O. (.Definitely a place to visit! Amazing sandwiches, "meat" slices, and a good selection of cheeses. My favourite vegan cheese is Honestly Tasty, especially the Brie and Camerbert. I'm not vegan or plant based, but I prefer the cheese mentioned above over animal cheese. The price of the food at Faux is a little pricey, so a visit there is a treat for me.

C.It’s a bit out of the way if you’re based anywhere in Nottingham that isn’t Sherwood, but luckily Mansfield road is accessible and there’s free parking around the corner if you’re literally just visiting Faux. We came for an Honestly Tasty blue cheese that I’d hoped to use for canapés at a party that weekend and unfortunately they were out of stock, but I’ve been before and their stock is usually much more abundant NOT at closing time on a Friday afternoon. My fault really! Their product range is great and I hope to see them do well in the future - it’s enough to make any vegan want to live in Sherwood!

G. B.Popped in for something to set me up for the day after not having time for breakfast at home. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I chose a bacon, brie and cranberry bagel with a oat milk latte and wafer bar, which all came as a meal deal for £7. The bagel was filled to the brim and super tasty! You wouldn't guess it was vegan. The latte was very nice, I'm saving the wafer bar for later because I'm very full. Good start to the day, highly recommend.
N. T.What a find. Super staff, really helpful and friendly, who clearly care about the product. Lovely selection, inventive, well labelled for allergens, and staff also helped advise on cooking.
I wasn't expecting the cakes and goodies as well, and this was a complete bonus, as were the deli sandwiches.
What a great feeling in a business! Great product, great staff, great attitude and even the packaging is gorgeous!
L. G.Came in with my son earlier. We bought the bacon, hot sausage and turkey medallions. Super impressed with the lovely, knowledgeable staff and the meat was lovely. Will definitely be returning!
J. C.Tried the ready to eat salami and the chicken joints. The salami was lovely, oily and chewy. The chicken however was very disappointing I'm afraid to say. A large lump of (what I presume to be) jackfruit with little to no seasoning.
Staff were lovely and knowledgeable about the items they sold, just don't let this be your first or sole adventure into the world of vegan food.
