From what I could see, all of the menu was available to order despite how busy the place was. The staff were friendly and the food was hot. The chicken seemed as though it had been sat for a while but was still edible. The bins were overflowing so there was no where to put our rubbish, except play trash Jenga, and and the tables were dirty. But the food was lovely, hot and also the order was completed very quickly. Would definitely return, but maybe as a take away.

Must have been having a bad day. The self-service kiosks kept crashing, my order was taken wrong at the till then items were missing (I wasn't the only one to experience this. Other customers were also complaining.) When I went to get my missing items, a staff member snatched my receipt out of my hand *twice* without so much as eye contact, seemed to read it then got 2 different items and walked off. Then when my items were clearly ready, I asked another member of staff if I could have them, they said 'yes' then went back to ignoring me. Then 5 minutes later (still waiting at the till) he then passed my items over. No idea why he had to ignore me/my order for 5 minutes just to take <1 second to pass me my items, especially without an apology, especially as I had already explained my confusion about the other staff member checking my receipt then disappearing! I understand they may have been busy, however, if the staff had been listening to their customers and each other, things may have been smoother, quicker and easier for them.

I know this is a very small services, only with 3 stores: KFC, Starbucks and Waitrose. But for a very small services their toilets are outdated and are discussing the combination of smells (good and bad), make it worst.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The zinger burger was enjoyed. The chips were cold and fat soaked. The fat tasted 'old' and I threw them away. In fact I brushed my teeth when I got home to rid myself of the taste, which sadly didn't help too much. The vegan burger was completely tasteless and tepid in temperature. But, as I said, the staff were very nice.

Bit of a palaver parking and going in to the place but the food's fine. Very busy though so quite a wait. Self selection ordering at the various consoles is easy enough. Personally I do prefer drive through but this wasn't so bad apart from the boring wait. Thank goodness for games on phones!

KFC Oxford. Food was really good, in comparison to UK fast food restaurant standard. Would always pick KFC over other main names. The self service machine is slow, very slow. And KFC are very pushy for add ons to the meals or food you want to pick. Easy enough to use. And semi easy to customise. After 12pm order. Done fairly quickly. Staff should be more enthusiastic. But did their job professionally and promptly. The most important thing was the food was as ordered. Great temperature. Great tasting. Good size. Great quality. Thank you KFC Oxford.

See I’m debating between the best food ever and the worst service ever. Today I was phoned to tell me they didn’t have any chicken on the bone… 2 hours before closing so let’s face it this is shocking. I’d like to say this isn’t usually the case but I can honestly say I’ve never once ordered from KFC and got a full proper order. I’m not even sure now how your making your money now as everyone I have spoken to or referred to has never got a good experience from. You can’t rely on your name forever. Eventually people will stop ordering

Had a really tasty zinger meal. Didn't have long to wait at all. The ordering system is so easy. You don't feel rushed either,gives you chance to have a good look at the menu. Food was nice and hot. The fries were nice and thick not thin and soggy like you can get in other places.

Very fast service considering how busy it was. I've never seen such a well stocked KFC too - everything was pretty much fresh and picked from the hot shelf when needed. Good covid hygiene too which helps in an enclosed service station environment. Would definitely stop here again.

I could smell the toilets from the top of the stairwell (sadly this is the same location as the entrance to KFC) so it wasn't a great start. The tables were not particularly clean. The food was hot but service was slow. No lemon wipes or napkins provided.

Clean and tidy but staff have no idea what they are doing. Lots of standing around shouting for food but no food being served. My twister came out burnt and the chips were cold. I would have taken it back to complain but I would have waited a further 20 minutes again so I never bothered. I would not re visit it again if I'm honest.

This KFC is really good, it is in a services so prices will be a little bit more but unfortunately there's not a lot of alternatives in Oxford, need more KFCs. The quality is great and makes for a nice treat, easily accessible with parking as it is in a services, order can be at the counter or at a self service screen.

Good clean store but self service tills would not work properly and with no staff willing to help I gave up. Went further up the A34 towards Bicester- fantastic service and really helpful staff. Up to you but I would go about 3 miles further up and get better service.

Tl;Dr use the machines if you have the colonel app. The cashiers won't accept it but the machines do. The prices here are also more than standard restaurants. The restaurant is fairly accessible which meant we could avoid the trip into the city on the day we wanted to go to kfc. The selection is what you would find at any other restaurant, and the staff were prompt and friendly. However, the prices are marked up on all items and there is some inconsistency in whether you can use the Colonel app. Regarding that, you can, but only at the machines. The scanners don't always work at them but you can type in your number and redeem items. The cashiers will not accept you showing them the code at the till. If you can find another kfc within reasonable distance then I would recommend others, or another restaurant that doesn't mark up the price. Otherwise, it will do the job.

Food was fine but such a soulless place. Staff ok but none cracked a smile. I know you don't go to services and KFC for a fun time but really. Bins could do with emptying. Went to Starbucks afterwards and at least the staff were smiling and chatty. Not much to ask.

Just like any other KFC in service station. It's not huge but you can order either on counter or on ordering machine. Used ordering machine had to wait till the counter queue was cleared before they came to our order so maybe counter service is better.

Typical KFC. Very clean with cheerfully, efficient staff. Supposed to be open until 22.00 but has been known to be shut as early as 20.30 due to staff shortages. You just never know!

Went in with suprise order of 3 party buckets. Realised there would be a wait but staff on at the time (20/08/2018 around 1pm) were amazing! Very effcient and very friendly. Number needs changing on google though as if it had been right they could have had some advanced warning!
