What have Macdonalds done to the Big Mac!! Awful the burger meat looked like it had been passed through a mangle! Very thin, this used to be my favourite burger, c'mon Maccy D's you can do better than this. Why was half the restaurant closed? It was busy and seating was very ltd, won't be rushing back, in fact i havn't been for a long time, looks like it's going to be a long time before i call again.

The food is really good but the chips are small ,like if I were to order a large chips it really is not that big and from where I cone from the chips are a not so thin they are more fat.

Very busy, on 2 floors, no drive through, could do with being cleaned more frequently. They now have the new plant burger made from pea protein, personally I liked it.

It's fair hit an miss this particular store. Of course seasonal and time sensitive fast food restaurants in prime businesses locations are going to have their busy times and be a little slower but today, this mornings breakfast experience was smooth as butter. When it comes to the later half of the day and the shift changes, Im unsure if its a management, new recruitment, transient population issue but the work ethic and speed of the later half of the shift is nigh abysmal. A small order of food can take as long as 20 minutes to be processed whilst you can visibly see staff meandering about and shuffling their feet. Admittedly they may be new or inexperienced in the sector so I always give them the benefit of the doubt but if I was in charge of the team, I would be upset with how low the moral and work pace is. Working in Mcdonalds isn't luxurious, incredible or mind expanding - but it is a job, so if you work there and can read this, to the latter half of the shift on weekends, could you speed up please?

Got lunch for me and my brother, lovely staff brought the food out to us because we are autistic and it was extremely busy, loud and crowded inside. Fresh and hot food, would definitely return
