But £10 for that double cheese burger is ridiculous that’s the burger alone to guys we ain’t in london this is the north west we’re they’re is double cheese burgers that taste just as good from a couple places that are £4/£5 also had to drink my milkshake out the cup as no straw was provided Other than that if 9/10 burger but really over priced and no straw

Amazing awesome high quality taste definitely one of the most delicious beef burgers I've ever had! How can anyone give this place less than 5 stars!! they must be your competition your foods the best in ther area by far. Such good portions and great taste keep up the good work!

Food was served quickly & the quality of the burger speaks for itself. Its about time Preston offered fresh good quality burgers and this place did not disappoint!
O. I.The smack burger was nice but too much sauce in my opinion and the meat was a little chewy. The burger was very messy and sauce was dripping out of the wrapper. The chips were nice but were slightly undercooked actually. Overall has potential to be a really good burger joint in Preston
N. R.Don’t normally leave reviews but felt compelled this time. Hands down best service I’ve had in a while compared with similar stores. Extremely friendly staff, didn’t wait long in queue, food was prompt and don’t get me started on the taste 🤤🤤. Burger was banging and the chips weren’t too oily, perfectly crisp. Thanks smack team. Will be back!
W. A.New spot in Preston thought give it a try and honestly very impressed. Store was nice and clean, staff were very welcoming and service was top. I ordered the smack down meal and was not disappointed, definitely top quality Angus beef flavoursome top quality meal will definitely be returning 🙏

N. R.Eaten from here twice now, first time was within a week of opening and as expected, they were extremely busy. Because of this, it’s understandable if the service was a bit slow.
The food on the visit was ok, the hamburger was a bit dry and the batter on the chicken burger was soggy. On my second visit I had the spicy chicken burger and once again the batter was very soggy and was sliding off the meat while eating. I don’t know if they pre cook their burgers and assemble upon order, but that’s definitely what it felt like as the filet was not fresh.
It is pricey for what it is and there are better places in Preston where you can get a tastier burger.
I had high hopes and expectations for Smacks but unfortunately it hasn’t lived up.
