We use regularly, its our favourite pub in plymouth. It's a bit of a walk for us, but we still go. Dog friendly, good entertainment and the food is perfect. I would eat their roast every day if I could. Staff are very welcoming and always a nice chilled atmosphere. I'd recommend this pub for anyone. 😀

Local pub. Good honest down to earth food, great pool table and good beer. Lots of space, so never feels crowded and a stones throw from the waterfront 🌊

Really nice and calm pub, opposite the bay of plymouth. Fine breakfast (all day!) with reasonable prices. Take care for the food serving periods! Car parking nearby shouldn't be a problem.

Being a visitor to the area i felt like a pint of beer. Quite nice clean looking pub.The Doom Bar pint was very palatable. It had a good teatime trade with plenty of atmosphere 👌 😀

A gorgeous little pub situated right by Oreston Quay. Friendly staff, good choice of beers and a welcoming homely feel. There aren’t many pubs left like this in or around Plymouth. If you haven’t been there, then you’re missing out on something lovely.

Interesting, well decorated old pub in a nice, waterside location. Serves decent beer and good pub food - prices reasonable and service very good. Cut-off for food is a bit early at 8pm. Gets busy too so booking may be necessary. Unusual in that there is plenty of space for not one, but two dart boards! What a pub should be.

Food came in good time and was decent enough. Service from the staff was friendly and timely. However, when I asked if I could have gravy I was told there was plenty in the steak and ale pie I had ordered... I'm from Yorkshire. There's never enough gravy. Then when ordering pudding st 8.42 we were told the kitchen was closed. The explanation was that someone else had come in ordering food and they had turned them away as "The chefs have left. I'd do it myself but if I do puddings for you they'll be upset they can't have their meal." Maybe the chefs shouldn't leave at such an obscure time. Nice enough but can't rely on timings of kitchen

Brilliant night last night. Went to watch "Double Sole". They are fantastic. When they are at the Kings Arms again go there you wont be disappointed. The Pub is very welcoming with friendly staff and there is always a good atmosphere in there. The food is lush and plenty of it. Thanks to the Landlord and Landlady for organising a fantastic evening.

Food not bad for basic pub faire (quantity in preference to quality), but they seem to finish serving at very odd times (usually earlier than you would expect) so check before hand.

Food was let down we had the roast dinner most of it was from a bag meat was ok but you don't get any crackling with the pork the grumble we had have way to much grumble on the top which made it very dry like bird food the staff are very friendly and it's a very clean but they don't have baby changing facilities
