It was nice to see, I’ve been a food service worker before and I know the stress. It was nice to see them not stressed and actually enjoying their jobs
2.The KFC in Bulwell is so slow compared to this one, actually this is one of the best KFC restaurants in Nottingham

Gravy Double/Triple Bucket is the most cost efficient group deal currently i think. Least $$ for most amount of chickens. With extra drinks as well. You could ask the counter to change the fries to Gravy if you wanna.
Z.Meal was provided quickly in a surprised and at interesting speed was happy that the chicken piece included with my box meal was boneless with the zinger meal.
For once with a KFC restaurant included my included sauce as asked for and kept the whole meal hot for my train journey home to London.
Will defiantly keep coming back to this branch who manage to get my order right in a quick and orderly manner compared to the London spots that have struggled with fast orders and including the sauce that I paid for with my meal.

W. M.I went on the weekend. Very busy and king waiting time (reassures you that the food is nice 😅) but the cleanliness of the toilets was really below the standard.
A. b.The self ordering machines were temperamental as wifi connection to their machines was poor, I had to re-order three times and swipe my card just as many until giving up and ordering at the counter, I then thought I was forgotten about as most of the customers who ordered after me got served first.

P.The service was quick but the lady that served me forgot to mention that they ran out of cheese for the I love you Bacon Burger when she clearly mentioned if to my friend who she served before me. It may be a small thing but I wasn't happy about it as if I'm paying for something, I expect to pay for the whole burger as I don't eat take-out often so I would have wanted something else instead of having a dry burger. The tables downstairs were pretty dirty but at least the toilet was clean.

Service was good but food was horrible inc the new chips, I used to love KFC it was my favourite takeaway, not anymore, wasted £20 got bucket mostly full of wings and a couple of bits that I can't even describe what bits they were, , chicken dry , tasteless, chips awful we ate, one lot of the chips the other three lots went in the bin. Feel like I've been cheated out of £20 won't be buying from them again!
T. A.The food is up to the usual KFC standard, but this particular branch seems too small for the size of town and there's quite often a long waiting time. Last visit took at least 15 mins to get served when there were only maybe 2-4 people ahead and the queue just wasn't going down at any pace. However on the whole it's good as long as you're not snobby about your food

S.The KFC was very short staffed. Took almost 6 minutes just for someone to acknowledge and take the order. They’ve run out of gravy and hot wings!! Very disappointed as that was the main reason for my visit. Ordered a wrap, which was made with a he’ll load of sauce! Had to return it and get it swapped!

French fries were a little cold and sloppy.
Menu was limited; kids meal was not available even though it was showing on the display.
There was a small queue, which means this joint is popular. The location was also great as it was just opposite to intu shopping center.
The seating area upstairs was big enough.
Major complaint is the bathroom was very dirty. It looked like the joint was a tad understaffed.
Overall food was cheaper and portions were larger compared to McDonald's and Burger King in my opinion.
Would go again but after a month's gap.
C. K.Not a five star because my order had three missing items, one of them being the drink. It wouldn't hurt if they had a little more attention. Aside that, it is a good KFC store conveniently located in Nottingham City Centre.
f. M.Mmmmmm........just love the food. But very busy. Needs to rethink their set up in regards to the tills and servers. 1 till and 1 other to pack and serve the customers is not nearly enough. The wait was such a long time it became not fast food but fast becoming a joke. My hot chocolate wasn't. The fries were jumbled up in the bottom of the BAG-TO in there original individual bags and the chicken had cooled to such an extent it needed warming by the time I'd gone the 8 minutes home. So yesterday wasn't the happiest experience I've had there. But still KFC remains my favourite fast food. I might add that the best 1 , I've found, is the 1 opposite The Range, just down from Sneinton. Can't remember the name of the road it's on. But it beats the rest for taste, quickness, and the staff are friendly and always gave a smile.

J. S.Went to KFC in Nottingham for first time they took my order and somehow after ordering a plain wrap I ended up with a full one. But they gave me a second free with coffee so I was pleased with that didn't have to say a word and fresh hit chips too.
B. T.Hot wings my favourite, however always check if you have been given a full wing (made of 2 pieces, upper part - big and lower part - smaller and flat). Few times I've been given only more of the small and flat bits!! Also it's called hot wings, it depends who is making them in the kitchen as sometimes there's not enough spice in it to call it hot!!
D. D.I went into there today to treat myself because it's my birthday (at the time of writing).
I initially went into there to get a indulgent chocolate cream ball, but they didn't have that so I ordered the caramel fudge one instead, but they didn't have the fudge bits so they gave me white chocolate chips, I quite enjoyed it, so thank you KFC for this special birthday treat.

Always lots of people in the day so you can wait a bit to get your order. In the evening when I visited it was not much of a wait, few people in front of us so not so bad.

D. N.Our story begins with a humble box meal. The ceiling LEDs were shining and our chicken delicious, our group was happy speaking of fantasy tales. We were approached by a mysterious man, someone who couldn't speak our tongue or communicate their points. They placed a paper on our table, and another, and pointed us to them both. Their intentions unclear and our suspicions rising, soon after they were running, hiding. They had robbed good Benedict, on the spot, in broad LED light. The store helped our friend out, providing every detail, pointing us to a place of police to save us. This store was great, and helped their best, the chicken was lovely but the pickpocket, not so much.
I. D.KFC used to be something I used to really enjoy. Unfortunately it's not something I would go out of my way to buy now since the fries have changed and the coating isn't always as tasty as it used to be, As a family we used to get KFC as a treat weekly, but now go to other takeaways.
M. M.One of my favourite kfc's for taste but service is very slow due to numbering system and influx of online ordering, I appreciate the screen ordering system in place. Highly recommended downloading the "colonal club app" with a wide range of discounts and a very good student program.
G. H.I came here to write a bad review because when I went to KFC, there were no chicken fillets. They were out of stock. I was gobsmacked. I didn't know what to do, so I couldn't order the mighty bucket for one or my backup choice Boneless banquet for one. That being said, I can't hold this against KFC because I love it too much which is why i rated it four star. Keep up the good work and keep enough chicken in stock and a big thankyou to The Colonel.

J. m.We love this restaurant come here regularly great food staff are friendly give good service only one complaint my husband is registered blind they have one table for people with disabilities but this table is always being used by able bodied people which is wrong and unfair my husband has to go upstairs to eat we have had to go up stairs many times not happy about it also the notice on the table is low down and has small letters so it can't be seen or read it needs to be moved so it can be seen more easily and clearly so this table should be kept free so disabled people can use it.

KFC was founded by Colonel Harland Sanders, an entrepreneur who began selling fried chicken from his roadside restaurant in Corbin, Kentucky, during the Great Depression. Sanders identified the potential of the restaurant franchising concept, and the first "Kentucky Fried Chicken" franchise opened in Utah in 1952. KFC popularized chicken in the fast food industry, diversifying the market by challenging the established dominance of the hamburger. By branding himself as "Colonel Sanders", Harland became a prominent figure of American cultural history, and his image remains widely used in KFC advertising to this day. KFC was one of the first American fast food chains to expand internationally, opening outlets in Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, and Jamaica by the mid-1960s.
