Reviews of Crispy Dosa Restaurant (Vegetarian/Indian)

Overall great experience, we had the buffet breakfast option which is quite reasonable priced. Food was freshly prepared and tastes as much authentic you can. Really liked the service and staff who have been extremely courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed the masala dosa and masala tea. Decor of the restaurant is quite nice and well managed, will definitely come back to try other dishes. Location wise is also great as
It’s just next to the shopping mall where you can get plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

We had visited this place twice ( Crispy dosa -Watford), the overall experience was excellent. They provide vegetarian food with authentic Indian taste (Perfect level of spice).
Specially we liked their Dosas, Medu vada, Paneer Tikka masala, Chilli Paneer as we had tried these dishes. The manager was very kind & polite & also nice hospitality.. Must visit place if you r looking for tasty vegetarian food options near London... Will definitely visit this place again 👍🏻

I was greeted by a friendly waitress who quickly placed us on our table. She gave us useful advice as I rarely have South Indian food.
I had to get their famous crispy dosa, the crispiest on earth and it didn't disappoint me at all! I also got some paneer tikka curry and roti which was nice.
The food was good value for money and it was served within five minutes of sitting down. Overall I would recommend the restaurant, especially the crispy dosa!

I popped in for lunch today and I'll definitely be back! I had a beetroot ginger and lime juice and the mixed veg uttappam. Both were delicious. The staff were really helpful and offered me choices about how hot or mild I wanted the food and whether I wanted the juice sweeter! Further sauces were brought to me as they were freshly made. Wonderful. Thank you all.

Really nice food. Loved the crispy dosa! Staff were really attentive and couldn't do enough for us. My curry was a bit too spicy so they bought me some yoghurt to help. Next time i would ask for less chilli as it was too hot, but the flavours were nice. I'll be back again 😋

Anit Joymon is my wife. She is the cutest and most lovable thing ever!
I went to Crispy Dosa with her. We ordered a lot. As starters, we had Chilli Paneer and Fried Cassava. Those are the best ones we’ve ever had. The Madras Thali and Poori kurma we had was also equally mouthwatering. The filter coffe and masala tea we had at the end had a refreshing tinge and left a reminiscence of our motherland. Looking forward to the next time.

Had a lovely dinner at Crispy Dosa. The food was delicious, service was outstanding and the decor was lovely. A perfect evening out for all the family. Staff were accommodating with our children and Ridhi even made sure the kids had something to do and their food was on smaller plates

Indian vegetarian restaurant on Watford High Street serving South indian food . Friendly, polite but slightly chaotic and disorganised service. Dosas were good but not as crispy as we expected, especially rava dosa. Idlis were a good size and soft. Sambar and chutnies were fine. Menu has a comprehensive choice to include south Indian, North Indian and Indochinese selection. Parking is best done in the shopping centre opposite.
Overall a good restaurant specialising in South Indian vegetarian cuisine

Went with mum and aunt. I thought it was a little pricy (2 plain dosa, 1 palak dosa, 1 chilli paneer- £30.76). Palak dosa (spinach) was really nice with the chutneys, dhal was okay. Mixed bhajjia platter was disappointing as there was only potatoes and onions, a couple of slices of each. When i tried it the potatoes were uncooked, staff took it back and they offered to remake it. But i choose to have it cancelled instead. Dosa were big in portion size and very filling. Decor of the restaurant is nice and right in the heart of the shopping area. Staff are nice and friendly and tried to help where they could.

Great layout and ambience. New resturant recently opened. Our waiter Sai was friendly and helpful and very polite. Had the madras filter coffee and masala tea. Was flavoursome and authentic. Also had the sev puri, chilly paneer, and masala dosa which were all tasty, fresh and authentic. Will be back for more.
