P. W.We always come here when I'm in Swansea. Last time was for my graduation and everything was great as usual. The steaks are always good and cooked to preference. I had surf and turf, would like the prawns peeled but apart from that I enjoyed it.

B. B.Probably the easiest 5star rating I've given. Every single member of staff was pleasant and polite from reception to bar staff and restaurant staff. At every opportunity they were extremely friendly, very happy and joking and they went the extra mile without asking them.
A pleasant change from so many hotel chains.
Excellent quality food and drinks too, both in the restaurant or ordered from the bar to eat in or outside.
Amazing location too right on the waterfront by the marina.
Highly recommended.

Toilets in a great condition and the resturant was clean and well laid out. Prices were really good for lunch time.

While we're told to wait in bar area, there wasn't a process to tell us a table is ready; I.e. we had to watch others get seated , thus giving us an indication table service is available.
Food was fine. Tastes OK, but feel the meat was slightly undercooked near the bone.
J.Went here this afternoon with my partner. Warm welcoming staff from the moment we entered. The best cheesy garlic bread ever and enormous. Main meals were lovely i had smothered chicken with chips my partner had mixed grill all really lovely couldn't fault a thing. The place was spotless and the staff very attentive throughout.. a very pleasant experience we shall be returning soon..
