The go to place for brunch, lunch, dinner or just drinks in Woking. Always a lively and welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly staff team. It's nice and easy to order using the QR code on the table, but you can also order the old fashioned way if that's preferred. Food arrives promptly and is always fresh and hot. There's a great range and variety and lots of extras and sides which is always good. The coffee is really nice so even if you just fancy a drink then pop in.

This is by far my favorite place to get breakfast, brunch, or lunch in the Woking town center. The tapas plates are delicious, and makes it fun to share with a table of friends. They have a lovely selection of food and drinks. I like the casual atmosphere and the food comes out promptly. The staff I have encountered are always friendly and inviting.

I came here today and had the biggie breakfast, and I ordered through the app. The handle for the coffee was quite small, and some of the ingredients were greasy on the plate such as the bacon and hash browns, but what was most odd is that the breakfast should have come with black pudding, nothing was mentioned about this and I was not given an alternative and I guess they added another piece of bacon??? A nice realxed atmosphere here.

Friendly welcome, original decoration and solid cuisine. You can't get it wrong when you have a relaxed diner away from stiff manera and snobbish menus. Salads are fresh, fish well dressed, and wines more than ok.

One of the best places in Woking for a meal and drink. The foods amazing and the service is without doubt the best I've experienced in a while. Nothing was a problem for them. The manager was brilliant too. He clearly knows how to run the place. Keep up the good work. I'll be back very soon.

This place is great for young families. There are a few board games in the shelf by the door that you can help yourself to and play while you wait for your food. Although with the on-line ordering system that you do from your table the food and drinks arrive very quickly. ordering from your phone and being able to pay like this is brilliant when you have young children that get that energy boost after eating so need to escape the confines of a restaurant as soon as the last mouthful of food is making it's way to their engine room ready to power them up for an afternoon of running around. In the evening the place turns into a laid back bar a relaxed restaurant that is popular with couples and friends meeting up either after work or a mid week catch up. Again the phone ordering works for drinks too but you can walk up to the bar if you want. Perfect less formal eating and drinking place in Woking.

Went on a super busy night but the drinks we’re fantastic. There was a bit of a wait but the staff were very clear and honest about the wait times and the drinks more than made up for it. Went back the next morning for a really great breakfast which arrived super quick! Shelley and the team are lovely!

I visited with my dad for dinner and we were both very impressed at how attentive and welcoming all the staff were. Very warm welcome, perfectly cooked meals and very nice atmosphere for a first time visit. The man on the bar was very cautions with my allergies and did a great job to accommodate to my diet needs which a lot of place don’t do. The drinks were also delicious and came out instantly as if the staff were reading our minds. For a first time visit it was a great experience and definitely won’t be the last.

Went here last night and it was incredibly busy but drinks were fantastic. Yes there was a wait for them but we were told the wait time when we sat down and the drinks made up for it! We then came back this morning for breakfast which was honestly delicious and was super speedy. I can’t complement this place enough. I’ve eaten at multiple different lounges but the experience today was by far the best of any of them. Special mention to Joss as he was an absolute legend, very helpful and sorted out all of our needs. He went above and beyond the normal standard of service. Food was very tasty and quick to arrive at our table. Absolutely no complaints can’t recommend the place enough.

Marciano Lounge is a very cozy place in the middle of Woking downtown. It's buzzing with life, and the interior gives you a café vibe. We ordered some burgers and some beers. Regrettably the burgers were the size of McD cheeseburgers. You would expect more for a prize of 10-12 pounds. Rather limited amount of fries as well. That said, they tasted delicious. We decided to go for seconds and desserts elsewhere.

Marciano Lounge managed allergies excellently. A very good online menu with filter options for many allergens, not just the main ones, and an advanced option to exclude the 'may contain' ingredients (where cross contamination could be an issue for very sensitive allergies). The staff also asked about allergies when the orders were placed, and even remembered that we had someone with a milk allergy when we went back for desserts.

Food was excellent - I had the lounge eggs with wilted spinach and extra smoked salmon. It was very quick service and excellent quality of food, so would highly recommend for brunch! The interior is very pretty too and the open windows make it a lovely temperature. My only complaint is that the online ordering system is really overcomplicated in my opinion, though I understand this is a COVID accommodation. Overall would highly recommend and will be coming back.

We visited on Thursday which was our first time out in a restaurant since lockdown. We were greeted by a very bubbly and friendly lady within seconds of walking up to the door. She made us feel very welcome, asked us to fill out the track and trace and explained the ordering process to us, offering alternative (vegan and allergy) menus and asking if we had any food allergies. She explained that all tables had been sanitised and offered us a few tables to choose from, and when sat down offered to take our order if we didn’t want to use the app. She was attentive and friendly throughout our visit and made us feel like we were her only customers despite almost every other table being occupied. We watched her treat every single table in this same manner. We were impressed by her attentiveness and energy which didn’t lapse in the slightest even though it was incredibly busy. This staff member is an asset to the team and single handedly made our experience amazing and we will be returning customers because of this level of service. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she had pink hair and tattoos and a very funky style.

Standards here have dropped. Staff hygine is a bit questionable for a food service establishment. We have been coming here since it opened and they seem more concerned with asking u if u have allergies now than basic personal hygiene.There is alot of hair out, dreadlocks and unbrushed updos. I'm all for looking "woke" and fun but I also don't want your hair falling in my tapas when ur trying to pull it out of your face. Is this because you have become a PLC?
