A. M.Really enjoy ordering from here, they are quick to deliver. But also easy to get to being less than a minute walk from Radford Road tram stop. There is plenty of choice and the desserts and milkshakes are very good. Has become a major favourite for special occasions.
A. H.The choc sundae was nice but the mango milkshake was bitter. It tasted like some old Rubicon mango was the source. Had to wait nearly 15 minutes after the time indicated my ubereats order was ready. But the manager gave an extra fanta to compensate

S. B.I initially thought that the place wouldn’t meet my high standards however I was pleasantly surprised. The presentation is definitely not up to standard and the man did seem a bit overpowering towards the staff. However the service I received by the young girl who took my order was so friendly and nice, this compensated for the lousy product. The waffle Tasted decent.

Exceptional customer service, the lovely chap finished my shakes off at the door with some whipped cream and a few jokes, my waffles were still hot, icecream still frozen. The best part is I didn't have to get out my pj's to enjoy a delicious dessert. X

One of the the best experiences I have had so far in a dessert place thanks to the young girl who greeted me as I walked through the door. She was a lovely little lady who took my order with a smile and prepared it with speed and standard and it tasted great. However, I did notice that she was the only girl in the shop and seemed quite out of place compared to the disruptive young man, who kept trying to distract her, but she kept it professional. Also I couldn’t help but feel sorry for her as the man at the back kept shouting out commands even though she clearly knew what she was doing. This has quite put me off IceKingz as the manager clearly doesn’t have any respect for their workers. Overall she made my experience wonderful.

Their service is always reliable and they are very friendly, respectful and I really enjoy their products everytime.
The Rolling on Ice (especially with the right combinations of course, strawberry, white chocolate and banana at least for me) and Slushes are my particular faves, my mum adores their waffles with the strawberries too and they are always consistent in quality of their products and service.
I strongly recommend them, thanks very much!
