First of all very friendly staff from the reception entrance, lovely lady. We were asked if we had a booking but we didn't so it wasn't a problem at all. The lady at the reception walked us through to an outside nice table. Menu got lot of variety and really delicious Italian options. Quin was very kind with us all time taking care of our table excellently and giving us a very professional service. Also offering us some sharing options as we required for our food. Overall excellent staff, very good service and nice food.

Had the Buy a Gift vouchers. It was for the set menu. Choice of 3 starters, about 8 main courses and 3 sweets and a drink.All the food we had was very good. Very clean and the staff were really nice and friendly. First time we had been to a Prezzo and were impressed. Will definitely go again.

We paid a visit one Thursday evening as a walk in customer. It was fairly busy but they had space for us and we were sat almost immediately. The restaurant were complying with all COVID requirements as you would expect and it seemed clean all around. We were given menus and were asked if we had allergies. I have a shellfish allergy so was given a menu accordingly. Our drinks orders were taken but when I went to order food, I was told a manager would have to do it as I had an allergy. I have no real issue with that, particularly if the waitress was not allergy trained, but I would hope that all staff should have the required training. Orders were then taken by the manager and our food came pretty quickly. After a few minutes the manager came over and said that the food I had ordered may contain seafood, she had just been told by the chef. There was no mention of seafood on the allergen menu and thankfully it did not affect me, but there is clearly an issue with the understanding surrounding allergies. Not long after my girlfriend was then soaked by a waitress spilling drinks from a tray on the table next to us. The manager was extremely apologetic, gave us a free drink and offered to pay for dry cleaning. These things happen. Overall we were really happy, but the staff really need to get a grasp of allergies. We will definitely be back.

We very much enjoyed our meal at Prezzo's in Peterborough. Very friendly staff, meal was delicious ( chicken Alfredo) although a tad expensive we felt at £14.50...it is pasta after all. But it was really delicious so I don't begrudge it.

Super welcoming. Took all the necessary details and sat us down quickly. Food came out hot and didn't take too long to arrive. Got a kids meal that was suppose to come with broccoli but, they were out so she asked if it would be ok to substitute it with asparagus. I was like ok.

Absolutely delicious food, with dining experience on par with food quality. Staff very attentive and friendly. Whole restaurant extremely neat and even on a Friday rush. Even on a busy day the restaurant felt controlled and not crowded. Carbonara and chips were spot on as well as starters. Portion sizes are just right. Airy, roomy restaurant. The staff separated the customers as much as possible which was appreciated. Hand sanitizer stations dotted around the restaurant too. We ordered gluten free and they delivered gluten pizzas. When there is a complaint, that gives a company a chance to shine and learn or loose a customer forever. They sent gluten free pizza out within 40 min and gave us a card inviting us into the restaurant for a complimentary sit down meal with starter. We were very happy with the speed and means they made this right. We will be back and loved the food and gluten free variety. Outstanding customer service.

Prezzos provide a safe dining experience - as do most places I've eaten at during this pandemic. But what surprised me were the additions to the menu. On the £10 set menu was a bolognese pizza which I loved. The waiters were really engaging and overall the service was very good. Would definitely go back.... hopefully very soon.

Is a nice restaurant with a very quickly service, sometimes I will say to quick but is okay for me. The food is good, I tried the ravioli lobster and king prawns, was delicious and the quantity was pretty good. My desert I didn't like it much but I think is more of taste. I got the salt caramel and chocolate tart serve with liquid cream, but I finished but I can't wait to try the tiramisu next time. I recommend the place and I will go back for try more dishes.

The service is not the best here, it is clear they are understaffed. You can get a few favorites from Deliveroo and have it in a shorter amount of time. With that being said, they service is not 'bad', just not prompt. They have delicious pastas and pizza. The giant meatballs are a must try! Not an expensive drink menu, but a decent wine list.

Nice place to have dinner. The food is tasty and a good adaptation of what real Italian food looks like. I did prefer pasta more than pizza. Merlot wine is acceptable and overhaul price reasonable. If you like coffee/ espresso do not have one here 🤮

massive leak in the middle of the restaurant resulting in having to turn away most service (obviously unpredictable), however we reserved so was served. they made the best out of what they could do, however only had pizza available on the menu and no starters. service did feel very rushed, with our waiter approaching us after our main saying "right, we done here" rather abruptly before picking up our dishes without us responding.

Great location and lovely helpful staff. You don't feel rushed. It is excellent value for money if you take advantage of the frequent offers online. The food is excellent and the drinks menu has a good range of items too. The desserts are lovely too.

Good food, good service, good atmosphere - all completely destroyed at 9.30pm by the management turning the heating onto cold in order to get customers to leave - presumably so that staff and management could get home early. It's a tactic l've experienced in various parts of the world - it's blatant and it's offensive. My party all had to put our coats on in order to try to be comfortable while eating our dessert. We spent good money in Prezzos and we're angry at being treated like nothing more than an inconvenience.

Visited with my daughters who both enjoyed their pizzas. I chose the lighter pizza with chicken, but the pizza base was exactly the same as normal pizzas and the chicken was dry and rather unpleasant - I think pre-cooked then grilled with the topping. On this occasion also, staff kept carrying trays and transparent bags of dark coloured solids through the restaurant, past tables of diners and into the outside area. It was most off-putting!

Me and my partner went for a meal out on Sunday afternoon. As it was a last minute choice I phoned them to ask if there are any tables left and the guy who answered the phone said yes. On our arrival the manager greeted us but when asked if we booked a table and I said not over the website but 10 mins ago she did not look very happy but still gave us a table. The food took around 30 minutes to arrive but it was delicious no complains. Regards staff, the guy who served us (Jacob I think) seemed a bit lost and started fighthing with his female collegue over the bar and I could her a f*** off from her. Also, the manager looked upset all the time. The bill came wrong as we used the fans club menu which was not applied. When the manager told that guy Jacob about his mistake he made a funny face and left. Anyway the bill was changed but it took a while for them to bring the card machine. Food was nice and hot but staff should be more professional.
