First time going to a Nando's in years and this was a really nice experience. The staff were all really nice, the last who served us at the till was very helpful and the staff on the floor helping us with the QR code were nice to. The QR code didn't work for my meal which was the Halloumi and Mushroom Pitta as I wanted to make a deal and the option didn't come up so we had to go and order (the deal did work on my partner's food though). The food was really hot and both our Melas came out at the same time, I always say the Corn on the Cob is the best from Nando's as it's cooked amazingly, this didn't disappoint on this meal. There were lots of sauces available too The toilets were clean as well Would 100% visit this branch again!

Absolutely love Nandos. They had ran out of certain ingredients for a quinoa salad for my wife so they made her a completely unique one which she loved. Always great food, always freshly cooked and so filling. You can't beat it for value. 👍

Despite being short staffed the team were friendly and there was no delay on food. Credit to Ty who cooked the food, its the best grilled chicken we've had in any of the branches around the Midlands recently. Hot and a good portion of chips. Well done team. Staff lovely but every table was a challenge as they all wobbled. The waitress listened to my complaint but had no real answer she put it down to the floor !! Sort it out Nando’s you get enough money to sort it out .. the tables not fit for purpose

As we arrived there were no tables available but the turn around was quite quick at around 10-15 minutes, however there was no seating to wait so we had to return to the car. The service from the staff was great and they paid particular attention to our 4 year old making sure her food was ready before ours which was great. They seemed to have a few I.T issues while we were there but this is not the fault of the restaurant team. All in all a good experience.

Just been to click and collect and firstly have to say. Very polite staff and friendly too. I know first hand people are quick to complain if anyone does anything wrong but tonight you guys did an amazing job. I believe i spoke to a girl, not to sure which one, over the phone to answer a question i had and got the answer straight away and the lad that served my food to me, kyle, at 7.20pm fair play to him. Same again dunno what his name was but brown short hair and the blonde girl on the front. Both amazing job. The chefs to that cooked my food, amazing work people. Have a good one people but thought i would drop a good review about your employees. Thank you.

Picked up a takeaway for two. It was really tasty and the process to order was good. Had to wait a little but they were busy, which is good. Face masks must be worn and you wait at a numbered table when you wait for your order. Simple condiments are added for free if you want them. I will be using them again, nice staff and decent service.

Visited lunchtime on a Wednesday and wasn’t very busy. Ordering was easy and food came quickly. Staff refilling drinks was very good. “James” the server was very attentive, funny, and served food with a smile. Altogether a very good experience.

Nando's is nando's - you know you're going to eat chicken & get in a mess!!! The lady who took our order was friendly & conscientious in that she asked my partner all about his food allergy... however because they cooked his food separately, it meant that the rest of us waited nearly 10minutes for our food! When we asked the waitress what was going on her reply was "its coming now, its fine"... well, it's not fine that my hubby's food was going cold while we were waiting - hence only 4*. Everything else in good order - clean facilities, tables & menus.

I have only ever been to Nandos once. I don't like spice so always avoided it but my sister wanted to go after the cinema. So I had a halloumi mushroom burger. The burger was amazing. Cant wait to have another one at some point. Music was a little loud and we couldn't really hear each other talk but staff were friendly enough.

My grandaughter wanted to go to Nandos for her 18th birthday party. I enjoyed the food very much but not having to go to the rill to order all the food and drinks. No orders are taken at the table. But that's just how it is there I guess. We couldn't talk because the piped music was so loud, however the member of staff we spoke ro was very helpful and turned it down immediately.

In my honest opinion it was abit pricey for what it is we had a boneless platter and 4 sides plus cheesecake at end, the chicken wasn't special just normal chicken with hot sauce and the fries i found a raw chip wasn't pleasant, the top it off we had the white chocolate and raspberry cheese cake for desert barley any raspberry and the base was like wax no crush not biscuit feel to it at all didn't even eat it but that my option

I was a Nando Virgin and now I feel let down. I know this is obvious... but it's just chicken.... I could have nipped across the road to KFC for pretty much the same for a LOT less money. It's not like they even come and take your order or bring condiments or cutlery! (Just like KFC). Don't think I bought into the hype enough... maybe I should grow a bushy beard and wear skinny jeans??
