Standard Maccies, easy quick food! Though a star down as I've gone a few times recently and it's not exactly been...fast food when I'm waiting 15minutes when there is hardly anyone there, but I could just be going at the wrong times

It was clean but the food was barely warm napkins and straws weren't replenished. Granted it seemed quite busy but they seem to be putting more emphasis on deliveries. I waited 15 minutes for food not exactly the definition of fast food but I have had worse experiences else where.

Its a miracle if the mcflurry machine is actually working. Almost impossible to get everyone's order as something is always off the menu. Its fast service though, queues move quickly so you can get your 2nd choice of food without much waiting.

Burger , very nice, chicken, very good, chips, extremely good, drink, rather warm and flat *EDIT* I have returned two years later to an absolute disappointment. I was expecting to have a lovely meal with my friends at 10:30pm, they are meant to close store at 11pm. To our suprise we arrive, and the door is closed, someone was inside (non worker) his friends outside also locked out with us. Apparently he wasnt happy with them closing up early either. They were closing early due to 'short staff' when half of the staff are stood about arguing with said non worker. In many of our opinions its no reason for such a high chained buisness to close early when they seemed to be stood about doing absolutely nothing useful whilst the kitchen staff (actually doing stuff) seem to be making the drive through work perfectly fine and effectively. I think the 'short staff' is absolutely nonsense considering that half of them were arguing with a young boy. Absolutely awful management, awfully delt with situation. Side note: food was trash.

It's maccies! Food is nearly always fresh,it's a clean location, drive-through is fairly accurate. The new triple cheeseburgers are amazing, but they do look at bit like they've been assembled by throwing them together, layer by layer, from one side of the kitchen to the other. Covid safety maybe? Whatever it looks like though, it tastes gorgeous and for the hole it fills is excellent value. A great location!

Beautiful surroundings on a working farm and a lovely couple. They were busy with lambing but took the time to make me a coffee on arrival and chat to me about the farm and what they were doing. The room was comfortable and very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. I will be staying there next time I am working in the area, and i will be making sure that is soon. I will try the evening meal next time (need to book) as whatever was cooking smelled delicious. Highly recommended.

Its McDonald's so they aren't reinventing the wheel, decent size with a one way entrance and exit, not the cleanest outside but inside is usually pretty good. Food is definitely better in the daytime, the food at night just tastes and smells funny sometimes.

Always someone cleaning the restaurant whenever we go in so there is always a cleaned table to sit at. The food is always served quickly and even when something has been adapted to suit taste it still arrives quite quickly. The staff are always welcoming even during the busiest times.

This mc Donald's has a large space with a lot of tables and seats. There is some booths with projectors that shine down on too the table wich you can play games on wich is good fun with your family. There is also tablets with quite a few games on. There are some high chairs for your baby. There are a couple big nice comfy chairs. The food comes fast and comes to you. You can order on the big tablet kind of thing and is really easy to navigate through. Overall the best mc Donald's near me by far!!!!!

Just a regular fast food place. Nothing special most McDonald's look the same and have the same food ordered. Sometimes it's really good (hot, appealing looking), sometimes it's just garbage. Drive through is the same as others with 2 windows (pay and collect). Inside it's modern and has good seating and tablets for children. Food is inexpensive (especially if you go for deals, meals and have the McDonald's app).

The milkshake and hot drinks machine constantly breaks down. I paid for a large milkshake they said oh I can give you a complementary dessert this is at 7:30 in the morning and we had already paid for a large milkshake so it wasn't complementary so I said can I have a mango drink which I didn't really want. They also forget the dips we ordered. This has happened nearly every time. Meant to be 24 hrs but several times turned up and it has been closed due to the ordering machine problems. A34 and Crewe one better never had a problem with those.

A note for others a plain cheese burger is still a cheese burger 🍔 without ketchup and gherkin, if you want just a burger without cheese be specific or ask for hamburger. Unhappy children isn't good.

It's well presented place, lots of tables to accommodate many people. Service was smooth and food was prepared well. Manager was weezing around making sure that all was clean and all condiments we're replaces along with napkins which is always a big bonus. Tables were clear so were the toilets and all floors. Car park was excellent and the flow through the drive through was going at a steady pace. So can't fault this McD's and will highly recommend it to anyone. A+

Sitting in is ok if, come around 5pm it can become very busy inside. It's always clean staff are always cleaning tables, floors, the drive thru can be hit or miss, most of the time you have to pull up and wait, when the food does arrive it can be a bit on aired side. At the end of the day maccys is maccys, cheap and cheerful.

Festival park's franchise is ok. There's sufficient parking either at the MacDonald or at the retail park opposite - 4 hours parking. You can use either self service or drive through plus there's table service (your meal will be brought to your table). Kids also enjoy some kids' activities . It's a good enough place to have snacks or coffee while shopping at the festival park. The customer service is also good, lastly.

Health and Safety was priority which is priority in today's climate. Seating is an issue however. The nature of MacDonald's brand doesn't lend itself to this idea but in this climate I think that being shown to your table when sitting in should be introduced. I spent too much time walking around trying to find a free table amongst allocated and eliminated tables, very confusing.

It's a McDonald's so you know what they do. But the service is fast and efficient, there are two types of payment systems in place, one been a till involving human communication or a kind of self serving machine where you select your order yourself and pay by card. There is also table service now where they will bring your order too you if you give them the zone number your sitting in. I've used the Mcdonalds for years and it's never dissapoitned me.
