On the way home and petrol station sandwich was just not going to do the job today 😂 so glad I stopped here. Peri Chicken wings chips and rice. Absolutely worth the money. Cannot fault the food

We come here regularly, chicken and food is always great and good value. Leaving a review to mainly mention how great staff member Anita was. We accidentally knocked a sauce bottle but were not made to feel bad. She was also very helpful when we struggled to register our car parking. In general she was approachable, professional and caring. Thank you for the great service :)

We had a good burgers from here after being disappointed by a few places recently. The burger was cooked good and the fries were nice as well. They did get the order a bit wrong but we noticed before leaving (was takeaway), so we got it fixed then. Would eat here again

Staff is very friendly, ambience gets smokey and clothes later smell of bar b que. Halal steak was ok if you want to have steak as a tummy filler. If you are steak lover better try proper steaks from MCR or B'HAM (lots of halal options to choose from).

Couldn't have asked for better food, was nothing but tasty. I don't often order from here but maybe I should because the food is first to none, the hotness of the food is brilliant spice wise and temperature wise. A great example of great delivery is the fact I ordered the food 3 hours before hand so it would come between 19:55 and 20:15 and it came 19:55 on the dot and i had 5 minutes to prepare the food before the champions league game, couldn't have asked for better service. However it is a little pricey but hey you get good food in return (hope they lower prices in the future) Please try this place out its nothing but good news.

First of all thank you lads for the amazing service from start to end and also reminding me to punch in my reg so I don't get charged in the car park. Food was amazing, well cooked rice,chips are huge but taste awesome. Gourmet burger was pukka. Definitely drive back once out the lockdown is over. I live over 50 miles away but will always eat from here if in stoke.

We were on a trip from London, and was surprised how good the food was! Staff were really friendly! Fresh and extremely quick! Would recommend the burgers! Biggest surprise was the waffle for dessert! Possibly the best we’ve had! If I’m back in the area I’d definitely pop back!

Tastyyyyy! All I'll say is that there is very less chance of you regretting if you order from here. First time, food arrived cold but after letting them know of it the next time, they delivered it quite warm. The chicken wrap is my go to now. Delivery is really fast as well.

Loved this place so much that I went again today with my family and will definitely be going again very soon. We all bought a variety of different foods off the menu and everything was delicious. Service is quick, the food prices are fab and the restaurant looks modern. Staff are also very friendly, but most importantly the food tastes amazing, portion sizes are just right and it's presented very well! Definitely recommend. :)

Great and friendly place to visit for great grilled food, anything from chicken to sandwiches and desserts. Staff are friendly, food comes in decent enough time. You have the option to sit on the ground floor, or sit a level below which directly faces the water canal. You can order to take away, but they don't deliver. I believe that they don't take card (credit/debit) transactions, cash only (I could be wrong/may have changed). Overall my experience here whilst studying nearby was really good, been there multiple times. Recommend it 👍.

Fantastic food and service! Went today. Ordered for 5- food arrived within 15 mins. Tried various items within the menu and they all taste absolutely delicious. Food prices are hard to beat. The staff were very good and were very kind and considerate, especially the manager sabbet who was very kind to my family. The food was delicious and the adults and kids loved the food and desert they were given. Also the prices weren't expensive they were reasonable with a high class food presentation and an exquisite taste I highly recommend this place to all ages if you are looking for a finger licking place to eat.

The food is on par with Nandos in terms of quality and at times has even exceeded it in my personal opinion .Portions are good and the taste as always been terrific . Had a variety (from steak burger to chicken wraps to chicken burgers) food was the best I have ever tasted especially in Stoke on Trent and to be fair chicos would certainly give Manchester and Birmingham a run for the money. You need to go in to appreciate this one. Outside looks ordinary like your regular fish and chips but once you step inside you notice it's much more. Nice interior with an underground (ish) section that gives you a view. It's worth a visit really. Oh and the price is just far from what you'd expect 😊

Hi..just to say a thank you to all the staff at Chicos. Went yesterday day after a trip to Alton Towers and stopped over for evening dinner. Excellent food, great value for money and staff were very helpful. I read alot of the reviews before i went and was exactly what people have mentioned. I would highly recommend this place. The chicken was very nice and tender and the portion size was more than enough. We spent just over £45 for 5 adults and 3 children. Thanks once again and will definitely be coming when in the area.
