Had this meal the very first time I landed the country. It was okay, guess I expected more from it. This particular branch is always so packed since it's in a town so expect slower service. Good food the price. AND THEIR SAUCES ARE JUST SOOOOOO DELISH!!!

Food always good standard but it seems you get a better service from a select few members of staff.. Last time I went in there was no hot or extra hot sauce so asked 2 staff to sort but got very vague responses with no action and just got told they'd ran out. Weirdly, a third member of staff came out just as I was finishing my food and put out all new bottles? 🤷‍♂️. Syrup on Coca-Cola ran out so spoke to the same staff but didn't get sorted until another party had the same issue and spoke to a different staff member.. She got it sorted. Bit if training needed me thinks.

Haven't been here for years but forgot how good the creamy mash was. Never had the garlic bread as a side before and this was served fresh and hot! Nice chicken wrap, this will be my go to order from now on. Disappointed that the salad options had been reduced. Years ago they had a green bean salad with feta and olives, would be nice to see this on the menu again Nandos 😋

Great service from the welcoming staff, we were seated and asked about the Nando's process. We were given the option to order over the phone via QR code. As soon as we ordered and no longer than 15 minutes, we had our food and it was a great standard and overall the place was clean and staff was accommodating. I would definitely recommend a visit.

The menu is app based and so is payments, if you require a discount code it isn't clearly advatised that you need to ask a member of staff for it. Food is good with a fair amount served. I'd go again but next time I'd ensure I actually get my discount.

Went today for the first time since pre-covid. Greeted really well, given a great table with a high chair and space for the pram and very friendly. I was advised that because I wanted to pay on card, I had to place an order on my phone and then all the citlery and sauces would be brought to us. Personally, I found this very faffy, as I had to set up an account with verification codes etc and then I had to ask someone about my NHS discount and was then advised I had to go to the till! Waste of 10mins. Order arrived very quickly but no cutlery so I had to go up again and get the cutlery from the till (no help from anyone and no one to ask). No napkins. Order 3 meals and 1 was cold so had to send back. The waitress was good - apologised and brought a fresh meal out. Had to go up again because there were no staff to help with a question. All in all, not great and would not be returning in a hurry.

Good value with re. to sharing platters. However, ordering food proved to be quite a challenge and we had to ask 3 employee s to sort it out. The staff were busy but courteous and helpful The peas were a miss. The broccoli could have been cooked in garlic rather than having it just sprinkled over the top. Another miss. The garlic bread was surprisingly good and the peri chips were delicious, as was the chicken. There are some interesting new bottled drinks on offer. Try the lot. Nice flavours.

Always love the food here and its a reasonable price. Especially if you get the meal platter for 2 people. Even with starters you end up paying around just 30 for 2 people. My favourite is the mango and lime sauce. Just a little spice with big flavour. I only took off one star because service was a little slow and confused. Overall great family meal, great atmosphere and tasty food

I don't really understand why people find this place so good. We tried peri chicken and it's dry and tasteless, like they're not using any marinade or salt in it. For desert we chose brownie, it's super small and doesn't come with anything - just plain cold piece. The taste isn't impressing either- in most other cafes and supermarkets it's better quality. Only good thing is friendly staff and central location.

However, we all thought that the portions had shrunk since our previous visit, which was slightly disappointing although this opinion is only based on a one off experience and might not be the same for everyone. Would still give the benefit of the doubt and try Nando's Peterborough again.

Arrived at 11:30 so we were seated and served very quickly. Surprisingly thought the food wasn't very hot despite there being barely anyone else in the restaurant. Also a hair was found in the food and I had to ask for my order to be corrected. Staff member who served me didn't have any enthusiasm whatsoever and spoke so softly I could barely hear her. Frustrating experience because Nandos is usually always a good experience for me.

The food is good here when it is hot that is. First chicken was cold and we had to wait quite some time. for it. The second was perfectly cooked but i was eating on my own as everyone else had already had their food for a while. I have been to other nados before and they have been much better than this one.

Not terribly impressed.. ran out of chicken thighs, and long wait for the chicken that they did have. Although thighs weren't available, they did agree to make dish with chicken breast instead. However, when it arrived, the chicken was very dry and the pita was filled carelessly, with all the salad and mayo squished to the bottom. Just a very underwhelming meal. I don't like to make a fuss, so when asked how we were enjoying our meals, my partner mentioned my issues to him and he simply replied with a muttered "alright". Overall, not the best experience and I've never had an issue with any other Nandos

Chips came out very undercooked and hard and waited at least 45 mins for our meals when the restaurant was 85% empty. Not sure what's going on here? The chicken wasn't what I was custom too either being dry.. this isn't a rant, infact I wouldn't have left a review but my smart phone picks up every location I visited last week for reviews. Lovely little branch. Staff are polite and friendly, managers reguarlly come round to check everything is okay and the service is redicualcly fast. Good level of cleanliness but the toilets sometimes lack behind. Large tables upstairs to book out for events with good views over the square.

Had a really nice lunch here with my mum and 4 year old daughter. The decor is good, and we were seated immediately. It was midday but not busy at all. We had a wrap, fries, macho peas (yum!) and a children's meal with bottomless frozen yogurt. The only thing was that the plain chicken for us and for my daughter still seemed fairly spicey. I used my 20% NHS discount which makes it an absolute bargain for food. Would recommend.

This was my first time at Nando's Peterborough and I was very pleasantly surprised. Shown to a table quickly and had Halloumi & dip for starter then we had a double chicken as a burger and a butterfly chicken with mash and both had coleslaw. Chicken was very moist and tasty. Will make sure I go again.

i don’t leave reviews hardly ever but thought the staff tonight deserved one, ordered via telephone to collect and when i arrived, through no fault of the staff, the system had cleared my order, however the manager dealt with it very well, gave a discount, i ordered again whilst there and was given a drink by one member of staff while i waited, another member of staff even remembered to include the pots of peri-tamer sauce i’d forgot about, great attention to detail from a customer service point of view and good effort from all involved. in the end the food came out before i’d even finished my drink!

Great place choose from menu then go up to counter to pay. If you have any allergies just let them know they then inform the manager and makesure you get the items u ordered allergy free. Food good, although service is all over the place, it was Saturday afternoon but tables were not cleared, they has large groups of youths roaming around the restaurant, who never had tables, never told us we needed to order at the bar, lack of sauces, cutlery and napkins ment I had to start looking through the cupboards for more and a meal that was ordered at the same time for 7 left 3 waiting over 15 mins when we received ours. Also didn't want to give us a table or booking till they knew we had a party of 7. Think the staffing needs looking at, security is an issue and kitchen needs to have a word with chefs as food ordered together should come out together.

In recent months the place has slipped in every department by one star for reasons unknown. It’s Nando’s, I love Nando’s enough said. Can get very busy at peak times so be prepared to wait sometimes 20 to 30 minutes for a table. Try the livers, they’re fantastic.

I feel like I've achieved most of my life goals. I never write them down, even though successful people like pop stars say that's what you should do - but that doesn't seem to have affected me much. I think, though, that when I am old and decrepit, lying in a hospital bed, staring at the ceiling tiles praying for the sweet, sweet embrace of death, I will wish that I had done enough in my youth to get a Black Card. If I had a Black Card I wouldn't just eat a chicken butterfly, hot, with piri-piri chips, corn and a refillable drink. Oh no... I would also make other people enjoy the same thing, initially at no cost at all. I would be like a drug pusher, providing sweet little tidbits of Nando's chicken to vulnerable people, encouraging them to go for more and more until they became addicted, like crazed, wild-eyed beasts shuddering and shaking, waiting for their next hit of salty, fiery-hot pleasure. Some of them might even pick extra hot, so hardcore would their addiction be. But, alas, I have no Black Card. So I just go here and forlornly stare at the tiny bits of ice in my empty glass, dreaming about what could be as old-age races inexorably towards me like stampede of demented, death-bringing buffalo. I have failed.
