M. F. D.We were visiting the area and Fuchi were able to take our booking at short notice. They assisted with advice on local parking which was a short distance from the restaurant. The 'all in buffet' was excellent value for money as was the level of service. No pressure for gratuities but thoroughly deserved so no objection whatsoever in doing so. A very pleasant evening, good service and excellent food. If we are back in the area in the future we will have no hesitation in returning. Many thanks.
J. X.I had the create your own banquet, which is £19.99 pp and eat as much as you can. The starters came for my friends but i didn't get my prawns and when i questioned it, the manger didn't want to give them to me and i never got them, so my friend gave me one of hers. Dispite this the food was great.
H. W.Delicious food and well presented. Every plate of food from the dry prawns to the soft noodles and the chilli chicken were masterfully cooked and served.
The staff were polite and attentive. The decor of the restaurant very welcoming and the prices were also spot on perfect!
This would be our "go-to" restaurant if we lived locally. Well done to the owners, chefs and staff. Simply superb.

S.First time using Fuchi after a recommendation as normally can not get a decent delivery where I live. I have to say, the food was lovely, good portion size and the driver arrived earlier than predicted so very happy.

This is a nicely presented chinese restaurant. The staff and hostess is very professional. The speed of the food was acceptable too considering it was during a high demand period. The online collection system was okay but could improve however that's not where I was a bit disappointed. I had real expectations as it was a recommendation. We ordered the meal for two and it was great to see the quantity and variety was as expected. However, the quality in almost half the dishes were not to the level compared with the recommendation and the reviews already on Google. It could be that they were just very busy and couldn't provide the high quality as normal but I would still try again.

They now do a 'buffet' style meal which we had as we enjoy that at other restaurants and prefer this to the full menu.
It was a great price and superb food, copious amounts. Really really enjoyed.
The staff were very attentive and never had to want. The tea cups were never left empty.

N. B.Fantastic experience. First time eating here and went on recommendation. Our group eats in various locations across Hampshire monthly. This has to be one of the finest Chinese meals I have had anywhere and I have no hesitation in endorsing this as a venue for others to try.
The staff were also excellent and wait times fantastic. Coupled with a nice contemporary decor this would be a good choice for special occasions also.

B.First visit since under the new ownership and wasn't disappointed (well maybe a little) Opted for the 'buffet' option and the food was superb! Keep ordering until you've had enough 😋
The only criticism is (maybe it was on my night only) the restaurant is seriously understaffed, albeit pretty much every placement was filled the fact that we ordered drinks on two occasions and had to wait 20min & 10min respectively for them to arrive, which when you're sat at a table with no drinks, but a platter of food is annoying. Would definitely return for the food and just hope that next time the bar is more equipped to supply.
R. B.First time I have been to Fuchi, but I have often noticed it was busy. Now I know why. They operate a fixed price menu which varies up to £18.95pp at weekends. For that you can order as many dishes as you want to. To discourage waste excessive leftovers are charged at full menu price. The food is tasty and clearly freshly cooked as they can adjust for dietary needs. The staff serving us were friendly and I would definitely return.
B. S.Very professional attitude during this pandemic. Booked a table for 4 to meet some friends. Temperature check on arrival. All staff and take away carriers wore face masks correctly and continuously. Food was excellent as usual. Service a little slow, but they were busy with take out orders. Highly recommend.

P. R.A great chinese restaurant in Totton! Great value for the banquet. Order as much as you want of any starters mains etc all for £16.99. Food was delicious and service pretty quick. Shame about the noisy children watching videos or playing games on phones without headphones.
C. F.Revisited tonight after Fuchi reopened under new management. One of the best meals we have had in a while. 2 choices of menu, a la cart or all you can eat. We chose the all you can eat option which cost £18.99 per adult (different prices for children) we chose this option as it seemed financially the best way for us. Friendly staff. Food tasted soo good. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

The only negative I can offer.is the flooring- it's VERY slippery. I would strongly suggest to the management about replacing it!
J. G.Takeaway...not sure that my Chicken Szechuan was a Chicken Szechuan...loads of onions and certainly not 'hot'. Also, some of the meat looked very red inside, with white slimy meat around the outside.(looked like filled pasta parcels). Disappointing.
The other 2 peoples meals were OK but not great.

They always cater for our allergy requirements so we cant fault the service. The food is amongst the best Chinese I have tasted and the menu has some different items on.

We went on a Wednesday evening. We were the only ones there. This isn't really a problem for us but it was as though they were not expecting people to be there. Although you don't want waiters in your face, they were actually too much the reverse, e.g. we could have done with some more water, but we ended up making do.
The waiter also made a mistake with the wine: it was fizzy wine and came out of the bottle when it was opened, so he ended up spilling some. He cleared it up but he didn't apologize and really this should not have happened (just have a glass ready).
