutes. The fizzy drinks come with free refills. From memory expect to pay around £12 for burger, fries and a drink.
T. S.
Consistently great every time we visit.
A. D.
Better the second time round. Best go for the spicy coating on the chips as it's delicious. Burgers are fresh, the buns are soft and not too thick so the flavour you get is all from the filling. Would score higher except that it's ludicrously expensive for burger, fries and a drink. Other high street burger chains pale in comparison in terms of taste and freshness, but they are affordable, which five guys isnt. Maybe that works in its favour as it forces you to have it as a treat rather than a more frequent lunch. Worth it though, just not that often.
F. M.
Well, the food is great, loved every bit of it.
The staff and customer service is very good.
The place is very clean.
The only question that I have is: why is the food so pricey?
I will come back alright, but not very often because of the price.
R. A. P.
I personally am not a fan of the burgers, they're too oily and fatty for me. Though I am aware it is the style and many other people love it. I do love the cajun fries though! Milkshakes are alright.
H. H. L.
Tasty but expensive.the price started from £8 to £14. The burger is a little but oily. (very unhealthy) It is better to dine in rather than take away as they will provide you unlimited free peanut and £3.99 drink is unlimited too. Never try their milk shake. It taste horrible.
M. G.
Best place for those foodie who like french fries more.... Amazing quality amazing test... They prepare it with fresh potato, and if you are lucky get free drink also..
Too hygienic place, staff service is best. You just demand your choice and they will be ready to serve you with smiling faces. Best part was till the time your order is in processing mode you can take peanut and enjoy them with free of cost.
For a sure one large pack for French fries is sufficient for 2 people.
Will say must try place.
S. S.
First time here, always thought it was a bit expensive but customer service from 'Hanner' was exceptional. Cannot complain about the quality of the food. Burger cooked spot on . Well done and still juicy. Chips a delight. Seems like I have to spend my cash more often now :)
I. N.
Give me a 5 guys. Give me a 5 guys. Give me a 5 guys. The best burger, the best fries, the best shakes. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! (My student loan...fair enough)
A. L.
Hygiene of the kitchen was less then pleasant not the greatest of sights when ordering your food. Ordered a large and regular fries was a bit surprised when the young lady asked for £9.90 but on the plus side the fries tasted good but not to the tune of £9.90. Would probably visit again but I'm in no hurry.
A. T.
Burgers may be fresh but they are not worth their cost compared to other chains - fries are the best part of the food (cooked in peanut oil). Service is counter based, fast but a little confusing if you can't hear your order number over the general noise. it offers a good experience but at the wrong price.
Z. R.
Amazing burgers to die for! Chips cooked on peanut oil that tastes lovely! Clean inside. Easy seating and staff are bubbly, helpful and patient. Only downside is its a tad pricy. Would recommend. Now off to buy a milkshake!
L. C.
Quality food as everything is made fresh. Remember little burgers are not little at all, they are single ones, meantime regular burgers comes as a double ones. Fries portions are big, regular fry easy will feed 3 people. Shakes are amaaaazing and fulfilling. It is pricy but you wont be eating here everyday, its more of a treat once in a while.
c. y.
Really enjoyed the food. The drink tastes a little watery. The fries are amazing.
b. w.
Same great taste as back home! I ordered by click and collect, it was easy navigate through the website. The food was delish, staff were friendly and happy to talk while I waited for our fries to be cooked.(cooked on arrival for freshness.)
K. Y.
This is a more expensive alternative to fast food... But it's well worth the cost in our eyes, as it's delicious. Great for fussy eaters as you pick what toppings you actually want. Milkshakes are delicious and so are the fries. Staff friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the dining in experience is pretty poor.. Think 80s McDonald's.. Cold, clinical, and a bit grim!
L. L. P.
Swift food preparation. Good portions.
H. M.
I love the milkshakes and chips here! Always get served pretty quickly but as it isn't table service you have to stand around to wait for your food before going to a table however it is nice to know that your food is cooked to order! The staff are generally friendly and helpful. I have recently had an experience when my friend's order was wrong and they were great sorting out the mistake and were really apologetic and it makes all the difference to your visit when you don't have to make a fuss when there is a mistake.
A. C.
Hard to park near, not very clean and the burger bun was a little underwhelming as looked cheap! The service was quick but I had to keep getting and and walking to the front to collect my order, even though I was eating in, the Milkshake was to die for, not quite the full five stars but not far off... £22 for two people did seem quite pricey
D. A.
Nearly £18 for an average burger
R. W. (.
What could I say about Five Guys that genuinely would be a unbiased I couldn't, Five Guys is in my opinion the best burger joint I've ever been to. I've been to a few. The burgers are cooked to absolute perfection! Toppings are excately what you need fresh and delicious. The bun oh my god the bun is amazing, fluffy light but with some fantastic textures but retaining enough structure that it won't fall apart like competition.. I could go on and on, more detail but instead of me carrying on trying to convince whether your taste buds need to try they DO! They need this pleasure you've trust me never had before in your life. Enjoy the Five Guys. Bow down to the Five Guys. Become one with your Five Guys.
M. H.
Pricey but great quality. Staff helpful and friendly.
S. M.
Good Burger big chip portions
S. R.
Was in two minds about eating here after experiencing five guys in New York earlier in the year. Nothing to worry about as it was fantastic. My daughter said the milkshake was best she has ever had. The burger was awesome and the fries in peanut oil taste so scrummy.
D. S.
Friendly service. Good burgers with large range of food. Moderately relaxed regarding Covid-19 compared to some restaurants, however government guidelines appear to be followed correctly.
b. O.
Love this place everytime! Yes it’s expensive for “burger and chips” but you’ve never tasted anything like it! Every bite is full of flavour - they truly are the best burgers around!! Highly recommended
R. Y.
I adore 5 guys! I do find it a little over priced as I see it as a fast food restaurant! So paying £30+ for 2 people in a fast food place isn't my fave thing to do BUT the burgers are amazing you can make them to your lying with over 15 extras you can put on it free of charge the chips are amazing too! Just be aware of a nut allergy when going here I think most are fried in peanut oil if not everything
R. N.
Superb burger restaurant. Plenty of fries with the meal. Unless you are mega hungry just order a small portion of fries. Mayonnaise and ketchup available.
a. a.
the burger was very fresh and the pattie itself felt meaty and wholesome- much better than Macky Ds. The bun was a little slippery and having all the toppings gave it a fresh crunchy flavour. however the main event for me was the mill shake, I love my milk shakes... this one was just too sweet, too thin, and not nearly malty enough. total fail. overall I think it's a bit pricey for what it is, the monkey nuts were lovely and salty and Free! which is a nice touch.
A. G.
Wow! How had I not discovered 5 guys yet. Totally customisation for you burger and really generous portions of fries. The enormous selection of self service free refill soft drinks was a really bonus too.
Fries made with peanut oil. Delicious, but not suitable for those with a nut allergy.
P. B.
Good quality, tasty burgers served quickly! Not the cheapest but not breaking the bank. Certainly better quality than GBK or Byron. Make this your destination burger joint, although the decor is less 'restaurant' style than the other two. But better food by far
M. B.
The burgers at Five Guys are great. Tasty. Fresh. Choice of toppings.
The fries are amazing. Get the Cajun spiced fries. But a medium portion would be enough for one very hungry person or shared between two.
The milk shakes are out of this world good. This visit I had banana. Salted Caramel was as good.
Five Guys used to be my treat when I wanted a burger in London. Still blown away that there is now one in the centre of Norwich.
My only reservation is the price. This is not a cheap place to buy a burger. Quality makes it worth it as a treat.
K. H.
Best burger ever my first time tasting this chain and Matt what a legend
I'm converted completely
Good buy mac Donald's hello five guys
E. P.
Great service, delicious food and shakes. It's not the cheapest, but it tastes good, and is cooked to order.
M. B.
This is not the cheapest fast food joint in the city but it's easily the best. The food and atmosphere is fantastic and the turnaround time is impressive considering everything is cooked to order. I will definitely be returning soon.
M. T.
The customised burgers at 5 guys are great, chips are OK, salted or spicy. Soft drinks are self service and re-fillable. It was a bit pricy though at 30 quid for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 soft drinks. You get free monkey nuts to compensate
D. M.
Hmm... got conned into this place by my teenager. For just under £20 I bought a baconburger, a (bottomless) soft drink, a paper cup of chips and a milkshake. Maybe I just didn't get it, being older, but although the taste of chips were nice, and my son enjoyed his burger, was it worth the £19???? Not sure. He can go again when he's paying with money he's earned himself!!
L. W.
The burgers are nice however the prices are too high and I thought the fries were too salty. Another issue is that the music is always too loud and combined with the noise of the kitchen it's hard to hear each other when you're ordering.
c. n.
Fast efficient service, helpful staff, amazing food would recommend
A. I.
I would give it 5 stars for actual food but as there's not much choice and is expensive I gave it 3. The food is nice but expensive for what you get. The portions are small (grilled cheese is expensive for just melted cheese on a batch) and fries are bought separately not part of the meal. Overall I would go with just my husband but it was too expensive for what we got when we took the three kids. 5 meals came to around 40 pounds!! Considering burger king are bigger portions and half the price I feel like we really just paid for the novelty of eating in a 'five guys'. The drinks have free refills, which if your kids are like mine doesn't really do much as they rarely finish one. Service is friendly and the venue is usually clean (though twice there have been flies buzzing around us while we ate).
V. J.
Incredible taste and fast service. Be aware that normal burgers have 2 patties and normal fries are quite big. If you are someone with a big appetite have everything large! Cajun fries really recommended.
B. K. (.
Can be hit and miss.
Once had incorrect toppings but was given a new burger and was allowed to keep the other (which I still demolished). Most of the time they get the chips right; however once they did come out soggy unfortunately.
Classic Five Guys in terms of an amazing variety of fizzy drinks. But unfortunately for burger and chips it is expensive and you can get better quality for cheaper.
L. W.
Amazing veggie options, seems a bit pricey, but well worth the money - There's ALWAYS more fries than you can eat, absolutely love it. A large selections of drinks. Better than McDonald's etc
J.
Good burgers, advise to get a small chips for 2 people!
A. F.
Great burgers, free toppings. Really good cajun fries. Amazing milkshakes but the straws arent really up to the task of sucking a thick shake, but ditch the straw and youre good to go.
A. T.
So good....very busy but polite unrushed service. Super organised...food coming out well served ans accurate. Fresh and tasty
R. P. G.
Love this place. People say it's expensive, but the food is amazing and the staff are great, and I like being really informal so I don't want a burger served with a knife and fork. I want to be able to sit and have a laugh with my friends whilst I slurp my milkshake and eat my burger with my hands. Awesome.
G. W.
I'm really not sure what all the fuss is about - average burgers with a mountain of fries all served in a paper bag. You get your drinks while you wait and relax in the atmosphere of staff shouting orders at each other across the open plan kitchen. Better than a typical fast food place, of course, but...
K. S.
Aint cheap, but you get what you pay for.
D. S.
Amazing , really tasty worth a visit
L. P.
As I work at the Starbucks nearby, it's fair to say I've become a regular. As a Vegan, I appreciate the way they fry their local potatoes and prepare the veggie burgers. Always the best service for this casual second home of mine. Five Guys gets Five Stars.
A. A.
Burger was expensive but well worth it. The chips were overly salted for my taste. I wasn't given the option of no salt.
B. T.
All burgers cooked to order - expensive but very good quality. US style free refill's for soda. Well worth a visit if you like to compare US chain fast food burgers.
B.
Amazing food and friendly staff
The portions for chips are HUGE me and my partner shared a regular and we had loads left after stuffing our mouths
I had a "all in burger" what was lovely
The chips are cooked in peanut oil but are to die for, i tryed some with the spices and didnt enjoy them as much.
While waiting for food (not very long at all) helped our selfs to peanuts and enjoyed our milkshakes (cherry & vanilla)
The cashier who served us was very friendly and informative (wed never been before) showed us how it all works and was great,
Kitchen staff was friendly and when our burgers was going to be a few minutes late offered us a free drink (not that it took more than 10 minutes for everything)
Overall 5/5
L.
Really good burgers from this place, a little.bit on the pricey side, coming in at about £8.25 for a cheeseburger, but you get your toppings for free, they also have a really good variety of drinks. Also the music in that place is real good
N. J.
As once said it's like the Willy Wonka's of burgers. I love these burgers and the taste is amazing. Only on the last visit the staff were less than helpful and not willing to assist with the drinks machines being just syrup and not carbonated. Only a small blot
D. S.
When you fancy a quick service burger but don't want a McDonald's this is your place, great tasting burgers, proper 'dirty pleasure' food, forget the diet and go all in, milkshakes are to die for. Expect to pay a good 15 quid on a meal though.
B. H.
Same as all the other five guys really, chips are excellent..service pretty quick.
Only downside is the music is really loud!
s. c.
Very tasty burgers, not so much the hot dog. I just didn't like the fact that the chips were all in the bag because the container they provide is too small. Little bit expensive for a burger....
K. R.
Five guys burgers are good but a bit pricey ; £9 for a hot dog and a beer. I'd give them 4* but on this visit i got moushrooms instead of onions. Sure i could've complained there and then but i was in a hurry.
C. C.
In Norwich for holidays. The staff over there is amazing, helpful smailing and well organised. Delicious burgers as usual. What a pity not to have peanuts due the virus 😏
P. B.
Went in there today and had the hamburger and must say it was amazing, forgot to add cheese but the manager dealt with it very professionally and even offered me a free fries! Definitely will be going there with friends and family 👌🏻
A. H.
The staff, especially the lady who served me was lovely but what a rip off, so expensive for what little you get and my small cheeseburger was supposed to have bacon in but there was none. Over £4 for a single Frankfurt sausage is a little steep and the price for a small milkshake for over £5.
I. S.
Food is quick and good for price. With your burgers and hot dogs you can choose quite few toppings. Service was good. I strongly recommend milkshakes.
D. E.
Love 5 Guys. So surprised to find them in Norwich. Our plan to have a meal at the pub we had our reception at 20 years ago didn't work. Stumbled on 5 Guys. Love it. Five hour drive for 5 Guys in Norwich when we have one close to home! Couldn't ask for more.
s.
Good food. Can be expensive for a family but well worth the money. Shakes are amazing
N. I.
An absolutely brilliant burger joint. It keeps that American feels with good music and décor. The food is always fresh and the service is always on point. The milkshakes are also fantastic.
R. P.
The food here is delicious no doubt, but for a fast food-ish type of restaurant the prices could be a tad on the lower end. The music upstairs was too loud as well, we had to raise our voice near to shouting to communicate while sitting just next to each other.
j. g.
What can i say, the food which is delivered from the kitchen is nothing less than delicious! , the best quality for "fast food" by far even though it is nearly £35 for two burger meals but id happily pay that for quality
L. C.
Fabulous service, great covid saftey precautions followed. Staff polite and helpful and food amazing!
Bacon bit over done for me but perfect for my SO.
A. F.
I have eaten many, many burgers but this is something else. The price is justified by the very high quality meat, to complain about the price you would have to be a peasant and I would suggest you stick to your pound saver menu. Honestly the bacon cheeseburger is probably the nicest thing I have ever eaten!
K. S.
Good burgers, absolutely love the quality of the food.
l.
Best burgers and milkshakes in the city. Friendly and efficient staff too.
D. G.
Me and a friend had lunch at five guys today. It was amazing. The service was fabulous, very attentive and smiling staff. The food was delicious. And to top it all, the place is so clean inside. Looking forward to my next visit .
J. B. (.
Tasty food but way way overpriced. Also be prepared to get very messy when everything falls out of the burgers and into your lap and on your face. If you have money to burn then give it a go.
R. S.
A bit pricey, but recommended! Milkshake is best I've had in my life.
d. r.
clean, well designed, well thought through burger restaurant. choose from a good variety of burgers and then top it any way you want to. full "top row" is referres to as ALL THE WAY and includes sauted onion, ketchup, mustard and pickles.
Drinks refillable but be careful if you are allergic to certain fruits though i have been safe so far.
M. F. (. M.
Really nice food, i first went to fiveguys in New York. Funny really as it opened in Norwich 3 weeks after i got back. It is exactly the same as in the states, which makes me happy. consistency! The burgers are amazing!
I. T. (.
Great service and very fast considering the queue - we were served within 10 mins. Quality of burger and all of its toppings are to a high standard. Well TASTY!
D. R.
Awesome juicy burgers we never get disappointed
J. D.
3 stars is pretty bad for a well known fast food place but it's because the only time I enjoy going there is when I specifically want a Five Guy's burger which is not very often at all. I'd always pick somewhere else above Five Guys given the choice. Why? It's just standard, overpriced and nothing fantastic
S. B.
The burgers are good although Five Guys typically under season the burger patties which is a shame. They also need to do much more to reduce the plastic waste that a meal here generates.
J. B.
For a fast food restaurant Five Guys have really taken on the challenge. Only complaint - there's too much!! Delicious food though and apparently the milkshakes are divine 😋
D. P.
Quick service, good burgers and good choice. A little pricey for what was two burgers and shared chips (£20)
J. F.
Amazing. Love the food and the staff. Always polite and very helpful. Recommend this to anyone that enjoys agood burger.
T. C.
Awesome burgers! Great taste! But they need to Be bigger, wider, bigger buns. Fries are great too. Nothing wrong with the burgers, but for the price that you're paying, they should be bigger.
T. R.
The Burgers are spectacular and delicious, the hot dogs are lovely and the milkshakes are lovely. It may be expensive but to be honest its worth it especially for the great customer service.
N. C.
Very good burgers. Not cheap, but really good. Lots of options for drinks and burger dressing. Definitely not the cheapest meal, but great now and then.
L. M.
All good as usual but I do wish they had a gluten free option
G. A.
The food was good, plenty of it. Although I ordered a burger with spicy sauce and jalapenos. Jalapenos were raw with no spice. Also sauce had no heat to it either. Apart from that it was nice
M. W.
Somewhere between McDonald's and Byron Burger. You have to build your own burger, choosing from some very uninspiring ingredients. The food was okay at best, and I didn't like the experience. Maybe a little too much on the fast food side of things for me, and not enough gourmet.
C. v.
Always enjoy a burger from five guys. Even in these trying times the restaurant was closed but could collect direct which did help, I felt safe at all times.
T. M.
Initially I was put off but the prices at Five Guys, but as we say and ate, we thought about how much you'd pay at a Marstons or Wetherspoons for a burger, fries and drink and realised it want that far off. But quality wise, Five Guys stomps all over sigh pub fare. The atmosphere is very 'fast food' dinner, but this lack of pretension is a welcome break from the norm: it's exactly what it claims to be and little else. We thoroughly enjoyed it meal and left full and happy. If it's your first time, like me thou nasty be surprised by the peanut fries, until you're addicted that is!
B. M.
Five stars for Five Guys! No frills, no nonsense, just delicious (if not exactly healthy) food in generous portions. A word of warning - a large fries is supposed to feed 5 people, and the medium feeds 2.
u.
You get what you expect, a bit expensive but good quality
U. R.
Never been here before but I have to Be honest it's really nice. And the customer service is good
VSGODCHILD
E. E.
Love their burgers and milk shakes. The price is on the expensive side but really depends on individual personal opinion what's more important is the product quality. Sometimes though the waiting is a little long but the wait is worth it.
M. V.
Always excellent. Daughter has a service dog which wasn't a problem either.
Very friendly staff on today who couldn't do enough.
Ok, so for burger and fries it's expensive but it is burger heaven....
b.
Top notch burgers and great shakes. You probably don’t want chips bigger than a small. Like everyone else says, great fast food but expensive for what it is.
L. W.
Served by martina she went thru the menu and explained everything so polite and helpful. This was our first time and we will be going back great food tasty filling and value for money but the drink machine was amazing I tried a small mouthful of all the drinks I had wanted to try and never had the chance to there was about 100 choices. I didn’t try them all only 12 ish
R. S.
Like MacDonalds but good.
P. T. T.
Really friendly and helpful staff, delicious burgers that are as tasty and juicy as homemade and so many options to customise your burger. My teenagers are on heaven whenever we come here
M. R. (.
It's a Five Guys.for those that don't know what that means, burgers cooked well, with the toppings you want, great fries cooked in peanut oil, and fantastic milk shakes (seriously, get a chocolate and dip you fries in it. You'll thank me later). Being a Five Guys it also means you'll pay more than you'd expect to for it, but the quality makes up for it.
s. k. s.
Outstanding burgers and fries. The banana milk shake was thick and perfect. A little on the expensive side...hence 4 stars.
S. K.
Great! Makes a difference to the usual McDonalds! Fresh tasting but more expensive, but quality is better! Tried it today for the first time. I recommend highly!
K. M.
Friendly staff, food very filling compared to other fast food burgers places. Large fries are big enough for two adults to share!!
F. R.
Great, nay, the best burgers. And the fries are something else. Heaven for burger lovers. Super quick service and very friendly people.
J. J.
pls let me order extra cheese on things for delivery :’)
J. P.
Really lovely burgers. Probably the best in Norwich. A little expensive but I feel they are worth it. The burgers are always top quality with loads of flavour.
J. S.
VERY tasty but VERY expensive. I went so I can say I've tried it and I definitely enjoyed the food, but not sure I'd go again due to extortionate prices for what is just fast food.
R. S.
My son spilt his milkshake and the staff were really kind and gave him a new one free of charge , which was really nice of them
D. B.
Great family lunch with customised burgers and vanilla milkshakes for the kids. One large fries for a family of 4 is enough.
p. w.
The best burgers are the ones that are created in its purest form. Fresh meat and locally cut potatoes is a win every time.
S. P.
Very good burgers. Nice to see the preparation. A little over priced in my opinion. Best freshly made burgers in city centre.
K. M.
Never too busy in here, quick service and the food is always delicious.
B. W.
We had a really great burger and fries, which tasted fresh. You can design the burger your way, and the presentation is very good.
V. V.
Burgers here are so good. But you do pay for everything individually. But is great if you're willing to spend a bit extra. Great with groups
L. C.
Food amazing...but prices are exc. Vat so actually nearly £10 for a burger...which is fine if it is a restaurant...but this is a fast food takeaway...very pricey.
M. B.
Enjoyed the burger but rolls cheapest on the market. Could be improved. Very pricey for what you got and wasn't told you could have peanuts whilst you wait!!!!!
D. B.
Great place. I've had better burgers but the service here is fantastic.
M. T.
Great burgers, fries and milkshakes, fresh made to order however you want. Only negative is my son wanted a chicken burger, and that's not on the menu.
P. P.
Very nice burgers, amazing fries, a little pricey so not somewhere I'd go often, but definitely a treat when you fancy a damn good burger.
L. W.
Best burger I have ever had! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will defo be going back!
J. E.
I thought this was just a pricey McDonald's, but nope, it's a really tasty burger, great fries and a choice of toppings. Really enjoyed it
R. W.
Great food and great customer service.
Open relatively late so this time of year is perfect for a post late shopping treat.
I'd recommend the oreo milkshake!
R. B.
Not cheap but easily the best burger in city. Totally enjoyed. Even the small fries were enough for 3
C. L.
Boss food, only negative is deciding what you want
A. B.
Lovely staff helped me to find exactly what i needed and im really happy with the products i got.
D. A.
The veggie burger is really nice, however, the chips are fried in peanut oil which for me personally, makes them too greasy and nutty, which just doesn't work.
L. S.
Queue was huge, clearly understaffed and can't handle the busy rush. Food was good though.
L. H.
Best greasy burger in the area. It's pretty expensive but if you want a good greasy burger this place is great. Free peanuts. Good atmosphere.
L. L.
It's a good hamburger but there are no plates, glasses or cutlery so for the money I was disappointed.
G. M.
Having been to the USA I can say they got this nearly right! Great burgers, touch expensive but overall good. You'll either love or hate the fries 😀
A. W.
Best fries in the city!
R. B.
Can't fault it. Great food, great service. Despite the 'fast food' vibe, just make sure you know that you know that you're not paying McD's prices.
D. D.
Great first visit, and an amazing professional and friendly welcome from Martina. Would be happy to visit again.
J. B.
Burger was good, fries were excellent, pricier than its fast food rivals, but in my opinion worth it
P. S.
If you haven't tried it then do. My go to burger is here. Along with a cherry milskshake these days.
p. h.
Fries were very good and the shakes epic but the burgers were Burger King quality. TBH it's expensive for what you get, won't bother again
L. B.
Gorgeous burgers, but self service and paper bags.. 2 cheese burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks - £29. Madness. The nice burgers aren't worth the price .
J. S.
Best burger and fries i've ever had. Absolutely lush. Lovely staff too.
J. B.
Great burger and fries. Am hooked. The price feels about right, the food is filling and extremely tasty.
J. D.
Burger is amazing. Never receive any wrong items, 100% worth visiting, despite spending almost £15 on burger, fries and drink
J. M.
Great food and huge portions of fries, exactly what the fast food experience should be like. Brought down by the cost that makes this a rare event for most.
m. l. a. s.
I love 5 guys false stop but if you are vegan then maybe not.
It's also not for ppl who are dieting. Also it is expensive. But you do get what u pay for.
W. C.
Good service, great food, polite staff but didn't see any tables being sanitised when customers left.
P. T.
Great place, fast and friendly service, a bit pricey but the burger was worth it, best burger I've ever had
T. C.
The burgers are really good, but you definitely pay a premium. Fast food at restaurant prices. And the music is too loud.
R. A.
First time of visiting here...and at that cost prob the last..but J really enjoyed his cheeseburger
E. R.
Five guys is a great place, I love the burgers, all freshly cooked, love the music, and I like the all the different flavours of drinks
T. C.
It ain't cheap but it's the best burger. Better than any I have had in a pub or fast food joint.
J. A.
Amazing burgers. If you want chips make sure you specify the size or you'll pay for a large portion.
C. U.
Friendly staff members - always super busy, and once you taste the 'shakes you can understand WHY this place is always so popular.
J. B.
Wonderful food, quite pricey for fast food
A. B.
Great service and manager very friendly.
L. E.
Slightly overpriced fast food really, veggie options are lacking, a bread roll with soggy vegetables or plastic cheese isn't really what I would call a burger replacement 🤢
J. G.
Amazing Burgers and friendly staff! Gave us extra burgers for free! Would go here everyday if I could.
A. C.
Never disappointed with this place... Great, friendly and fast service and tasty food. I highly recommend it.
T. G.
Food is lovely but too pricey hence the 3 stars..cost nearly £30 for a meal for an adult and a child... you do get never ending drinks and free peanuts though 😀
S. M.
Very nice food!
O. S.
Good food, big prices
W. E.
Best. Burgers. Ever. On the pricey side but well worth it as far as I'm concerned as the portion sizes are very respectable.
B. D.
This is the only the second time I have been to Five Guys since it first opened in Norwich and it's the second time I have thought the burger was over cooked and dry. 😐
K. P.
A nice burger with lots of different fillings of your choice, lovely new gingerbread milkshake. Only downside.. No hot drinks
G. S.
Excellent burger and filling. Too loud though. Which might be acceptable at a Macdonald's but not when you've paid a fiver for a milkshake and a tenner for a burger
A. F.
Not bad - you get what you pay for so it's good quality beef
M. C.
Love the burgers and fries here. Shakes weren't bad either. Good service as well.
N. F.
Decent burger and friendly staff... only 1 person in front of us when we entered but still a bit of a wait was only downside
M.
It is more expensive than your average fast food burger, but it's also better than your average fast food burger too!
A. G.
Their food is very tasty with generous portion sizes and their milk shakes are to die for.
T. “. H.
Five guys is good, but they loose a star for being a bit overpriced. Really like that you can choose what you get in your burger and mix your drinks!
A. C.
Best burgers around
W. K.
Great burgers and fries my experience was great every thing is cooked and tastes perfect
J. N.
Great food and drinks
L. T.
Lovely burgers, great portions, friendly staff, good atmosphere, food is a bit pricey for what is though
R. W.
The Best Burger , Hot Dog I've ever tasted... Great service!
J. C.
Food here is very over the top, the burgers are nice, but if your peanut allergy suffer it's not well advised.
R. B.
Best burgers in the city. Better than maccys. Pricey but worth every bite!!
S. C.
Definitely best five guys in the UK , so quick and just nice in general . Irreplaceable .
A. R.
The hamburger was very nice, but needs more choice on the menu.
S. W.
Tasty burgers. Bacon's a bit crispy for my taste though.
A. H.
Excellent food that is fresh, local and tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff. Little bit pricey but worth it for the food.
F. G.
You'll never get hot dogs as good has they are at Five Guys and this particular branch is smart, spacious and well located in the city.
J. A.
I absolutely love 5 guys, the quality is always the same no matter what city I'm in! If I'm in a new place and I dont know what's what and I need some comfort food, I go to 5 Guys!
V. B.
Fast food restaurant with plenty of space. Fast and good quality service. Shakes are very filling with a wide variety.
J. M.
Very nice food
T. w. 1.
Great food. Price a little bit steep
G. C.
Hot dogs are awesome really juicy and succulent it’s a really nice place inside , and fries are awesome. Great value for money
O. B.
Very noisy, and I wasn't very impressed with the vegetarian options, but my company seemed satisfied with their food. Bonus points for free peanuts
R. A. (.
Nice burgers, and procedure in place for people with nut allergies. Expensive for what it is though, even if it is tasty, but at least they're using decent meat by the look of it.
A. B.
Really great burger and friendly quick service. Price tag is pretty high but it is very high quality.
J. W.
Delicious burgers, cajun spiced fries and milkshakes!! Love having refill soft drinks too!
A. A.
Awesome food, great service. If you aren't a big eater then go for the small burger!
J. K.
Absolutely Fantastic the best Burger, Shake and Fries I have ever had. A bit expensive and the Vegaterian option is terrible.
J. T.
Great food, milkshake is da bomb. Great burgers. But £17 for a burger takeaway...ouch!
R. F.
Great food and a lovely atmosphere. Staff are friendly and make the best burger in the city
R.
Loved it, best burger in town!
J. F.
Had hamburger with mustard, didn't want to overload fillings as wanted to taste the hamburger, very nice flavour with enough to fill you, very satisfied and the server offered us free fries to sample!
R. S.
Honestly perfect place if you're a fan of burgers. Might think its a bit expensive but it's truly worth the money.
M. C.
Service was quick. Food was excellent and liked the fact I got to choose what I had on my burger
D. W.
Nice food, not cheap but good.
F. M.
Bacon and cheese burger was amongst one of the best I've had in norwich, but the fries even at a small portion are still on the excessive side and come overly salted.
M. P.
Everything very tasty but my goodness it's overpriced. Cut the prices by a third and maybe I'd come back.
J. B.
Small, strangely shaped restaurant but absolutely gorgeous burgers, better than Zaks used to do.
T. B.
Food was good, lots of grease in the burgers compared to other places (like GBK for instance). Expensive fast food restaurant!
D. S.
Amazing burgers, the best I have ever tasted, but very pricey. A once a month treat place
S. M.
Great burgers.
A. E.
Service was good burger was ok definitely not worth the £18 I paid for it ridiculously over priced and didn't leave the toilet all morning doubt I'll be returning unless theres a dramatic price reduction
T. W.
Food is great but imo, expensive for what is essentially a burger and chips!
C. S.
very good burgers, a little pricey, thin patties here are better than thick patties at 'nicer' places
D. R.
Early teething troubles for this New Five Guys outlet, burger and bacon was over done, toppings were missing/wrong. I will wait before revisiting so hopefully they can iron out these issues.
L. W.
Nice burgers, certainly a cut above the Clown and the Crown. Substantially more expensive though. The service was friendly and swift.
W. L.
We enjoyed our burgers and fries 👍, first timers in Five Guys, would go again 👍
D. C.
Always great, Staff on Thursday were very happy and friendly
J.
Tasty tasty burgers and lots of fries for a good price
R. L.
Food and shakes were great. A bit expensive for what it is, wouldn't go back unless I had a voucher. Worth going for the experience.
A. G.
The decor feels a bit industrial but can't fault the burgers which we always have bunless.
A. T.
staff are really nice and the food is good quality but not a lot of gluten free options
C. F.
Best burgers in town, amazing Cajun fries...if a little pricey for what it is
J. B.
Excellent food, made freshly to order, polite staff
D. G.
A very decent burger, don't go for large fries it's enough to feed a small army!
C. B.
The burgers are absolutely gorgeous.. beats Burger King hands down.
J. A. A.
Great burgers, great service, great taste, they forgot the toppings so they gave us another complete burger! !! +10
K. B.
Easily the best burger I have ever had. And sooooo many chips
G. C.
I love five guys as a fast food/take away burger joint. As much as I like it, it's not fine dining.
A. P.
Really good burgers and fries, loads of unlimited drink flavours. Shakes are excellent too.
N. B.
Expensive but you get a lot for your money. Burgers and fries are always superb.
N. S.
Milkshakes are out of this world, £5.25 though.....yes I'm northern and tight, tighhtt like a tiger.....
a. d.
After a long day cleaning leafs across the street this burger really hit the spot however nearly £17 for a burger chips and a milkshake is a bit steep.
A. D.
Nice burger, tastes fresh. Having said that it's quite expensive for what it is.
S. T.
Not bad, food is ok but definitely overpriced for what it is. The place it's self was a mess though
H. O.
Food was quick at the time we had selected. Helpful staff
K.
Great burgers, quite pricey but worth it for a one off.
R. L.
Food was very good and I had a beer with my burger. Beat that McDonald's!
R. T. A.
Very good burguers and free peanuts. But there isn't always 5 guys. There was only 4 the day I went.
D. K.
Friendly staff, good burgers! Straws for shakes need to be wider, oreo chunks are too big otherwise.
J. B.
I really like 5 guy's but I think it's cost about the same as a nice sit down restaurant what they are not, they are fast food so need to lower the cost
A. M.
best milkshakes ever, kind of pricey though but very good

Fantastic burgers. They break the bank but a great treat every now and then

Great burger and fries but certainly on the pricey side. You tend to get what you pay for here.

Good quality meat. Milkshakes.maybe not worth a fiver. But 100% go for burger again

Amazing fries, but so overpriced...they're having a laugh (aren't they??)

Really good burgers freshly cooked and even a tasty veggie option

Nice Burger and fries but very pricey for what is essentially a takeaway chain. Done it once wont be doing it again.
T. B.
Nice burger chips and shake. Only minor gripe was place could be cleaner.

Great food, a little pricy, I suggest sharing a portion of fries.

Best burgers out there but decor comes across as cheap not retro.

Tasty, good burgers but overpriced imo.

Quite pricey but worth it! Milk shake was soooo good.

Great burgers, fries and milk shakes! Sadly it is difficult to have a conversation because the misic is so loud.

Bit greasy but nice. Milkshakes were good.
B. T.
Great Burgers, could do better with the milkshakes a bit synthetic.

Expensive and greasy. Did get a lot of food but I don't think it was worth over £20 for two burgers and two drinks.

Great classic American diner aesthetic; pretty expensive but still worth every penny!

Food was good and nice service - not as good as other Five Guy's I've been to though :(
