K. B.Umbertos is a place with history when it comes to fish and chips, it didn't disappoint. Staff are friendly and chatty and show a good spirit to the place.
A good selection on the menu along with a few special offer too.
They operate in a way that is covid secure. 2 people in at a time a Perspex screen and staff wearing face masks.
You can also pay by card if you wish.

If you want the chicken, make sure you let them know to put it in as soon as you arrive because it's a 15-20 minute wait otherwise and at busy times the queue is out the door. But isn't that always the sign of a great chippy? It's a Preston institution- another one I used to live round the corner from but still travel to for the rare chippy teas we have now.
