I chose Pret A Manger (Nottingham) as I'm still unhappy about using a cafe which is busy and has the door closed, i.e. there is no ventilation. Pret A Manger had the door permanently open, so I felt safer. It was good to see the delicious array of food in offer - I really enjoyed my smoked salmon sandwich and flapjack bar. The service was extremely efficient and very friendly. Thanks 👍

Really lovely staff they are all so polite especially 2 blonde girls one of them is with an accent and has a beautiful laugh and radiating positivity. While the other one speaks warmly and uses nice phrases like here you go love😄i just love the staff. We need a bigger Pret cause it’s always full.

After my journey to Pret today, a customer picked up my drink and escalated with the Pret team stating that was the incorrect drink…I find it hilarious how some people’s mind works. I then had to state it was my own drink whereas hers was served right after. The person left a review complaining about Pret messing up her drink, so I’m leaving a review complaining about her taking my drink.

Very nice place to chill out on sunday morning. Friendly staff and plenty of vegan options, which unfortunately cant be toastes here. I fancied food here few times but as I didnt want to eat it cold I did t have any at the end. Its based in the heart of Nottingham city centre, easy to hop on tram, bus or park your car nearby.

There is only 1 Pret in Nottingham now . They closed the bigger one down which was a pity as it was quite spacious. The one left is a bit small, They need a new bigger , brighter outlet to cope with demand.

One of my most regular spots in the city. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming even on the darkest of mornings/days! Especially the lady with the short hair :) (sorry I forgot your name) The quality of the food and drinks have always been to a very high standard and they really take into account any allergies and personal requirements. The discount cup scheme has been fantastic and I've enjoyed using my reusable cup and help the environment. I love Pret and has always been one of my favourite coffee shops. I understand with the current pandemic and the enforcement of masks it can sometimes be difficult to understand what people have said. So I went the other day I ordered a latte with oat milk. To then be given an iced latte. I told the server that this wasn't my order as I cannot have dairy, and it was a hot latte. He then rudely responded 'no that's not what you said' he then proceeded to roll his eyes. The drink was made again but it was wrong for the second time. However, because of his attitude the first time I didn't want to have to explain again. It was a busy day and I understand times can be stressful at the moment. I just wish the customer service was a little nicer on my last visit.

Fairly pricey but you know what you're getting with a chain however if you join their monthly coffee club you can get 4 cups a day for twenty quid and if you work near to one it's perfect for a morning coffee and maybe one at lunch....cannot go wrong for the price but be aware you will spend on extras as they always look so appealing

I truly love this place but had a very unpleasant experience. I politely made a request for a new drink as I returned my drink due to it having a shot of caramel inside. When returned, the member of staff unfortunately tried to prove to me that I have asked for the caramel in my drink. This must have been just misunderstanding on his part, however I wanted to touch on that trying to prove to the customer that they did get what they asked for and not owning the mistakes is a bit out of place in customer service. The person later kindly apologised for behaviour. This must have been a long day for them anyway.

Would recommend this coffee bar, friendly helpful staff that serve great coffee / tea & sandwich's. Watch the prices, can be a little over the top so if I'm drinking 3or4 coffee's I buy the 99p filter coffee, its just as good.🇬🇧

Lovely little cafe. Staff were insightful and fast (it was very busy but I was seen to within 5 minutes). Lovely location with outdoor seating. It is a small venue so pushing my double pushchair around was a little tricky but not impossible.

Love the atmosphere of this place. Veggie options are great, and although the seating is unusual, I actually prefer it. Lovely sitting here in a sunbeam with a delicious coffee watching the world go by. Fabulous service, very welcoming ❤️

One of my favourite cafés. Fresh food made everyday and nothing goes to waste - any food not sold is donated go various homeless shelters! Great location - close to the market square so not out of the way!

The Pret in Nottingham has been around for many years. I have always worked in the city and have always found the food and drinks here to be very very good. The staff are excellent and always friendly. I recently subscribed to the monthly barista drinks deal at £25 a month which is exceptional value. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is it really does need an overhaul as the place looks a little tired plus the tables need to be cleaned better and more frequently in my opinion.
