Incredible food and an amazing atmosphere. Whilst on the slightly more expensive side (we paid £60 for 2 people), it's well worth it for the quality of food you get. Plenty to choose from including all the traditional curry types.

Really nice looking restaurant, not many parking spaces directly outside, inside it is fresh an has a modern decor. Once seated we had to wait a while to have our order taken, (I think because our table was tucked away at the side of the bar area)and we also had a fair wait for our drinks to arrive. However the staff apologise profusely for this error. The starters were excellent well presented, to me the only fault was, small portions of the pickle tray, for us wasn't quite enough, but to be fair we were asked if we wanted extra. The main dish was large and well presented,the Lamb I had was tasty moist and melt in the mouth. When we asked for our bill, the waitress once again apologise for our earlier wait, and insisted we had a drink on the house, this was a nice gesture, Anyone can make mistakes, the important thing is what you do about it, these guys put things right, top marks for that. This is why I give 5 stars ,food 5, presentation 5, surrounding 5, and services,,well slow to start with but this was apologised for.

Went for a meal for my husbands birthday and there was 16 of us. The staff were brilliant. Couldn't do enough for us, really friendly, the chef came out and spoke to us. The food was awesome. We had poppadoms as our starter and had our samosas and onion baji come out with our main. Everything was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back.

First time dining here to celebrate an anniversary. Going by the reviews, we expected something really special. I've eaten at a lot of Indian restaurants in my time and I'd say the food here is pretty average. Decent portions for the mains, but nothing special, and the meat was dry. £4 for a piddly half-portion of rice that isn't enough to accompany a main. Rice isn't expensive! Naan bread was nice. Sides weren't anything special, and the okra had been microwaved. This restaurant is average but they charge prices that premium Indian restaurants charge - for example, £22 for a prawn curry with no rice or naan included. The service was good but it's trying to present itself as a premium Indian restaurant when it really isn't. Shame.

Ordered a Deliveroo from Nawaab Saab tonight for the first time and will definitely be repeating. Both the Hot Fish starter and the Lamb and Mushroom Madras were very tasty, with rich and robust flavours and hot spices just how I like it. Perfect cure for the start of a winter cold which I'm pleased to say has met its match :)

From the reviews I had high expectations and on the hole it was ok, but it was a little expensive the food was ok but nothing amazing like in the reviews. Onion barges still Dougie in the middle not that crisp on the outside. Currys nice sources a bit short on meat. The waitress that served us was chewing gum, not a problem as such, but not very professional. On the whole ok but expected a bit more for the cost.

I have had a takeaway last year which was superb, not cheap but you get what you pay for! I went on my birthday recently with 6 other lads. The restaurant accommodated a last minute extra person with no fuss( they put a seat on end off table👍🏼) though they'd previously told me on phone to give them heads up early as possible. I had Tandoori Salmon, pilau rice& Peshwari nan( honey coconut etc). Washed down with copious pints of Kingfisher on draught. A couple of the lads are real ' foodies'. Five of them said" That was the best curry", " That I've ever eaten"!!!!! The other guy said it was"Nice"! ( He is a miserable hunt at best so...) Food is FRESH, no oily films on it etc. You leave feeling full but Clean( IYKWIM)... I will definitely be going back soon... Atmosphere was bang on( As it was a Saturday they cranked the ' traditional' music up a notch later on which enhanced the experience). Place is impeccable, service was superb...11/10

Without a doubt the best curry we’ve had in the East Midlands! I’m from Birmingham so have high standards when it comes to curries. We’ve tried SO many curry houses in and around Hucknall and have always been left slightly disappointed. This is the first time in 6 years of searching that we’ve found a curry to match a brummy one! Will definitely be a new regular.

Fantastic Indian restaurant and takeaway, We ordered approx 20 mins before opening - online. We received friendly service via phone contact , they don't deliver but there's an online discount , which is worth it considering the quality of food. The food was amazing, bear in mind 20 minute drive , then serving up , the food was still hot !! That's quality , i had jalpari curry salmon based dish , everything was cooked exquisitely, i highly recommend, Thanks NawaabSaab 👌👍😊😊

Nawaab Saab were very accommodating in accepting 11 people for my wife’s 30th birthday celebration meal. Due to the large number of people, they requested a deposit & a pre-order for everyones menu choice, this is very understandable though. From start to finish, they attended to our every need. Every one of complimented saying that food was really good, & there was nothing that they didn’t like. Portions sizes were spot on, plus there was plenty of choices to pick from. All in all, a good meal, & attentive staff.

What a wonderful experience from being greeted at the door to the decor, the service, the excellent food to the exit. I don’t write reviews too often but had to for this restaurant! We’re from California and are out in Nottingham visiting family. We came to dinner here and everything was delicious and most of all the service was fantastic! We loved the decor and ambiance as well. I got the garlic chili masala with chicken. I asked for it very spicy and they gave me exactly how I’d wanted it. We got the samosas and a kabob sampler plate. Everything was sooo good! I’m pregnant and they even spruced up my sparkling water for me and sent me off with congrats treats. Just so awesome! Come check out this great restaurant!

Love this place. Situated just outside Nottingham and easy to locate this is a comfortable and beautifully done-out establishment. The food is excellent and the menu is everything you would expect from a classy restaurant with numerous choices for everyone. The owner is warm and welcoming with some family members waiting-on who are always ready to oblige with whatever your needs may be. There us a well- stocked bar and the whole place is furnished in silver-grey crushed style velvet. Any dietary needs only have to be conveyed to the staff and these are attended to without any fuss. Portions are generous and very very tasty. This place definitely warrants more than one visit or three.

After driving past this new restaurant on numerous occasions, my partner and I decided that we should go for a meal and check it out. We went on Thursday evening (20/06/19) We were greeted by the wonderful staff, which was lovely. The menu was extensive and varied. When the food arrived it was absolutely fantastic, really delicious. Having lived up the road from this place for over a year i thought i would finally take the plunge and try them out, WOW! Honestly this is hands down the best curry i have ever eaten, me and the mrs both had a chicken dopiaza and the flavours were something else, it wasn't oily like curries you would get from most takeaways, the chicken was tender and the dish was spiced perfectly. Our only complaint was that the curry was a tad too salty, but even with this flaw, we was still blown away by the taste so we will defiantly be ordering again, however next time i will request them to use a little less salt. Now that was just the food, the service was also outstanding, everybody i spoke to was extremely polite and you could tell they knew the quality of the food they was serving as the service matched it perfectly. My usual Indian includes rice within the price of the curry for around £9.50 because of this i accidentally forgot to order rice, when i rang them up to explain and offered to pay them in cash to add it to the order they refused and threw 2 pilau rice's in free of charge. This doesnt seem like a huge grand gesture, but couple it with the whole ordering and eating experience at this place, i will never go anywhere else, now i need to go on a sunday when they have a 3 course meal set menu for £16!!

I thought I'd try this as I keep hearing people say its nice but its VERY expensive we had a takeaway on Saturday night 2 curry's 2 rice 2 nan breads and 4 poppadoms it was £40 . It was nice but I have had better and half the price. The nan breads was really chewy and the poppadoms tasted like the day before they wasn't fresh abit stale. So we didn't eat them. But i can honestly say £40 is very steep so God knows how much it would be to sit in and eat.

It was taken away and deducted off the bill but I wasn't offered another so had to sit and wait whilst the rest of my table ate. I didn't like that the toilets were situated so close to where we were eating . There was a constant queue of people waiting near us. This is a fairly newly refurbished Indian restaurant just on the outskirts of Nottingham and a superb job has been made of it. The decor is very chic with silver grey crushed velvet and accessories to match. The result is very opulent but also very comfortable. The staff are smart and so very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The menu is extensive and everything is cooked beautifully and presented in a proper manner. There is also colour-changing subtle lighting in the ceiling which is quite restful to watch as it can be seen reflected in the huge mirrors around the walls. This is a popular place for families with small children although they do not present a problem to other diners. This is a lovely place to have a meal and is almost like going home to be looked after.
