R. H.We visited The Barn for my parents' joint birthday celebrations and were certainly not disappointed. The quality and variety of the food on offer for the afternoon tea was outstanding. Staff were extremely attentive to ensure that everyone had a great time, even adding little touches to make my mum feel special.
My parents had a fantastic time, and my kids were made to feel welcome and included too.
Brilliant. Would go again tomorrow if I could.
A. G.Beautiful setting for a lunch with the girls. We enjoyed the Jaffa orange brownie greatly… so yummy! Everyone enjoyed their lunches except for me, I had to ask for Caesar salad dressing because my salad didn’t come with any. The salad was also lacking real taste and didn’t live up to other establishments where I’ve had the same dish. Shame because I love coming here. Will order differently next time!
A.Beautiful food, lovely but busy atmosphere, service was great however unless you're ordering online, takes a while to get someones attention.
Had to ask for table water 3 times before it came.
S. V.Delicious as always, just can't wait for the full menu to return. I was just slightly disappointed with the choices. No starters and then just fish and chips burgers or salads. This is not a complaint as the food we ordered was superb as always just wanted more choice for my birthday meal
J. B.Went at about 12:30 today (a v. busy Saturday of the year). Great tasty food, great service and drinks and food were really speedy. I used the QR code and ordered on my phone which was really easy but lots of folk seem to order in the old-fashioned way!
E. J.We visited The Barn for the first time, it was Sunday midday and the place was heaving, nevertheless, we got sat down quickly. You have a choice of ordering at the counter or using the app. We opted for mobile order and our food came up very quickly!,, actually we got it before our drinks got served haha! I didn't want a big meal and ordered meatball baguette to find it was bigger than Sunday roast haha,,, it was sooo good, warm crispy baguette and delicious meatballs with extra marinara sauce on a side,,, so you can dip your baguette or chips in it! We will definitely visit again as we are hoping to try other dishes.
C. R. H.I visited this attraction with a friend from Preston, and was very impressed with the location, the facilities, the shop and restaurant items etc, and the really lovely garden centre. The actual, very quaint village setting / scenery, I thought was just worth the visit alone really. I hope that you have a very nice visit, should you decide to go. Thanks. :)
G.Lovely atmosphere, delicious breakfast what didn't take long to arrive. Friendly staff and fine with any adjustments you request on orders. Definitely coming back again.
J. “. S.Unreal place! Has a lovely little Market style shop as you go in, 2nd time we've been now and will most certainly be back! Staff was lovely and helpful, expected a wait for the food as was pretty busy but was super fast! By far the best burger I've EVER had!
R. M.No doubting the quality of the garden products they sell and other seasonal items in the shop. The restaurant and cakes are very good. It's testament to it's popularity is that it's seemingly always busy.
