The service from start to finish was outstanding, we were allocated our own waiter who was fantastic. Very knowledgeable of the menu and the flavours from each dish, I will say the meals were quite hot in flavour so maybe try something a little less than your usual heat if it’s your first visit. Ample parking space, great location. Highly recommend

The ambience is also nice. The place has a parking space on premises. The prices are bit above the usual but it's worth for the fine dining experience.

I attended a small get together for my good friend's 50th Birthday in Nottingham. Location is convenient to get in and out with ample parking for thr size. Great cozy place with Good Food, Drinks and Service. Can work on their ambience and toilet hygiene

A fantastic fine dining experience. Dropped a star due to the cold temperature of the restaurant. Food was absolutely brilliant. Loved the starter and then I had a very mild main. However I loved it, a fantatic nutty creamy dish. The way they left a gap between the courses meant we could have a chat, relax and properly enjoy the restaurant. Also made me feel like a very valued customer rather than feeling like they were trying to get rid of me!

A suprise anniversary treat for my wife ! We live a long way away from here and when passing a couple of times had takeaway food. We were so impressed with the place : food quality and atmosphere excellent. It stuck in my mind to come back and have a meal there. So, I booked a hotel near and booked a table for an evening meal. I was not disappointed, we savoured every moment 😊 The staff are so helpful and friendly. What really impressed me was that my wife's main meal was slightly hotter than she expected so she asked for some yoghurt to cool it down. The yoghurt came out, shortly followed by the chef.. the chef explained not to add yoghurt has that would alter the flavour. The chef took the dish away and quickly adjusted the flavour making it just right. Perfect anniversary meal, highly recommend this place, thank you Mewar Haveli

Fantastic food! Whereas most ‘Indian’ restaurants in the U.K. are actually Bangladeshi, this is a fine example of cuisine from India, particularly Northern India.

Week night treat as they accept taste card. Very quiet but this was expected on a Monday. Service and food was great. They even had a special cocktail of the week. Poppadoms and dips are complimemtary. Warm flannel provided between courses. Will definitely be going back.

Excellent service, excellent food, excellent view! My husband and I went for our two year wedding anniversary and the staff were lovely throughout, very attentive and went the extra mile. They even sang to us in Nepalese, wow! The lake views from the window tables are a complete surprise considering the A road location on the A52, more than well worth a visit! The food was the best we have had in the local area, highly recommended. Thank you for a fabulous evening!

It's not a cheap meal, but boy is it good food. A slightly different menu from a lot of other Indians around here, but it's all well made, tasty and beautifully presented. Friendly staff and a really nice experience.

Where to start? On arrival, the staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive and continue to be so throughout our dining experience. The food is AMAZING! Everything was cooked to perfection, and literally melted in the mouth. I have never experienced an Indian restaurant quite like Haveli before, the whole experience felt so authentic and will definitely be going again.

We came for Christmas lunch and it was amazing. The food was gorgeous, they'd made a real effort and the curries were all very distinct. Service was good and overall we had a lovely meal which we felt offered good value for money considering it was Christmas Day and how busy they were. I had a pineapple cocktail followed by non-alcoholic fruit punch: both were amazing. Once inside you forget you are beside the A52 and can simply enjoy the views. This restaurant lives up to its claim of fine dining in traditional Indian Style.

A fantastic Indian serving high quality food, with lovely and attentive staff in a well presented setting. The location seems a bit out of the way but is worth the trip. You will pay a little more for eating here but it's great for special occasions. The meal offer where you get five dishes, rice and naan to share is a good deal and worth trying to experience a few different dishes.

Really lovely evening / date night here. We were really looked after and complimentary poppadoms / chutneys, pallet cleansing mango sorbet between courses and homemade chocolates with the bill were very nice touches. The mixed grill tandoori to start and the curries were delicious. Great price and we were given 2-4-1 too. We will definitely be back, thanks again!

Visited on New year's. Great set menu, excellent food and service. They even had live music on. Visited again was seated the other side of the restaurant, didn't realise this place had such great views. Been again September 2020, it was a great meal and experience. It was my partner's Birthday which I casually mentioned and they even brought a cake out and sang Happy Birthday. Can't praise this place enough. I would recommend this place to everyone. Haveli is a great Indian restaurant with a beautiful selection of dishes. We shared a lamb saag and the Goan sea bass curry, and both were amazing. The sea bass in particular was so flavourful and delicate. The staff at Haveli are always lovely and really care about their customers. We enjoyed our meal very much and will definitely be going back!

Brought my girlfriend here for Valentine’s Day. First time coming here and it will not be the last the staff combined with the amazing food and restaurant gives it 5 stars. The staff are so friendly and attentive from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave checking to make sure everything is perfect and bringing appertisers out to you. Both the starter and the main were presented beautifully and tasted as good as it looked, the best Indian I’ve had in years. A little pricey but definitely worth it will be returning again in the near future.

We visited Nottingham for my Sisters 21st Friday. We were struggling with some where to go eat and saw this was local to our hotel and high on the trip advisor list. I know this sounds snobby but I was put off by the fact it is on a A road and next to a BP garage. Once inside the restaurant is beautiful and we received a warm welcome from the staff. The food was wonderful and honest the best Indian food I have had and our whole party agreed. Suraz was a fantastic host and spoiled us rotten. They even played the drums and sang happy birthday to my sister. Then at the end of our meal they advised us where to go in Nottingham to carry on the party and ordered us a taxi. We all highly recommend this restaurant and are very sad we are not more local so we could go back again.

Food was lovely, service could have been better we had to chase up extra poppadom order and drinks orders which seemed to have been forgotten. Also two glasses of wine and a coffee we didn't order or consume mysteriously got added to the bill, I would hate to think that was happening regularly but sure it was a simple mistake, right?

I felt like we had a relatively long wait for the main to come out, however we did get free poppadoms which you normally have to pay for at other places.

A jewel of a restaurant! We were a party of 5 adults (one elderly and infirm) and my 9yr old, very fussy, granddaughter. We were greeted by friendly and courteous staff and welcomed into the very pleasant traditional Indian dining area. The food we were served was the best I have eaten in an Indian restaurant, superb! The service was excellent, certainly on a par with the best hotels.
