S. K.Good service. Packed to the brim on a Friday evening but thanks to the amazing staff, didn't have to wait long to get a table. Ambiance was okay and the chicken was amazing. The sauces were zingy, spicy, savory and not as hot as expected. Flavorful package overall.

P. P.I can't fault the food here but the service was slow. When we arrived we were not greeted by the lady at the door and we were ignored by her until she started seating other people and I had to point out to her that she had not put us in the online queue they have set up for seating. There wasn't an apology and she seemed absolutely miserable. I would really suggest Nando's puts someone else with better customer service skills on the door.
There was plenty of seating still available but about a twenty minute wait to be seated which suggests to me that they were short on serving staff. The food took half an hour to arrive after ordering. The total time taken from walking in to getting my food served was an hour which wasn't ideal. No one checked if my food was okay after being served. They had ran out of chicken thighs so I couldn't get what I wanted from the menu.
It was the first day of Ramadan, shortly after sunset when we arrived so maybe there were more customers than what they would usually expect at that time of the evening.
The decor and ambiance is nice, the rest of the staff were friendly and the food was the good standard you expect from a Nando's.

S. M.Large Nando's branch towards north of Watford High Street, there is another branch nearer the station. Satisfactory lunch and for mid week quite busy. However still plenty of seating. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

V. E.My friend Kai and I (along with my 2 dogs) dined here today and we can't thank the staff enough!! They were SO accommodating, some of the BEST service I've ever received. This means a lot especially coming from someone who has worked in the hospitality for 10+ years. I was so impressed by everyone who looked after us, I wish I had gotten the names of the lovely staff so I could mention them in this review but alas my dog had a panic attack and I had to rush home. Thanks so much!!! We will def be returning, the food was lovely and the service was first class.

c.Came here with the parents for a quick bite to eat! Had clean tables, and got served quickly. Only con was that we had to look up menu on our phones, which is understandable in this post covid era but menus still could have been given with some sort of covering over them and cleaned thereafter!

v.I was here not too long ago and it's really nice. Though the menu has changed fro when I used to go there it isn't much of a drastic change. Now you are able to order food to your table from your phone which is great (less socializing with staff which is a good thing for me). Music is nice to listen to as it goes well with the theme of nando's.
S. M. C.Me and my family visited place few days back. Food lovely even though was busy day but everything was sorted out and brought to us quickly. We couldn't finish our food so i asked my daughter to go to till and ask for a takeaway box so we can take our food home. When my daughter approached till there where two Lady's standing and talking by the looks Manager and employee. My daughter approached one of them and asked for takeaway box few times but lady paid no attention to that then my daughter approached other lady and she helped, she kindly asked what size of box she needs and is there anything else she can help us with?, my daughter thanked her and said thats it thank you, got the box and came back to our table and told me that she really liked lady and that she was kind and helpful and the main thing she heard her when others was too busy. Me and my daughter just like to say massive Thank you to lady who helped i thinks my daughter said the name on tag was Githa. My daughter is still really happy that she was heard as she as a child is very shy. Food was delicious and service excellent. Will be coming back soon. Thank you Nandos

M. F.My daughters really wanted to eat at Nando's after this covid situation. We were told by a member of staff to go as there were no places for next half an hour. But another member of staff named "Wandy" approached and arranged a place for us within 10 minutes. She was a very helpful, polite and caring staff member with a beautiful smile. J. J.Staff are great and quick turnaround on food. Can't help the feeling that nandos is getting quite expensive for what it is (spent nearly £40 on 2 starters and 2 mains).

You order and pay using another QR code, and rhe waiters bring everything to you, you don't need to get up. Same great nandos quality food and we were served so quickly.

Most of the time and the only major problem I have for nandos (not this branch but the company) is that the portions have got smaller over time but I still recommend this. B.Had an issue with delivery and it hasn’t been the first time either. 45 minutes past our hour estimated delivery time I had to go around myself to collect it but the manager explained the issues with the third party delivery drivers and was happy with the managers resolution of the situation. Next time will just collect ourselves. Good staff at this Nando’s but beware the delivery service can be temperamental.

Y. S.First experience @Nandos was simply awesome because of the food and the staff. While placing the order, they had informed us that it would take 30mins to cook, but trust me it was worth the wait. Chicken was so juicy and yum! The sides were also good, something very different. Plus, bonus point is that, the Staff (Daniela and Piotr Kamil) kept asking if we were ok and was aware of the wait and gave us some free services. I had never experienced this kind of service in the UK. Thank you guys for making me have the best experience. You guys completely deserve a 5star.
A. L.Family friendly. Warm. If you have a Nandos card, try to split your order into smaller chunks (£7) to maximise the points (chillis) you get... The food is generally good quality, the staff and service friendly and quick. The restaurant itself is clean, and the toilets are miles away tucked in the basement somewhere!! D. O.We love Nando’s as a family and that’s why we will give 3 stars. The last time we had Nando’s, the chicken was more “char” than grilled. This was by far the worst chicken wings I’ve ever had,even the kids found it difficult to eat it and like I said we usually love Nando’s. We almost spent £50 in total for unpleasant tasting food and it made me realise we could do better with this amount (me and my 2 daughters) and that was the start of our quest to try different places to eat in the Bushey/Watford area.
V. C.Like eating here even though the extra hot is just barely at the level of spicy that I want it to be. I came here with family and everyone enjoyed. Even the vegetarian had chips with spicy powder on it. Not saying that this place is ideal for vegetarians-its not since its a meat restaurant, but a vegetarian tagging along won't be too dissapointed.
Down points are the service that I experienced. I had to ask about a dirty place being exchanged and was told it will be in a while. Five minutes later the women who told me this was just standing joking about to a colleague of hers. I didn't know what to do since she was waiting on our table and no one else was free so I just left my plate on the platform that has napkins etc. I then ate the food off of the plate it was delivered on (we got a chicken so everyone was sharing from this plate)
