G. K.Food was very mediocre, but very much overpriced. This can be seen as overpriced as they regularly offer free dishes on their tgi app worth 8 pounds. Not worth it, you can save £10 by buying a full stack of ribs and chips from a supermarket and put it in the oven yourself for a similar experience.

S.Honestly what an amazing experience, first off let me say that Amy P the server who was on today needs a raise or some real recognition from the business for just how amazing she made the whole table feel, especially my two little girls, she even handed them each a balloon animal which made their day even better.
The food was on point and very fairly priced so excellent job from the kitchen staff too. I honestly feel that this place needs to be the benchmark that not only other TGI's need to follow but other restaurants as well, as there's definitely been a dip in service since covid but hopefully with places like this knocking it out of the park I'm hopeful that we will get to have great dining experiences again.
Can't fault you Swansea TGI's, I'm already planning on when to come back with the family.
V. H.Really good experience, didn't catch the servers' name but he was chatting to us about studying Spanish and History at Uni. He was very patient and kind and couldn't have been more helpful. The food was delcious. Would definitely return
