Orders always delivered correctly and on or before order selected time. Food arrives piping hot and tastes delicious. Food is cooked properly and tastes really good. Delivery drivers follow the instructions given and are always polite and friendly. Good range of burgers, pizzas. Chips always arrive nice and crispy rather than soggy.

The rice with the strips were very tasty and nice and a good value for money, definitely recommend! and the customer service was excellent. The peri whole chicken and and peri peri chips were amazing I loved it!

Lovely place to have takeout. They are always so nice to our family when we order most weekends. My daughters had a lovely meal from them today and the manager gave them extra chicken with their orders because we’re regulars.

Normally, I don't write reviews for Fast Food, but this place deserves contribution and stands out from other typical chicken shops. Simply this place is a B-O-M-B! The food was ambrosial and reasonably priced. I read the whingers complaining about food. Get over it and just enjoy the fresh and amazing food. Customer service by a girl was friendly and sublime. Highly recommended! Will return for sure.

Absolutely loved everything we ordered and the customer service was excellent

Good choice on the menu but pricing is almost on par with the likes of the larger well known Chicken shops now so value for money is questionable. The food however does seem fresh and plenty of people are using the shop with a few meal deals on offer. Do check your order as some staff do struggle with the pace they are trying to work at and items are often missed off of larger orders placed. Hence why this review is OK

The food was tasty, hot and delivered in good time. But I knocked off two stars as the delivery driver was very scruffy, his uniform shirt was filthy (covered in stains)and it had a hole in it. If I walked into a chicken shop and the man serving me behind the counter was wearing a uniform this dirty I would turn around and walk out again.

Honestly, I can't say that much about Boston Express. 5 stars for the benifit of the doubt;- I was ordering for a friend BUT it did seem very well kept and the hygiene looked good. It's not the best thing to experience.. when I walked into this place place late at night, bleach smell when I walked in was prominent but at least that shows hygiene is important to this business. What I did see and smell of the food was good though - seems tasty and I would definitely consider eating here.

Good ,tasty, well cooked food, with polite staff

Not so sure about fast food. 11pm and 4 guys behind the counter, not prepping, one guy washing up. We're only people waiting and it took over 3 minutes for one to come over. Once order given food was quick, hot and their chips are excellent can't say the same for the veggie wrap. Avoid.

Boston Chicken: A South Oxhey institution! Very nice food. Reasonably priced. Shop looks spotless, food prep area is visible and clean. But check your order before leaving as they have made mistakes on more than a few of mine. Peri peri marinade is lovely proper spicy and certainly would rival nandos in terms of taste. And the peri salt on the chips is amazing. Their Ringer Burgers are smashing! Staff could be a bit politer and more friendly. Other than that overall a good place for a quick bite. And service is plesantly fast even when its busy.
