Delicious food, really glad that we came here. The sausage and friend onion baguette was so good! I had been looking forward to having baguette the whole 7 days on my holiday. Great portion size. Served with a side of crisps and coleslaw. Polite staff. Customer toilets, indoor and outdoor seating. One entrance and a separate exit for safety measures, staff are wearing face masks and there are sheilds on the bars where you go up to order & pay.

Hired a boat for the day and was looking for somewhere to have lunch. Found the old mill which sits directly on the river Bure. Lovely food and wonderful service, especially Sarah who was kind and very lovely. Wonderful experience and will look forward to coming again. Second time for lunch here, arrived to a warm welcome from the owner, chose to eat inside this time as it was quite a humid day so a cooler restaurant was appreciated. Right on the river & actually on the river path from Roy's Medium Term Car Park & also the path from Hoveton & Wroxham train station plus the free Coach & Long Term Car Park adj. to the station & just off the main street is this hidden gem. Just the ticket for breakfast, lunch, Coffee, Tea or more. Highly Recommended. PS they also sell duck & goose food too. I mean what more could you ask for?

I go here often either with my daughter. They do the most delicious prawn baguette! The staff are always very helpful and friendly. You can sit indoors or out overlooking the broads watching the boats. It's very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended! 👍 😊

We had lunch here on Sat 6th Nov it was absolutely amazing we all had the Burgers with fries, the were absolutely delicious. The service was excellent too, It's definitely a great place to eat on nice days you can sit outside, but this day we sat inside and the facilities were clean, very comfortable and we were impressed. This place is a hidden gem. It is right on the river with a lovely scenic view. It is almost hidden away behind a few fish and chip shops but is definitely worth seeking out. The food is very good quality, I had a classic cheese and bacon burger which comes in a fresh brioche bun. The burger was cooked well (still moist) the cheese had good flavour and the bacon was lovely and also full of flavour there is only one way to describe the burger "intensely meaty" it is absolutely fantastic. My wife had the chicken wrap which has a generous filling, the fries are crispy outside and fluffy inside, lots of coleslaw and side salad. The prices are very good, especially considering the quality, quantity and how well the food is prepared. The hygiene level is high and zfollows covid guidelines. This is my favourite place to eat in Wroxham.

Went into a very empty restaurant which was nice and got told if find a table bar order at the bar, I ordered a lassange at first but they didn't have it as the Christmas deliveries were not in so I ordered the cod jousions instead with a bottle of coke which wasn't that badly priced, about 15-20 minutes later my food came and it was a big plate and made me full and could not eat anymore, really enjoyed.

Ive been coming to the old mill since i was a child and at 59 today 😍the restaurant food is excellent i love the place. The staff are Amazing they can't do enough for you. Its Home from home! The view from the restaurant of the broads is Beautiful. The wildlife and Boats is a must for the Summer and even in the winter there are plenty of hungry Ducks!! 100% recommend this restaurant

Today I had a lovely surprise afternoon tea here with a friend. From the moment we walked in we felt looked after, staff very friendly. They care for your every need and the food was amazing, we had so much choice and everything was very fresh. We were able to sample any of the hot drinks from the menu and as many as you like, even the hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, unfortunately we were so full we couldn't fit one of these in.. Called in here for a late lunch with my parents after a hospital appointment this week. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food hot, plentiful and delicious. Was lovely to be able to sit eating and chatting watching the boats go by.

Food is good, not expensive and the location is good in Wroxham with views of the river. The only criticism I would have is that the outside seating area is used as a short cut so there is a constant stream of people walking through while you are eating.

We did book our meal when we popped in on the morning and did ask for some thing specific (sorry can't remember what it was now) but was told that it would be available but when we turned up at the night time the young girl who was serving us went away to find out but never came back so we were sitting for quite a while as it was extremely busy not knowing if we were going to get the item that we had been promised in the morning that we'd get it at the night. It is a small village pub near to the waterway and I don't think they had organised enough staff to cope with the influx of holiday makers they need to have more staff either on standby or not take as many bookings think they were being greedy.
