S. S.The five star review is mainly for the sizzling steak fajitas, which is my favourite dish from here. Very flavourful and leave you full. Although the price might be a tad on the expensive side.

D. T.We decided to book a table here before a gig at the Royal Concert Hall across the road. The place was clean and had interesting decor all over the walls. The staff were really welcoming and attentive. The food was a little slow because they were busy but not overly so. Worth the wait though as it was excellent, we had the Ceasar salad and the cobb salad plus some fries and the cajun onion rings. We also ordered the June Bug and Comfortabull cocktails which were absolutely delicious!

L.Not the best food I’ve ever had in a TGI’s. The loaded Potato skins were under seasoned and I suspect heated in a microwave as the cheese on the plate was melted to the plate but the plate was cold. But it was not inedible.
The service was very good. And there was not a long wait.

M.I came in here on a busy Saturday around lunch time, and the service was still very quick. The inside is nice with movie memorabilia on the walls. I had the chicken strips but I thought the portion size was a little small with just 5 small strips, but it was still delicious. Not bad for my first time to a TGI Fridays.

p. p.Great experience here, I have a serious allergy to peanuts so it's always in the back of my mind when I go out anywhere. But my worries were redundant here, great care was taken and the staff were very accommodating. This was my first visit and won't be my last!

N. V.Service was excellent here. At one point we had a few waiters servicing our table which was good but knew wasn't meant to happen. Food was served pretty quick and quality of dishes were good. Our waitress was confident and knowledgeable offering a very good customer experience. Always recommend TGIs.

M.Love TGI'S went here with my mum and a friend, we was served by Beth and all I can say is her customer service skills are brilliant, as soon as we sat down we was offered drinks, food was piping hot, lots of variety however we chose off the 2 course meals. Drinks became low and Beth topped them straight up. Beth was so good we gave her around a £7 tip. Based on service and food would 100% return. Food picture is off sesame Jack chicken strips and a cheeseburger deluxe with a side of Onion rings.
Definitely recommend a trip to this tgi's.

k. j.The food was ok for the price you pay. The service was slow we waited over an hour to have our orders taken then when it came 2 of our meals were cold. They did replace and it was better but after waiting nearly another hour for our food in the first place not what you expect really. The staff nice and polite smiley. But the waiting for me was an issue especially when you have hungry kids in the party . Had to buy another drink for the little one as she had finished her drink before her meal had come. Don't think I'll be going back would rather spend my money somewhere else.

On an extremely cold and busy Saturday lunchtime and a packed out restaurant we were not waiting long at all for anything. Our server was effective and very attentive to all tables. All servers looked busy however all had a smile on their faces. The restaurant had a queue all the way out the door however seating staff remained effective and organised at seating people with no issues.
The food was lovely and very easy for my gluten free partner to choose something from the menu as a few items are actually gluten free. I had the burger which was lovely and my partner had the steak which he said was also nice.
We thought that the refillable drinks would be limited due to the sheer pace of trying to get them to tables and being so busy however we still mamaged to get 4 each as our waitress was on the floor alot and constantly checking tables.

a. m.Came here a couple weeks ago in the evening and was served by a wonderful waitress names Justyna. She was very attentive and made sure to check on us throughout the whole meal. We loved everything from the drinks, to the food and even the venue layout. We've never been before so we were surprised about how good it was! Will definitely return.

I dont think we would go again, the staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly and knew the menu.
I would definitely commend TGI staff and manager how they handle people with allergies, I have severe allergies and they were so on point and you have to scan app which shows what the food have really good, I wish all restaurants made it this easy.

D. B.TGI's Nottingham is not my local, and sad to say it did not match my local at Bluewater. The fries were drowned with salt, and the strips of chicken had virtually no sesame seeds. Fortunately, the staff were very helpful, which somewhat salvaged the experience.

A. T.Most of the food was decent if a little overpriced for what it consisted of and the serving sizes of additional coleslaws were small. The ribs were a bit dry and needed more sauce and a couple of the burgers were dry and lukewarm on arrival to the table although could be down to the size of the group ordering. Little improvements would make the experience so much better such as reducing the amount of ice in drinks as there was far to much. Also having wet wipes for those ordering ribs would be better. Would probably venture to other establishmens for the overall price to quality ratio.

This girl was an absolute doll all evening 😊 Can I just say, she is a credit to the customer service industry. She was always so polite and friendly, even though she was clearly busy.
Absolutely smashing food. The Rack 'n' Ribs were perfect and the best Pina Coloda I've had in years 🤤 39/10. We will definitely be returning (on time)
R. A.Im a regular costumer at fridays. I love their food, drinks, and nachos! However I am not very keen on their hospitality and service. It's like once you're done with food, they're expecting you to leave straightaway because they immediately give you your bill even without asking them for it! Which is annoying and disrespectful.

Only a couple of things I feel could have been improved on.
First of all, we were given a card with a QR code and sent to a website to look at an allergy menu. While this is a brilliant system, some of the items on the allergy menu weren't on the menu in the store and this left us a bit confused as to what was available. The guy who took our order (I assume he was a manager) cleared it up, but it took a bit of work.
Secondly, we were with a child, so we were given an activity pack and crayons. This is lovely, but the activities were for an older child (one that can read and write). I would've thought something to colour in would have been more age appropriate.
A.Our local TGIs is always really disappointing but Nottingham was brilliant. We'd pre booked a table, as it can be busy especially on weekends.
Service was really quick and food was hot and fresh. Kristie was looking after us and was really friendly. I really love their cocktails but menu has reduced as many have due to covid so hoping more come back soon!

C.Awesome food, lively atmosphere, friendly staff. We were waiting quite awhile for seating, and then for the bill, but it was a super busy Saturday night.
C. C.Food was nice and filling. Quite expensive (but we did the eat out scheme so was good haha) staff were very nice and always asking if we wanted drinks. My friend had allergy and they were very good and safe about that. But his food came out around 12 minutes before the rest of our partys food so that was the only complaint.

T. P.1.6.21 - We visited as a party of 4. The food was excellent, sesame chicken, fries and rack of ribs. The smores dessert equally as good. TGI treated my friend to a comp piece of cake as it was his 32nd birthday, thanks! The only negative would be that they were understaffed. It was very difficult to catch anyone for extra dips or to order dessert. The server was on her third day and did a great job with the refills. TGI always delivers and we will be going again in June for sure. Thanks TGI cornerhouse!

S. B.A popular venue that provides good food and good selection of drinks, with cocktails being very popular. On this occasion our booking was marred by poor staff who were unsympathetic to our requests and needs. With one being downright rude. However, our meal was very nice and after discussion with the manager we were compensated for our initial treatment. So I would still recommend but with reservations as I think it depends how busy they are, although no excuse for poor behaviour.

D.Food is fine. But staff never seems to be bothered about you. We arrive at the restaurant waiting in front. The person at the bar could see us but continue speaking with the rest of her colleagues. And after like few more minutes of waiting, one of decided to attend to us. And this is not the first time.
E. W.Visited on Tues 4th Aug with my partner, taking advantage of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme. Booked in advance, on arrival we were seated immediately. Provided with paper menus and ordered easily.
On arrival of our starter, it was just plonked down by a young member of staff. We thought he had gone to get us cutlery but none arrived. The starter was not edible with hands so we had to wait about 10 minutes before we managed to catch a member of staff and get some cutlery! Not great.
We both ordered burgers. They were tasty but nothing to shout about. Didn't order any puddings as to be honest, they were very disappointing sounding. Majority were ice cream sundaes, with most containing some sort of fruit. Not a fan. Only other pudding they had was choc fudge cake, had it before, it's OK but nothing special. TGIs definitely used to have nicer puddings.
Everytime we visit, prices have gone up and portions sizes have shrunk. We both agreed we won't be going back again paying full price. It was OK with the discount but definitely will be choosing Annie's or any of the many other American eateries in Notts over this place, sadly. Service was not up to standard, and it always used to be the thing they were great at.

g. h.Heard good things about the vegan burger and wasn't disappointed! It's just like the beyond/impossible burger. Really, really good.
If they added this as a meat free option on all their burger combos (where possible), rather than a specific "vegan option" burger, it would probably attract a lot of people. We had ours with cheese and apple slaw.
Also, warrior fries were okay, but actual blue cheese would be nice, rather than a blue cheese sauce (or maybe it was cheap blue cheese). Made them taste a bit sickly.
Staff were great, super friendly and as attentive as they could be, despite the massive crowd in there.
Anybody looking for a decent meat free burger, I would definitely recommend trying TGI's.

H. W.I tried this restaurant for the first time ever yesterday. I've never been to a TGI Friday before. The staff members are really friendly. The lady who assisted me was truly lovely. I had the Jack Daniels Chicken and it was absolutely delicious. The vegetables were a little overcooked but, everything else was amazing.
M. E.Disagree with what others are saying about the hospitality. The hospitality was top notch. Yes there was a wait for food but it was busy and people kept turning up. The prices are a bit high in my opinion and the fries seemed to have been cooked in old oil but one thing I will not have said bad about this place is the hospitality. We were served by Maria who was one of the best waitresses I have ever had serve me in my 45 years of existence. Only bad thing about this place is the prices.

HOWEVER the food expecially the mac and cheese was not so good, dry and not well spiced up. Also the spicy boneless chicken was just duncked in pepper not flavoured at all. Took it home for the boys to have as they usually like anything chicken and they had one and that was it. The most AMAZING thing in the restaurant was the JACK DANIEL sauce 😊 brought the meal together tasted amazing.
AS A FIRST TIME IN TGI FRIDAY my experience was okay can't totally criticise them as I enjoyed my self as well the meal was FILLING and the whole experience was A 7/10.

J. “. C.A TGI Fridays like any other, great environment, music and decor. The staff were out of this world, really kind, really friendly.... simply top notch, they really made us feel welcome, which makes the next bit really hard.
On this occasion, 50% of our food sucked. There were four of us, varying in starters and mains, and just about everything that could be grilled or toasted was burnt... not charred... burnt... the place was pretty empty so my guess is, the chefs simply didnt care or couldn't be arsed.
Two of us also had salads, the big main salads, which neither of us could finish as there was so much dressing, our mouths were burning with vinegar half way through... everything was soggy due to the copious amounts of dressing.
We've been to TGIF several times in several cities and this was the first time the food sucked, so we haven't been put off... but if any one is reading this from the Notts branch, have a word with your chefs. I guess we all have our bad days, but thats no excuse for the customer to bare the brunt.

N. M.Love TGI Friday's going on 13th even if its day before my birthday to celebrate my 40th and I'm looking forward to it. Only issue is staff when you pay in cash as they don't seem to come back with your change. This time what I'm giving feed back for I was with my mum and the staff member who served us took payment and went to about 3 other tables and disappeared other side of restaurant never came back with change and there was about 6 to 7 pound and I gather she kept as a tip but that shouldn't happen.

J.Fantastic all around place to eat, great tasting food and the staff are the best, the manager when In will come around the tables to check you're having a plesent meal, the waiters/waitresses will check several times without being overbearing to make sure your drinks are filled and food is as you want it. Would recommend it to anyone even if it's just the one time, don't miss out.
