Good place to sit and watch the busy people of Telford doing shopping Quite nicely decorated insided with friendly staff. Decent 🍻🍺 on tap and much more cocktails to choose from. Decent burgers 🍔 and we had a choice of chips or salad 🥗 The food was tasty. It's just quite pricey.

Lovely food what we did have, a shame they were out of the Pancakes! My firecracker chicken was delicious, not too spicy but loads of flavour. Good atmosphere even during lunch.

Visited recently for a spot of breakfast. On arrival I was initially taken about by the really dark light setting inside but after being seated for a while I became to really like it! Both staff on shift that day were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Excellent customer service and relaxed environment. The only reason I haven't given this a 5 star review is because they allowed dogs in there which as a personal preference I find unhygienic in a closed cafe environment serving food!

Found a nice table by the window, ordered on the app quick and easy, drinks took no time at all, food took about 20 minutes and tasted great only problem was it was all luke warm but sill tasted nice, staff seemed pleasant and helpful, toilets were clean but had a broken toilet seat that moved around when you sat on it, but I would definitely visit again really nice place!

Food was excellent, and the homemade moktail was fab, only draw back was table was quite sticky, would be nice to see the workers in a uniform or the same t-shirt with company name and logo on plus a lanyard so you know who works there and who doesn't .

Took the wife to the Lounge for a late lunch I had the lounge bacon cheese burger and she had a meat free burger. Both were excellent and served hot and quickly, service was excellent and friendly. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant, I've been there many times and will continue to eat there in the future

Good ambience. Very busy but quickly seated and ordered on the website which was easy. The server was polite and apologised for the delay but the drinks and food were quick. Burger, fries and coleslaw well cooked and tasty. Sweet potato fries are the best I've had at a chain recently. Would definitely return.

Tasty breakfast, fast service and friendly staff. I think the light is a bit inadequate especially when you want to read the menu!!! The tables, cutleries dishes are clean and spotless... Just the flooring doesn't seem to be cleaned effectively and is annoyingly sticky. Would recommend this place however!

Haven't visited in sometime. Food was a good standard, as you come to expect with the 'Lounges' often fried but not too greasy. Despite being very busy, staff found a table right away on our second attempt to gain a table. Seated us, and we ordered via the app swiftly. Drinks arrived within 5 minutes, and despite being very busy food arrived within 30 minutes.

Always good food, good service and a great atmosphere. Waiting time is quick considering how busy it is sometimes. The bacon on the breakfast is lovely and smokey and they will poach your eggs if you ask. Vegan menu is extensive and I've been told by family the vegan breakfast is great but get rid of the falafel and replace with vegan sausage. Will definitley return again and again.

This is always my favourite restaurant chain. The staff are always friendly in any and here was no different. Great food good quality ingredients and many options for vegan, GF as well. Plus I can take my dog and they have a little water bowl and treat area 😍

Whenever I visit Telford, Novello Lounge is one of the places I have to visit without fail. Every single time I have visited here, it's been an wonderful experience. Both the food and drinks they serve here taste great, and all of them arrive swiftly. The interior is very unique, and the staff here are all lovely. I'd recommend anyone to check this place out.

I’ve eaten at The Lounges for years and always appreciated the diverse menu due to having food allergies. However, very recently lots of items have been changed on the menu and in my opinion it’s not for the better. I don’t see why there was a need to change some things as they were great as they were. Now it seems someone is trigger happy with an overload of peppers, onions, tomatoes and chilli (no great for those of us with food allergies). Even my husband, who does not have any dietary requirements, has found a lot of his favourite meals have changed and are not as good - particularly the salads and super bowls. Sadly, despite the great service we always receive from the staff, we won’t be returning for a while until the menu is changed up again.

The food tastes amazing this is my girlfriends favourite place to eat and I love they do things for people with allergys however the only thing they could do better is make there portions of chips bigger its worse than a kids portion but the food is tasting nicer than when I first went there they must have a new chef or something because I was there on Monday and wow it was tasty please give me more chips there as I shouldn't have to pay 2.50 for extra chips
