Called in for a drink before going to the theatre. Lovely decor, very friendly and efficient service from the staff. The menu looked great although we didn't eat. My Niece was with us and we were happy with a good choice of mocktails. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Fantastic breakfast and brunch options - all cooked fresh with really good quality ingredients. Great service staff very attentive and go the extra mile, Really good coffee - shame we were only there for the morning as the Tapas menu looked great too - a real Gem amongst the rest of the town!

Perfect spot for a Sunday brunch. Choose to sit outside (reservations recommended) or inside/ upstairs. Decorated with love and run by passion, this is a nice personable establishment. A wide variety of drinks ranging from traditional favourites to signature fresh combinations available. Cocktails are a tad too sweet for me personally, but the others were very pleased with their own. I recommend booking a spot in advance, and trying the fries and starters as drinking snacks.

Great to get out, good atmosphere, good service and plenty of choice on the menu. It had to be Tapas for us, we probably had a dish too many but it was all delicious especially the prawn dishes. Will certainly be visiting again👍

A group of us were stopping in stoke last night & we had nowhere booked for food in the evening. Turned up to the quarter & they seated us immediately. A treat from our daughters before going to the theatre. Would highly recommend, from the moment we stepped in staff were welcoming very polite friendly and accommodating. Wonderful atmosphere, very quirky establishment. Excellent choice of food and drink.

Honestly the best place to get food in Hanley. Live music and the relaxed atmosphere is amazing. I had the sticky Asian chicken and my partner had the hunters chicken. It was so delicious was tempted to get some more. Highly recommend this place if you want some soul with your food

2nd time I've visited here now and we brought family with us this time. We were doing a vegan challenge at the time we arrived so we were delighted to learn they had many vegan options, including a vegan chocolate orange cake! Everybody left very happy, but out clothes all stank of food the next day. The restaurant does get pretty steamy. Otherwise no complaints, food and service is repeatedly excellent 👍🏻

I went to the quarter for the first time last night for a work meal and it was amazing! The food was great but it was all made better by Louise, who served us. She is amazing! So attentive and patient as we were quite a big group, she was great!

My first visit. The interior was really cool and quirky. They had a pretty good cocktail selection and drinks were nice. I was quite disappointed with the food so probably won't go back. I had fajitas they didn't taste great, nothing like fajitas generally taste. The chicken and peppers were sitting in a bowl that had brown liquid at the bottom. Only 3 wraps which were cold and a bit dry, so guessing they'd been left out for a bit.

Second time I’ve eaten here in a month. The food is always super tasty. It does take a little longer than normal shin digs but it’s worth it for sure. Portion sizing is beyond generous also! Loads of veggie options. Too one thing I would recommend is a more exciting drought beer selection. It’s a little meh to say the least. What about some craft stuff like a tap of Cloudwater? I know it costs more and you can still server the cheaper stuff but it would be great for those looking to have a better experience. Saying that though the cocktails were top notch.

Gorgeous! Delicious food, friendly staff, and a stunning interior. They don't rush you in and out like some places and plenty of vegetarian options, plus plenty of gluten free choices & adjustments. Food came quickly and was nice and hot. I'll definitely be back!

Being coeliac ime hesitant to go to places but was informed this place was great, looking at the menu there was plenty of starters choices not so many mains, I chose hunters chicken meal, which I found wasn't tasty and was quite watery, Jessica must have sensed my disappointment and came over to ask how our meal was, my hubby has from the normal menu and was loving his I told Jessica I wasn't really impressed as it had no taste and was watery but its fine I would eat it, Jessica stated that she was there to make sure I enjoyed my meal so would like me to choose something else, I did and enjoyed it. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our food, nothing was too much at all. We left a tip as we felt she whole heartedly deserved the recognition and our thanks, but unfortunately it doesn't just go to her. All of the staff are welcoming there, and this incident has definately not put me off going there again

Wow, we were blown away by how good this place was. We visited on Thursday lunchtime and struggled to get a table. In the end we ate upstairs in the fabulous garden room. The menu is large and varied. The drinks are well made and service is extremely good. My wife had avocado/eggs/tomato. I had deli sandwich. Both meals were superb. We'll be back and will recommend to others.

Lovely atmosphere with pleasant staff. Booking recommended as it's always busy. The food is freshly prepared and the portions are very generous! We ordered the Nachos ( big enough to share ), sliders (3 different mini burgers ) and salted caramel cake and Alabama fudge cake. This is my second visit, the other was an afternoon when we just ordered a snack (hummous and dips - huge!) Very noisy on the Friday night we were there due to several tables of ladies enjoying a drink plus live music in the corner so may try another night next time.

We were stopping at the local Premier Inn and didn't fancy the Brewers Fayre. So on a cold December night we ventured out. Hanley is much of a Gastronomic desert. So we were surprised to find this gem. It was brightly lit, welcoming and quirky. The menu contained everything for every taste. Italian, Mexican, Tapas, Burgers and English. I had beef stew and my wife mushroom and spinach curry. Both were generous portions. We left full and satisfied. I believe that at the weekend booking is essential.

If there was a sixth star this place would get one. Fabulous quirky, slightly shabby chic cafe/bar/restaurant with live music on certain days. The menu looks a little odd but get over that and dive in. Large upstairs room availble for bigger groups. Even the toilets are excellent. Its a must visit if you happen to be in Stoke OT or Hanley if you are know the duel Center city.

Lovely deli cafe, does afternoon tea, sandwiches and light bites. After 5pm it's platters and tapas, to go with the extensive drinks menu. Cocktails are good! Also has a really big function room for hire. I highly recommend this place but you must book. It is very close to the theatre therefore this also adds to it's popularity.

We we're lucky to have been sent vouchers for afternoon tea at The Quarter as a Xmas present. I know the area very well as I was born and raised literally fifty yards away, but until we got the voucher we had no idea it was there. What a lovely surprise we got! It was a good thing we booked in advance, as the place was buzzing when we got there. We we're a bit concerned because when I booked the only table they had left was on a couch with a coffee table in front of it, but we need not have worried. The table was already laid out for us with fine china and to make things even better there was live music in the form of a very talented lady pianist. The customer service was first class and the food, which arrived very quickly, was beautiful. We will definitely be going back regularly.

I love the coffee here. The latte is flavoursome and creamy. However, I was seated in mainly empty cafe virtually under the air conditioning unit, and so had to put my coat back on just to enjoy the coffee

Lively atmosphere, right in the centre of Hanley and although they don't have a car park, there are a couple nearby. We ordered our food ahead of time and it arrived perfectly as ordered, even with 15 of us! Lots of choice on the menu and everyone was happy with their meal. The waiters are quite attentive and very keen to take lots of drinks orders. They provided water and glasses, but had to be persuaded to keep the water jug topped up. There was live music - a guitarist who played many well-known songs from various eras, so something for everyone. He was pretty good too, both with the guitar and vocals. Being a small place, it was rendered rather too noisy for anything other than shouted conversation with anyone you weren't immediately next to, but it is a young-persons' venue, full of young people, so fair enough. I'd go again.

Noticed this place was well rated so came today for brunch. The lady recommended the breakfast panini. Everything was excellent here; prompt and friendly service, the tasty panini and coffee (£6.30), strong wifi and a relaxed and comfortable ambiance. Visit the quarter on regular occasions. Always great food eat in or takeaway. Jacket potato however a little under cooked on one occasion but the rest of it was fine and always worth a visit. Friendly staff and a good night in a good setting. Price is ok. A little more expensive than some but food is nice. Would recommend and close to some craft ale pubs!

Such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Feels so cosy. It's always busy, but always provide a really good service and food. Love their Tapas nights and live entertainment, which transforms a nice evening out for food and drinks. Make sure you book a table to guarantee your evening out here. Had a lovely meal here from the special menu. It was absolutely delicious and the service was great. A high chair was provided for my 9 month old and he was offered books to read from their children's entertainment area at the back (it's just a collection of books and some colouring articles to keep the kids entertained whilst dining)

I went for a catch up with friends at lunch time. Never been before but very very impressed. The Quarter is a quaint eatery as well as a night time venue.. The menu caters for all and there is a huge choice, including Afternoon Tea! One word of advice though, to definitely get a table phone up and book. The Quarter is fab! I booked for this a few months ago for my MILs birthday. We went here for lunch with our children last week and the staff were incredibly friendly as soon as we arrived and throughout. The coffee was very well made and tasted great, no bitter aftertaste at all. The food was freshly made to order and well presented and came to the table in good time despite the place being full. They had games, books and toys for the children to use. A real eclectic mix of vintage chic and homely decor made it very comfortable to sit in hence staying for 2 hours. Polite staff made an effort to chat in between their very busy cafe made us feel like a family not just a number. If we are in town again we wi definitely return.
