Been a couple times before and always been happy with my foods but we Went for a birthday meal on Tuesday. Staff was so friendly food was delicious and hot. Plates cleared straight away no messing will deffo come again.

Easily one of the best Buffet Restaurants. Been here many times and there hasn’t been once where we’ve been disappointed, it’s best to go in the evening and to really get a taste for everything on offer. Definitely value for whatever money you might spend.

Food was OK, but I wouldn't rush back. We all love Chinese food, but struggled to fill half a plate. The popular dishes were regularly empty. It was very expensive for the choice. I would definitely recommend Bon Pan Asia over here.

A very nice buffet. Lovely friendly staff superb food with a wide selection of dishes. An open central kitchen let's you observe their dishes being created. There's a bar and a large seating area. Wheelchair accessible and affordable prices. A small car park is in front but it is a council pay and display ( 2 hours for a pound ). Well worth a look.

Always loved this place & been several times as I have known the family for years However I was very let down over Christmas as I made a booking for Christmas Eve for 8 people but this cancelled hours before we were due to go due to closing earlier than I had been told when I initially booked. Leaving it impossible for us to book anywhere else at that late stage on Christmas Eve.

Average buffet to be honest...we were expecting something a little more for our money. Food was nice and hot, but lacked finesse. No duck dishes and several chicken dishes were over cooked and dry and hard...we wouldn't avoid but wouldn't rush to visit again

Buffet fever has a very relaxed atmosphere and people tend to dress very casually and I do mean casually that said I've given Buffet fever 5 stars because the staff are very polite, friendly and incredibly helpful despite the current cover restrictions. The food is fantastic its all fresh and cooked in front of you and there's plenty of it. I was late discovering this place but since I have I come quite regularly. Buffet Fever I was tempted to give it a poor review so it doesn't become too popular but honestly it is a little gem....

We're not from around here we where in Stoke on Trent for our honeymoon. We called to book a table of two after some shuffling around (as they where very busy) they booked us a table. The food was great a great selection all hot service was brilliant table checks done after we had finished eating (which is a major plus in my book) desert great selection again and didn't taste cheep or synthetic all in all would recommend to anyone if we are are this way again we would definitely come back with out hesitation

Great selection of tasty Chinese food available and plenty of it. The desserts leave something to be desired and the pancake machine was not in operation as many reviews have stated but after all Chinese food isnt overly known for dessert options, I was more than amply full with the myriad of main items on offer. The place was busy but not overcrowded and there was no wait or long queues even on a Saturday lunchtime. Value for money is good and the staff very attentive. We will definitely be back.

Friendly staff and very busy on the Saturday we went. There was a DJ on so it was noisy. I don't know if he's on every Saturday. It was Lively, may not suit you if you just wanted a quiet meal. Went here today for the lunch time buffet. Good variety of food, cooked fresh. Very clean! Asked them if they were putting any more prawn crackers out and not only did he get fresh batch out but also brought us a plate to the table full of them. The guy serving us was brilliant, so friendly and couldn’t do any more for us. Look forward to going back and eating lots of delicious food!

Great place to eat - comfortable warm atmosphere light and airy plenty of elbow room no fuss no waiting varied selection of dishes served 'all you can eat' buffet style. Staff welcoming and cheerful without going ott place you can relax and enjoy your food with or without alcohol without undue expense. A lovely balance between excellent 'fast food ' and leisurely enjoyment of it.

The food was great but the table they sat us at was below one of the many air conditioning units which caused a constant draft all night making all of the napkins and other light objects blow across the table. When we asked to be moved they refused (even though we paid £80 for our meal, not including drinks) because the other tables were apparently reserved even though not even one of them was being used the whole time we were there.

Lovely people, very good with small kids as not too busy and plenty of space. Quite reasonable but did charge for 1 year old who only had a few chips! Not always much vegatarian choices and sometimes have to wait for things to be filled up. Always clean.

You get what you pay for. Was disappointed not to see duck on the evening buffet. Basic table and chairs with paper table clothes. This place could really do with a spring clean, there was dust everywhere especially on the window ledges. Still as good as the takeaway food i used to buy from the wing way in smallthorne when Dave ran the takeaway there. Good variety and plenty of vegetarian options. My wife and I visit every couple of weeks and still the best Chinese curry sauce in stoke on trent. Friendly and helpfull staff and nothing is to much trouble.

First time visiting Buffet Fever. Went on a Saturday lunchtime and I have to say that, for £6.99 each we had a good meal. Though the selection was limited, everything that I put on my plate was lovely - and I love Chinese food 😁.

Not what you call high class dinning, more like a works canteen but you can forgive that when you see the delicious range of dishes available this buffet. All fresh and topped up often. The food is prepared right there in the room so you know everything is clean and fresh. About 30+ of your favourite takeaway dishes (fewer at lunch time) including a few English type for kids. Chocolate fountain, crepes, unlimited ice cream, soup etc. Only extra is your drink. At time of writing £10.95 evening and cheaper at lunch time. Only let down for me was the Rola Cola given instead of Pepsi/coke. Wear loose fitting trousers!!

Me and my partner went here on a rumour of some of the nicest Chinese buffet food outside of hanley, and the rumour was true lovely food not to busy, only down side there is no idea of a price, we went and had to guess how much it would all come to, maybe a price list or some form of advertisement to show how much would be nice other than that food was 5 star the staff also were 5 star and the cleanliness was also 5 star will go again !
