Some of the best food I’ve ever had. Been a weekly regular since I first ordered! Typically order delivery, but decided to try dine-in and was pleased by the clean and modern atmosphere. I was attended by Danny who reminded me of the ability to make my order a meal and utilize my student discount, and was overall incredibly helpful! The prices are considerably cheaper in person rather than through delivery, offering customers a much more affordable opportunity! I do need to note that wait times are often long, however totally worth it! My personal recommendation are the cheese and bacon fries (despite varying amounts of cheese and/or bacon depending on the day!) as well as the mac and cheese triangles!

What people have ben writing in other reviews is true! This place must be the best kept secret on Southampton's fast food scene! I'll start with the building; it's location is out of the way, far from the city center but with easy access to the motorway. The restaurant has a bright contemporary appearance and the cleanliness is impeccable for this type of establishment! The menu is great with all of your favourite American fast food classics! Mainly the famous hot dogs with various toppings but also burgers, Philly cheese steaks, chicken wings and other things served with the chunky crispy crinkle cut fries which are great I only wish I was more hungry at the time so I could have sampled more of the menu!

The food, prices and service was amazing probly one of the best in Southampton.. but it's comes with a catch unfortunately they don't advertise or offer a disclaimer that after eating here yourl be stuck on the toilet for over an hour as the enormous ceramic tree log breaches your outer ring you will experience similar pain to giving birth, the food needs to be tested for polyethylene glyco supplements or magnesium citrate however if your willing to undergo the most horrific largest bowl movement of your life it's a very nice place to eat and high quality 🤌🏻💯

Five Guys on a budget and more variety. Would definitely recommend. Standard hotdog sizes can be bigger though and the meat is a big too salty. Beefsteak meat is often burnt. Perfect burgers.

The kids meals came with unexpected toys, which they were very happy about, their food was hot and they finished it all. I had a delicious cheesesteak and my husband had burger, both of which were a good size and the chips were fresh & hot. Would definitely order from here again.

Food is simple but tastes good. All cooked fresh to order so can seem to take a while but it is not greasy or old. Portions could be slightly bigger. Nice choice of hot dogs, burgers, chicken wings, fries and drinks. Milkshakes are particularly good. All available as single items or in a meal. Parking is available round the side of the building and lots of seating inside.

I thought I would give this place a try and I'm glad I did. The food was spot on and extremely tasty. The workers were very friendly and helpful. I ended up going back a few more times and I still wasn't disappointed. You get good value for the money and always end up feeling satisfied with a full belly. I definitely recommend every to give this place a go as you won't be disappointed, just like I wasn't. I will be getting food from here again very soon and I can't wait.

The portion sizes are smaller than many competitors, but the quality is out of this world. Hands down the single greatest burger of my entire life. And if you love your wings absolutely drowning in sauce like I do, man does this place deliver.

I'm quite local to Nathan's so I do like to come visit a few times a month. I can guarantee that each time I had paid a visit I could not be more satisfied, the customer service is great. Employees make sure you are happy with your food by double checking your order and delivering always exact what you wanted. Only place I could easily say I never had a problem there.

The chips are really nice and so is the lemonade. I don't eat meat so can't comment on most of the menu. I had the veggie burger and enjoyed it. Prices are reasonable if you ask me. The place is clean and tidy.

Ordered yesterday evening, amazing comfort food, really recommend this place, the chips were especially yummy! Great customer service too, staff even wrote a little note wishing myself and my partner a happy anniversary and gave us a free drink which I think was the Nathan’s homemade lemonade which was especially delicious. I’ve been to Nathan’s several times since it opened. The customer service is always excellent. The food is always hot and fresh. We love the kids toys! I think I was served by a man called Nelly and a woman called Jade today (could be completely wrong). It’s refreshing to see two people genuinely enjoying interacting with customers and working hard at the same time.

Great place to go if you fancy some good ol' fashion greasy delicious fast food. Their burgers and fries are delicious and not more pricy than any other gourmet burger place. The actual restaurant looks nice, classy and clean, with a modern vibe and soothing colours. The only downside of this place is the hard, cold chairs, but they also have booths (which contribute to a more authentic American experience). But at the end of the day, you can always count on them for a good meal.

Honestly this place is very good. I had a double cheese burger and fries topped with cheese and bacon, with a chocolate shake. The burgers were thick and juicy with a nice chargrilled flavour, the chips/fries were crunchy on the outside, the cheese sauce and bacon was a great touch, the shake was fluffy and flavorful. The restaurant was extremely clean, warm and vibrant and the staff were very friendly. I cant say enough good things, I will be back and you should definetly give it a try.

First time and WOW!! Service was good, know their menu and can advise on what to try. So we got a selection to share and try - chili cheese dog was delish, right amount of topping and hot dog was firm enough to cope and chili had a lovely flavour but wasn't too spicy. Philly cheese steak supreme was very tasty, mushrooms were a great addition but the roll was a bit too soft. Chilli cheese fries were amazing only gripe was the fries were a large so needed a bit more topping but flavour was perfect. Ranch and bacon fries were a revelation, I got a small so the amount of topping was perfect. The honey BBQ wings were fantastic, juicy meat and rich sticky sauce. Paired this with an old style lemonade and orangeade and it was heaven. Definitely first of many visits Can't recommend highly enough

Really enjoyed going to Nathan's Famous Southampton, I had a vegetarian burguer with fries and onion rings which was good, iked a lot the idea of using 100% recycled material, it shows the care for the environment this business has, a big thank you to the staff they were really helpful and attentive, they don't accept tips so the minimum I can do is to leave a good review for them, and a thank you to the management for looking after the customers, business and the environment, I definatly recommend 👍🙂

Massive cut above Burger King and MaccyD, up there with Five Guys but a fair bit cheaper. Service is very smooth. Huge portions of topped fries. Very thick, very sweet milkshakes. Philly cheese steak is a bit like a kebab but beef and covered in cheese, worth trying. Cheeseburger is quite crunchy and dry around the edges but juicy in the middle. Had to park across the road but no big deal, could be a pain at busy times though.

Aggressively American, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The hot dogs are great, and the philly cheesesteaks are completely unlike anything else I've ever eaten. An enjoyable fast food experience, and completely unique compared to anything else I've had in the UK. The chips are fantastic too! Can hardly go wrong with crinkle cut and loaded.

It’s a great fast food restaurant which is close to my accommodation. The dinning room is very clean and staffs are friendly enough. I always eat grilled chicken salad, it’s quite healthy. But I really recommend to try philli cheese steak supreme and grilled chicken supreme, they are so so so so so great!!!!

5 star food and milkshakes the only reason its a 4star review is because chips are sometimes mixed with old ones you have a nice golden crispy chip u pick it up and you are to notice that thay are not all the same .some real brown soggy with a complete different texture or most like thay where flash fryed while thay where still frozen had everything else on the menu and saying that it is still amazing highly recommended there is not a better place in Southampton then this
