R. B.Good roast. I got a lot of food for my money. Roast chicken was tasty, cauliflower was a little underdone, peas not the sweetest, but stuffing and gravy good and Yorkshire puddings were delicious. Had to wait a while before they let us in for lunch. A bit understaffed, I feel.

W. D.You get what you pay for £10 breakfast. Service is average, no frills. I wont be going back, fullstop! I don't like being treated as though they're doing me a favour .hmmm...I bet they've never been tipped!

M.Having stayed at the Premier Inn while working away this was the food option, the evening service was excellent the member of staff was friendly and very helpful and the food was very good however the morning was a different story I was greeted by a member of staff with their facemask around their chin, the Porridge was served without any honey as it should have been, no sauces were given at the start as most (good) Premier Inn pubs do and my toast was given without any butter so I had to ask for some and when it eventually arrived my toast had gone cold.
I get that things have to be done differently during these times but some Premier Inn pubs do the whole process a lot better which is surprising as their all part of the same group, the best ones give you a selection of sauces and conserves at the start when they bring you your drinks over which limits the interaction with the staff member, I guess some restaurants don't do this to try and save money yet they still charge the same 🤷.
C. S.Food is nice but there is a lot better from other restaurants and slow we went as a large group about 25 of us there wasn't many others there and the first people got there meal and was finished with it before about 12 people even got there food

K. J.Food was pricey luckily I had a 40% off voucher which made it ok, I wouldn't of been happy to pay full price as didn't think it was great value. I had bbq ribs and chicken which were quite nice but the coleslaw tasted funny and the corn on cob was tiny. Also paid £3.99 for a measly 3 prawns. The children's meals were good value for money though and the staff were very nice. Good parking facilities
S. B.Often here (maybe twice a week). Service is always excellent, special mention to Diane and George (hope you get a reward for that). They are always friendly and make sure the food is excellent before it leaves the pass.

G. K.I previously had a really bad opinion about this place from 3 years ago. Rude staff and the steak was nowhere near rare, and it was just unseasoned. However, my girlfriend's family booked us a table there so I thought we can try again. This time it was a polar opposite to my last experience. Staff were great, friendly and recommending good things. My Steak was spot on rare, and it was very delicious, seasoned well. It really seemed like 3 years ago there was something in the establishment that made people careless, rude and just hollow. Whatever change was done during those 3 years, I'm glad it was done. I changed my review from the previous 1 star to 5. Thank you for the great experience.

m. h.We drove from East Midlands Airport, after they were not prepared to do a buffet breakfast like most hotels strangley won't although they hold regular evening meals?
I remember living near the castle marina when I was 20 and knew it was a nice eatery. We travelled from the airport hotel to the restaurant, to be greeted, had lovely conversations and excellent service. DIANE especially stood out with brilliant service but there was also a gentleman and another young lady I can't remember the name of that was lovely

We arrived about 4 pm and they weren't busy. We ordered steaks and they were amazing. My husband had a filet and it melted in his mouth. My sirloin was also very good.
We thought the prices were great for the amount and quality of the food we got. We will definitely eat at a Beefeaters again, and hope they all have equal quality.

We ordered a shared mixed platter that consisted of fish, rack of smoked ribs, fish, chicken skewer, potato wedges, thin Nacho's, colsaw, rocket & onion rings, plus dips. Could've eaten more as it's not much food when you're sharing lol 😂 but very much enjoyed 😋😊

K. M.Went early Sat evening. Placed near a table with about 12 people dining. They were very noisy which wasnt a good start. Took about 45 minutes for meals to arrive. One meal was wrong regarding sauces etc and the an item missing. Not the best experience I've had at a Beefeater I must say. Took advantage of a 40% off mains offer and to be totally honest, that's all it was worth. Disappointed.
S. C.Service was excellent, we weren't rushed and thoroughly enjoyed our food. Can recommend the barbecued ribs as being so tender that the meat fell off the bone. The mixed grill with 4oz steak medium donewas also very satisfying. Gammon, chicken, sausages all very tasty.

They said they had a couple and if I'd book a table he would let the chef know to put one to one side. When we got there and told them our name he immediately mentioned the food I had asked about the day before. Excellent work. Well done the wife was really pleased.

The food it's really good quality and cooked fresh to order. Always leave feeling full and having enjoyed the meal. Staff are friendly and helpful.

J. S.Great food. Had breakfast every morning during my stay and every time was well cooked and presented. Friendly staff and didn't feel rushed to leave like soke places you go to. Great selection of buffet style breakfast pastries etc too. Only grumble is that the whole menu had I had eaten there for dinner seemed a tad expensive but I guess you expect it when going to a hotel.

We were also not made aware that a few dishes were not available on the night that we went. An okay experience and wouldn't mind going back, as the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed.

J. C.Very expensive for s Sunday roast. A very small jug of gravy which only covered the meat. I like lashings of gravy to cover all the meat and vegetables. The beef was a little bit chewy too. Waited a long time for the food to arrive also had to ask twice for the bill.

We all know Beefeaters and other chains like it. I've been in some where the staff are a nightmare, the food is bland, and the drinks are over priced. At least this place has a smile when you walk in and a decent meal without a massive price tag.

Ask for "Walters special man sauce" when ordering ice cream desserts for a decadent double portion at no extra cost, and if ordering a burger ask for it "freestyle at no cost" for a free double burger upgrade. I'll let you figure out the rest. Here's a hint... ask for your chips "not made from potato" enjoy.

R. B.Good for breakfast, on par with Harvester all you can eat style continental and full English. Kids eat free for breakfast which is a huge plus. I wasn't a fan of the sausages though and the coffee was from a machine.
W.Staff are great. Need a local discount card though as it's quite expensive. Clearly aimed at business people staying at the hotels nearby. Very quiet these days so maybe locals discount could fill it up a bit.

3 small scallops with some tiny scraps of bacon in hardly any sauce. Frankly a real rip off.
I think Whitbread have lost the plot with delusions of grandeur.
Won't be back as can get quality food for this price elsewhere in Nottingham.

J.My wife booked a large table for my 30th birthday it was pleasure from start to finish the girk we had serving us was a delight she made our meal a d exsperiance my steak was cooked just perfect well defo be doing more family meals here as it was really really good and also had some fun coulouring books for the children to do while we waited for our food defo recomend for all to try and have the the mixed grill its top notch ten out of ten for me
