Delicious authentic food ! They could improve on cleanliness ( table we were going to be sat at needed a wipe down first) .We were sat right by the door which closed with a big "bang"every time someone used it ! But that didn't put us off as food was worth it,as I mentioned above.Hope they will take feedback on board and improve their service.

Went with some friends from work, the staff here very absolutely lovely, very friendly and even offered a bit of banter. The food was awesome, I had the king prawn balti with a keemer naan and I polished it off. They also allow you to bring your own alcohol to the venue also. Cannot fault the venue and the staff in the slightest. 5 stars.

Went here last night with the family. This is now our favourite curry house in the area, you are always made very welcome, and the food is excellent. We had a wide variation of dishes, from lamb to chicken and mixed Sizzlers, all were faultless and very tasty. Looking forward to our next visit.

Ordered a takeaway/ delivery tonight Arrived much earlier than expected, everything piping hot, lovely delivery driver. We had a shami kebab, homemade and not overly salty as others often are, tarka dhaal, very spicy which was perfect, aloo spinach which was fabulously smoky, boiled rice, perfectly cooked, a keema nan with garlic, possibly the best nan ever, good quality and plentiful lamb/ really garlicky, and a mincemeat balti , madras strength, absolutely amazing/ the flavours were incredible. This place is amazing the curries are gorgeous we both ad a medium curry which was slightly hotter than we thought , Taz was fab he came to us asking if everything was ok , we just mentioned the curries were slightly hot so he bought us some yogurt out lovely guy i would recommend to have them mild if u dont like them too hot , but thats us we dont like hot curries , nan bread , rice and chips we could not fault and the portion size of the curries are fab.

Best curry for a long time!!! We called last minute to see if we could get a table on a Saturday night and they managed to squeeze us in. Staff were super friendly and food was lovely. It was the first time we had eaten here and it definitely won't be the last.

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Very good service, and all had a laugh with us. Lovely homemade food. No liquor license but they encourage you to bring your own. Very impressed there was a Low Calorie menu. They were happy to take specific off the menu requests i.e. veggie low calorie.

Lovely food, friendly staff, especially the manager who was great (who recommended what turned out to be a really nice curry) but his staff let him down a bit. The service was a bit patchy, confused, and slow. We had a long wait between poppadoms and mains, and another wait between getting my curry... and then my rice... and then a plate. Would go again, but not at peak time on a Saturday night.

Fantastic! We had chicken tikka masala and chicken karahi with peshwari naan and garlic naan and rice. The taste was amazing and the chicken was delicious and tender. The staff were really friendly and polite and I think I've found my new favourite curry house. You can take your own beer which is a big bonus for us and they offer you glasses and ice. The decor is nice and the furniture is comfortable It's not often I leave a text review but this place deserves a good review. Brilliant. See you again soon!!

Good food, however all the profits made is going out of this business and to owner/manager, the seats are falling apart and ripped, there's curry splattered up the walls, and sometimes if there is large tables the multiple waiters get confused and don't announce the correct dishes, as they didn't take the order. However if you can look past these issues the food here is amazing and the hosts will make you feel welcomed and looked after. A quick lick of paint and new chairs and this place is the best in the area

Oh my days! Have not managed to get out in stoke for a few months of late and haven't visited planet Bollywood for some time but oh have we missed going here for a meal. The place is absolutely 100%. My wife and myself had an absolutely fantastic meal and all this with an amazing venue with fantastic friendly staff very reasonably prices and top quality food. An overall amazing Indian restaurant with nothing too much trouble for any of your requests.

A good curry house that has a good selection throughout the menu. Take your own alcohol as i dont think it is licensed. Staff were good and friendly. I had the lamb balti and if there was one negative, its that it didn't contain much meat although it was very tasty. Poppadoms were great also

This place is brill must try it. Set on two floors and very nicely decorated. The food is delicious plus if you want to adapt your fave dish the staff will say try this one. Sometimes especially at the weekend there can be a bit of a wait so be prepared you can also take your own alcohol beers wines etc. Taz and the staff are great they always make you feel welcome. There is parking on the front of the restaurant and a big car park at the rear but you do need to pay at certain times. Best Indian food in Stoke.

The staff at Bollywood are nice and can be a good laugh, however the curry is a bit of let down all though the curry looks nice it’s bland and lacks flavour. I’m really rooting for Bollywood to sort there curry out otherwise I won’t be going there again.

We tend to go here for family celebrations as they accommodate large numbers (10-12) the staff are very friendly and always help reccomend dishes if your stuck. Naan bread is huge and good portion sizes of curry. Take your own drink.

We are from Nottingham so the area, food wise was unfamiliar, but reading reviews on different Indian restaurants we came upon Bollywood which seemed to have some great reviews, we were not dissapointed, great atmosphere, the service was excellent with a touch of humour thrown in. The food was superb, even the poppadoms were a cut above the rest! Highly recommended.

I have been going to Bollywood for a long time and I never have any regrets. They take the time to make sure you get what you want, will happily adjust meals to suit (with in reason) and take the time to interact and engage with you. I have been going for so long now that I don't look at the menu, they just write up suggestions for me. Great bunch. Try it out, there is plenty of parking around the back as well.

As a regular at Planet Bollywood, on January 24th we decided to take our family( 4 generations ) there for a meal to celebrate my 65th birthday.Our youngest diner was 11 years old and the eldest was 88 years old and the food ranged from English (steak) to a variety of Indian cuisine.Well what a great night was had by all and i can honestly say there was not a single complaint from anybody in our family.Taz and the rest of the staff did us proud to make it a night to remember.We all highly recommend Bollywood,so give it a try and enjoy the experience as much as we did.Very much looking forward to our next visit. Once again many thanks to all the staff for a great evening.
