S. S.Very nice place, lots of parking too. This is an order at the bar venue. There is a wide range of food and the portion sizes are big! Had a build your own burger which was great and others in our group had nachos, macaroni cheese, ribs, and burgers. Followed by chocolate fudge cake and sticky toffee pudding. All very yummy 😋 I would definitely go there again.
T. B.Didn't realise you had to pre-book! So when told they were fully booked, a member of staff did help and found a free table available. So nice customer service, the food was fine, typical pub food and the cocktails were nice although they were out of ingredients on a few of the cocktails but the one they had was nice.
N. P.First time to this pub. Admittedly was looking for another pub nearby but couldn't find it and so we dived into Travellers Rest.
Glad we did. The pint of Heineken was as cold as you could get before it was actually a frozen block and was fresh.
We only had few starter dishes but no complaints there either. Good food.
Table nearby ordered something that came out sizzling which caught my attention. Will definitely be back to try a sizzler dish next time.
Staff were friendly and polite too.
I used the app to order at the table and pay via the app and can confirm it works as it should do.
D. C.I'm a big fan or reasonable food for reasonable money and this chain does a good job on that front. Plenty of tables, quick friendly service. My one complaint and the reason for only 4 sets not 5 is the cloud of smoke you have to walk through at the entrance as everyone smokes right outside

S.It was my friends mother's wake. They weren't ready for us wanted to put us on a long table. Eventually sorted the problem out. The lady behind the bar wasn't informed about the wake party arriving. Not enough staff on. Otherwise value for money.
