I must have had food from every kebab/pizza shop in Norwich but this place is head and shoulders above all the rest. I had a large chicken wrap it was enormous and amazingly tasty We've since tried the fish and chips and they are awesome too. I highly recommend you try this food

What stands Neptune Fish Bar out is the warmth they serve with food. The owner - Mr. Hakan, has been so warm and friendly that it makes the served food extra flavourful. Especially the spicy wings, shish kebabs and my absolute best from them - Skewer Chicken Kebab. "A must visit if you're around Bowthorpe."

Tina cracknell review is absolutely non sense and it’s total lie . She didn’t have enough money so the owner change half price and got half of the food back . I was there when they were trying hard to sort the problem. Do not mess peoples business who works hard

Ordered food for my family tonight. Very pleasant and helpful young lady called Holly took my order. Asked which free drink i would like. Then gave my total. I was able to pay by card as they very nicely sent out their card machine with the delivery driver (also very polite and on time too). Food itself was amazing. I ordered cod and chips. They were the biggest bits of cod ive ever seen with just the right amount of perfectly cooked batter. The chips (3 portions) would have been enough to feed another 3 or 4 people. Enormous portions. Just the right amount of spice on my chicken wings too. Delicious food and fantastic quality. Definitely very well wirth the money i paid. Will most definitely use again amd recommend to others. First time customers with neptune, didnt expect alot to be honest, they are cheaper than other fish bars we have tried and they were not very good. Neptune however were great, the food was well wrapped, very hot and huge portions! Really enjoyed the food, please try the doughnuts and the carrot cake!❤ We will be ordering from neptune from now on. Please try this fish bar😀

Our new favourite takeaway place. Everything we have ordered so far has been spot on. Lovely fish with crisp clean batter. Proper chip shop chips and good portion size. Great burgers. Great pizzas. And always delivered hot and promptly. Cant fault them so far.

Can't comment on delivery time as i've done collection - chips are fantastic so don't know what other reviews are on about, only thing I can possibly complain about is batter was a bit undercooked so a little chewy, but the fish itself was great. Will be back! Thanks :D

Only given this as a temp rating as only had a few items but what I have had has been great and given the other local establishment this is way above those for quality.. Will give better more detailed review when I've tried more off the menu boards x since this was written I have been back a number of times in work van and have found the food consistently great valued and the batter is beautiful. And the staff are always welcoming

Good stuff wide range from fish and pizza to Kebabs. Chicken kebabs are great. Fish is well cooked. Crispy batter moist fish on the inside. Never had pizza so can't comment. Friendly service.

Greesy oily fish and chips, were bloody great, but I didn't enjoy the just meat 🍖 that I bought, far too many spices and salty as hell. But yeah, I'll be back for the greesy oily chips for sure. 😋

My mum had craved fish and chips for a while, since being in lockdown we were unsure if anywhere was open. We found Neptune after my brother mentioned them, I ordered online which was really easy and straightforward. The prices are good and the food itself, WOW!! The large haddock was huge, large chip portion could've fed 3, the mushy peas perfect. It wasn't greasy or overcooked and how it was packed for delivery was really good too. Mum remarked how it was like what we have at a restaurant in Lowestoft and will definately use again, thank you.
