I had a great experience coming here yesterday. We were seated quickly and the food was great. The highlight was our waitress Dessie, she was really helpful and attentive. She offered to top up my drink for me not long after I'd finished it despite the restaurant being quite busy, she was very polite, served us fast and came with the bill at the end quickly so we weren't waiting around too long. Was really impressed with the service

Great service from a friendly, polite, and chatty guy. He always made sure we had everything we needed and kept the refills coming. Food was amazing but it always is at TGI's. Think the server was Momo so thank you for a very pleasant meal.

Went there on a date with the wife. The place seemed a bit run down and under populated. But the staff was enthusiastic and the food pretty decent. The waitress though friendly kept disappearing and kept forgetting specifics of our (fairly small) order (e.g. no ice in drink, the salt on our margaritas). So overall a mixed bag of experience, though on the positive side.

Lovely atmosphere and standard TGI vibe. I have a nut allergy so was assigned the shift manager to personally deliver my food & drink - he couldn't get me tickets to the Springsteen concert but I'll let it slide. I'd suggest if you order the deserts which are 'made for sharing' get one each. They are a good size, but not what you'd expect for sharing. Flipping tasty though!

The waiters and waitresses have always been really friendly whenever i have gone in here and this place reminds me of the exciting buzz and feel of an american diner slash bar, with its neon lights, brickwork walls and colourful interior and open plan bar! I love america and the fun feeling of their diners and bars so this transports me back. I love getting their over the top milkshakes and food. The servers always seem friendly and nice when I've been here. On sunny days i love sitting by the waterside outside of the place itself because it makes you feel like you are abroad! A nice treat 😁😁

Absolutely love this place! I’m visiting at the moment and even though it’s very busy all staff is cheerful, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Richard at the bar - he makes best cocktails ever! Will definitely be back 5/5! 👍

The steaks are quite pricey, pricier than a steak house to be honest. I received my starter of nachos before my drink and therefore I had to ask for my drink. The drink should always be served first. The server was knowledgeable on the menus items and very kind. The chips and sauce the steak came with were absolutely delicious. The steak was about bland but cooked the way I liked it. Although some of the food was delicious and the server was nice, it is too expensive for me to go back. It's definitely a once in a blue moon treat.

Visited last week but was disappointed that they did not have any seafood from the menu. The baby rack of ribs was delish and my LIIT came in a big chalice.
