Really nice restaurant. Great atmosphere great staff and amazing food. We had a couple of starters and then 'The Big One' platter. Had a great variety of meats on there, with a special shout out to the ribs and lamb pieces and the chicken wings!
Mocktails were also very nice.
Overall a great experience and will definitely be returning to sample other menu items 🙂

This was my first time visiting Opuz but I was impressed. The food tasted amazing and the service was great. I am a vegetarian and I found that there was a good amount of options on the menu. There was ample seating and the decor is amazing. There are restrooms available but it is accessible via stairs.
I would definitely recommend a visit to Opuz!

Nice, slick, open clean space with small patio. Friendly staff. £12.90 for two course lunch special, including puffy bread with delicious sauces. Borek OK, falafel was good serving but not as crispy as I like. Lamb kofte and chicken shish were tasty and well-presented. All around a nice experience and good value.

Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff and delicious meals... It's above the standards of most classic turkish/Mediterranean restaurants. You should try hand made baklava and it has already become my favourite as well. Looking forward to my next visit.
Definitely recommended.

Loved it, very busy Friday night. a good vibe and nice service. But, way too much food! Only order the 3 to share if there are 6 of you!. We have A doggy bag that will ask the weekend!. Really enjoyed it. Recommended.

Best Turkish food EVER. The atmosphere is AMAZING, service is EXCELLENT, Staff very Friendly. The mix grill so delicious, food really really tasty. Went there twice and definitely will be my favourite Turkish restaurant. Their Baklava and chocolate sponge cake are the best, you must try. Thank you for the lovely service & yummy food :)

We had one of the best Turkish food in town.
They definitely knows how to welcome customers, whether by their warm smile, refreshing ambience, complimentary freshly baked traditional bread or the amazing dishes.
We ordered the Borek for starters unaware of the humongous portions of the amazing Chicken Feast Sharing Platter for 2.
Both the dishes are very well cooked with care and tasty ingredients.
The sharing platter had all the dishes from chicken sheesh, chicken fillets to chicken wings served with portions of rice and bulgur and Salads.
Would highly recommend and located just next to the Wagamama on high street.

Filling and flavorful lunch set. Feeling a little guilty for barely touching the rice and dipping because of the complimentary bread (no free water though :< so I ordered tea rather than still water) and my lovely whole-size baba ghanoush starter. Lamb Shish was not very fatty, but still tender enough. Salad is zesty and makes the dish even healthier.
Not sure when I’ll chance upon Watford next time, but the place is a heartwarming stop for (single business trip) travelers. And the sun just came out 🌞

Been 3 times already because it’s that good! All are very friendly staff, one of which was named Hamza, he ensured we got everything we needed from start to finish and was very positive and helpful. We received generous portion sizes. Healthy grilled Turkish food cooked with great flavours. Will definitely be making a 4th visit soon.

Very good food! I loved fish grill. Good size portions and even a bit much, well cooked, soft, not dry

Lovely restaurant with a good atmosphere. They seem to be generous with their portion sizes. We ordered the platter called 'just the 2 of us' which was more than adequate for the three of us. We were also given a salad and a naan with sauces as a free appetiser. We were told that the meat is certified halal. There was also a bar for drinks.

Visiting Opuz Kitchen Watford is like taking a trip to Turkey.
The restaurant is a family business that has been passed down for three generations, and the result of that legacy is a modern Turkish restaurant with an innovative twist on traditional Turkish cuisine.
The presentation of each dish is so beautiful that you almost don't want to eat it—but then you taste it, and your world lights up.
If you're looking for a restaurant to visit in Watford this weekend, there's no place better than Opuz Kitchen Watford.

It was a wonderful experience. I've never had Turkish food before but the server was great and helped me decide on the perfect meal. Also had a cocktail which was just as delicious as the food. The decor is modern and elegant, with nice comfortable seating. Had a drink and mains which came to around £30 - a little pricey but was well worth it.

3 of us visited this modern Turkish restaurant. We order the Just The 2 Of Us platters. The food was very yummy and their portion very huge. Friendly staff as well. We will be back 👍

Really great place, excellent food and service. The freshly made bread that they bring at the beginning was delicious! The portions are quite generous. I had one of the vegetarian dishes and was very tasty.

As Turkish restaurants go, this is right up there. You have a good menu choice to choose from and there’s something for everyone. We ordered the sea bass and lamb shish and both were delicious! Excellent value for money too. If you’re in Watford and you like Turkish cuisine, I recommend you give this place a go.

Have eaten at many Turkish restaurants over the years, but Opuz is my favourite so far. Discovered by accident after a google search. Not only is the food extremely tasty and value for money, the decor and ambience very nice. The bread was fresh and light as though it had just been baked.
Went last night and the waiter service was excellent. Will 100% recommend and will definitely return!
Just a small point to consider - saw several customers resting their feet on chairs and wondered whether there could be signs at the door about this.

Went there for my brothers birthday, very friendly, nice portion sizes, had a great server and amazing food nothing to fault. All round excellent!!
One of the best restaurants I been too in Watford.
Would definitely come again!!

One of the best Turkish restaurants I've ever been to.. Don't forget to try their baklava, it's so delicious 😋 😍
Best customer service & the quality if the food was so good 👍
