I've been to this place a lot. This how KFC should be, always fresh and juicy. Staff are lovely and polite despite working in Salford. This is one of the good ones.

This is the second time I have ordered from this KFC and there has been items missing from my order. There is no way to call the store as they do not answer their phone and I have to get an Uber to go there to get what is missing from my order. What is so hard about double checking your order that are being delivered. On this order I am missing four fries and a mash potato. This is ridiculous.

Chips are always soft. You can know what the previous customer ordered from the desks and chairs. Bin is always full. I won't blame the staff there, they are very hardworking and competent. It would be better if there are one more staff for cleaning.

Food has mostly been good here. On the odd occasion via drive through, we have had missing items once we have driven around and come in to the store to inform them, they have replaced with no problems. The queue for drive through is normally quite long but I know they do work as fast as they can and are generally quite friendly. I wouldn't advise to dine in as the tables and chairs are normally really dirty where people have left food and rubbish everywhere with no respect for the establishment. The toilets are always unclean also with wet flooring and toilet roll thrown about. It's a shame that they don't have someone on floor duty and bathroom duty at all times considering how busy this KFC gets and customers leave tables all cluttered and dirty.

Located in Salford shopping complex premises. Has a drive through as well. Less crowded and decently spacious.

Staff and food are fine, but out of office hours, place turns into a youth club with no adult supervision. Plenty of tables, but does that mean staff don't need to clean them?

Despite the fact that the restaurant was packed when I walked in about 30 minutes ago, about 1 minute later the lady behind the counter was already taking my order and about 3 minutes after that I was already eating my food, bear in mind it was one big bucket. My food was delicious, crispy and hot. The staff in that place really work some magic. Thank you guys.

From ordering on the self ordering machine to order being ready took just over 20min Gravy was missing. Staff were nice enough but slow. FOOD WAS NICE. Restaurant was a mess floor needed sweeping and tables cleared and cleaned. Toilets needed cleaning.

The food is lovely most of the time. This location doesn't have enough staff so there can be massive hold ups if someone makes a big order and your chicken can stay in the warmer too long. The staff are really helpful and apologetic about the delay when there is one. This has gotten really bad sometimes when a deliveroo driver had to wait over 30 minutes for food that shouldn't have taken that long.

I enjoy KFC more often than not - and the food here isn't vastly different. Unfortunately the service can be hit and miss. I'll admit I rarely ever go in, only use the drive through. Sometimes it's quick, polite and pleasant, other times...less so, in all areas. But what can I say, it's a fast food joint. I only went because I was hungry not because I was looking to wine and dine!

About the only KFC I sighted in Salford. Regular KFC food .Itvisbwithinna walking distance to Salford shopping complex. The environment is quiet spacious with car park and it is centrally located .

Kfc love the food but if you live in swinton the nearest kfc is either Salford precinct or Walkden a bit of a journey if you like kfc so from swinton get the number 36 10 to 15 minutes bus ride or 6 or 7 min by car to either one
