First time going to nandos, was very impressed. Delicious food for all, for me who doesn't do well with spice 🥵 and my partner who loves spice 🌶

Having to adjust to life gluten-free not by choice it was really reassuring to place an order here. The manager went through the menu and ingredients making sure nothing contains gluten and even got the kitchen to clean the grills and change out tongs etc. go avoid cross-contamination. Really pleased we will definitely be back!

Dad and lad dropped in before football match. Quick to get seated. Quick to be served. Food was typical Nando’s. I must have had the smallest breast available though, despite being butterflied it was barely five mouthfuls.

Haven't been to Nandos for 2 years and to be honest, after today we probably wont bother again. 2 of us went in and although there were several free tables, we were told we would have to wait, provide a mobile no and we'd be notified when our table was ready. When we did get our table after a short wait, we were then told we needed to order via the QR code or app as the tills were running slow. This was a nuisance and the app had a delay on it so I ended up getting our order slightly wrong. Our starter was brought which was nice, but 5 mins later they brought our mains. When I said we hadn't finished our starter I was told we had to take our mains as they didn't have enough room(?!!). So we left our half finished starter and ended up having to take it home, so we could eat our mains whilst still hot. The food was nice but when you have to place the order yourself, get your own drinks, cutlery and sauces and it costs £40, I think I'll pass next time and go to a restaurant with the service included. Disappointing!

I ordered from Nandos Deepdale for delivery via the Nandos website this evening for my birthday treat. I was very impressed with how tasty the chicken was. The piri chips and garlic bread were also very pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Friendly speedy and polite staff greet you on entering. Our order was brought to our table within 5 minutes. Food delicious as ever, chose full chicken with spicey fries and minted peas for the two of us. Can't wait to revisit and work our way through rest of menu 😋

We were seated very quickly by a really friendly man, who explained about ordering and what wasn't available, which was quite alot. When we finally managed to get sorted out (Internet issues) and our food came, the Feta wasn't on the salad, I asked the waitress and she just said, we don't have any. When I said can I swap it, she rolled her eyes and said, yep! When she asked if we wanted anything, she was so quick and abrupt, it put us off asking for anything else. We went to look for them ourselves and found that most of them were on tables, some tables having 2 or 3 of the same sauce. We asked the waitress if she would ask for one of them and she said no, she managed to get some sachets instead. The standards today were a bit sloppy to be honest, let down by a grumpy waitress that quite clearly did not like serving customers. The food however was gorgeous, well presented and cooked to perfection. We can never fault Nando chefs.

I visited Nando's at Deepdale Preston on the 24/02/2022. This was my second visit as I had previously been on the 17/02/2022. I can genuinely feedback that the customer service on both of these occasions was #OUTSTANDING..........!!!!!! ALL the staff (DANNY and AMY) in particular were extremely Professional/Polite and Helpful. I was genuinely humbled by their Conduct and Courteousness. Both DANNY and AMY had an excellent Product Knowledge and gave recommendations. DANNY also helped me with some issues that I was experiencing with my Loyalty Card. ALL the Staff were very attentive. I dealt more on a one-to-one basis with DAN and AMY. Nothing was to much trouble and I would 💯% rer

Always find it a bit weird going to a restaurant on a retail park but once inside you could have been anywhere. The restaurant is really clean and spacious and the food was great! We arrived at peak time and food was served promptly and with a smile! Great place to eat 👍

I came to England to get married. My fiancee and I registered at the Preston office and popped into Nandos to have a celebratory meal. The food was good. I had a rainbow bowl and it included a grains salad that was out of this world flavorful. The staff was attentive and charming. We had a W/C, and my partners phone died and needed a smack of charging to get us home. Our lovely waiter plugged in her phone for her and saved the day. When hearing we just registered the manager offered us his congratulations and a desert on the house. He even called us a taxi for our trip back home. The men we met that day were lovely and welcoming. Thank you guys for making us feel special. We love Nandos.

Couldn't get a table for 40 min, so had to come back. There were a few tables not cleared. The chicken was delicious but my mash was cold, returned it and waited 10 mins before i got it back. I had finished my meal by then. The manager was apologetic and gave me a brownie in compensation.

Went during the last lockdown. Unfortunately there was an 1hr30minute wait for a table (not there fault but the franchise's) as you couldn't book in advance. Then when seated could not refill the drinks ourselves and even when asking the staff it still took a while for them to remember to bring them over. Hopefully now restrictions have lifted things will be back to the normal high quality.

Danny is a great manager and Deepdale has gained so much by his move there.He was non stop running around while everyone else working there were friendly and helpful Danny could be seen in the background getting things done but still not too busy to stop and speak to customers and give the best service.Deepdale was super busy last time we visited but the food and all staff who served us were great.This store has parking too so thats a bonus.Ps seems there is a queuing system back in place - I presume that is due to staff shortages,busy times around xmas or covid?Maybe all three?Not the virtual queue though,the one where the store manges it,so be careful if u visit in the evenings as somtimes they are full for the night.

I've always been impressed by the quality of their food and speed of service at this branch. Tonight I was especially delighted by their customer service, as I complained when my meal arrived that I'd ordered two portions of spicy rice instead of the one I was brought, and the waitress immediately went to get another one. Later scrutiny of the receipt showed that I had indeed only ordered one and when I went to pay for the extra rice the waitress revealed that she knew this full well, but got it anyway without comment. It's rare to see an establishment put a higher value on customer satisfaction than on profit.

I've had better nando's you have to download an app well in there and order your food I know its all because of covid but I'm sure they are able to take orders with a pad . Their branches of Nando's are also good but I prefer the Preston Nando's as it has good customer service and the staff has been loyal to the customers. Also if you have a problem with your food, the staff will sort your food out and will give you a fresh meal straight out from their kitchen

We understand that as we are Asians people will stereotype it's unfortunately part of life us young Asian lads go through in the UK but when we pay for a service we expect to be treated equally. The staff mostly females in there were very rude. We asked for a replacement glass because the glass had a lipstick mark on the top rim the waiter just ignored us. Nando's is Nando's, kind of like Marmite - you either love it or hate it but lets be honest most people love it! It's the only restaurant people can go to and act like they know more than the staff! It's very much in the middle of people who love the whole menu and people who think it's just overpriced chicken. It wasn't bad. First time I've eaten at Nando's. I've had the peri peri sauce plenty of times before at home. The only thing I will say is that it's quite pricey for what you get. Just expect to visit KFC on the way out.

Great Nandos located in ideal place at retail park. Staff is helpful and friendly. As all Nandos you can't go wrong with the price and taste of the food. If you are planning to visit the Deepdale retail park make sure you pass by Nandos and try their food. If weather is nice on the day you will be able to sit outside and enjoy your food in nice weather and it's not noisy outside to be distracted so you will have a good meal. It's easy to be located and entrance is easy to be seen. You can park just outside the front entrance and there's always a space for your car if you traveling by one.it can get busy so I would call them ideally to book a table if you have 4 or more people going there. Have a great meal.

This Nandos is situated in the Intu Merry Hill shopping centre upper mall. It has two floors mainly operating on the upper floor. The restaurant follows the same as most others in that you are seated by a waiter / waitress however you then order your food at the bar. The food is then bought over to your table and you are served from there. This store supports the blue light card offering discount to emergency services and armed forces.
