Every Friday night we have our fish and chips at Ozzy's. Always fresh and massive portions great service. Won't go anywhere else .

Best fish and chips I've ever had! Cod cooked freshly infront of me. Having a chat with the staff about my regular visits to their original shop (Charcoal Grill) and how good quality that is. The chap serving gave me a sample of chips for me to try while I was waiting. Best of all I paid £3.40 with their half price promotion.

First time here. Ordered lunch time large special deal - cod and chips. Very generous with 2 pieces of fish, large chips and even a piece of lemon - almost enough for 2 hungry people. Fresh vegetable oil used and the taste was delicious. Clean premises, great value and recommended.

Just had a wonderful meal - large cod , chips and mushy peas. The food was absolutely delicious. It was easy to order and Ozzy’s replied to a query I made on FB messenger immediately. The shop is immaculate - clean, modern and the service is brilliant too. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

Tried for the first time today, battered sausage, onion rings and small chips. The online ordering system was easy to use and the food was ready at the stated time. The chips were lovely, crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Sausage and onion rings were lovely. Will certainly be going back.

Ozzy’s fish and chips was absolutely delicious , the batter is nice and light and the fish was beautifully cooked. We also love Charcoal grill which is under same management and Ozzy and his staff are all very friendly and excellent customer service with a smile. Highly recommended.😋🙏🏻

Okay lovely staff i guess, never had a problem until the other day bought kids sausage and chips and my partner a pie with chips and a battered sausage. Got home, only had a pie and battered sausage with two large chips, i rang Ozzy's fish and chips he apologized and said he would sort it out next time we went in.

This shop is run but the owners of the amazing charcoal grill kebab shop. Fish portion was a little thin but still nice. The large chips were enough for two people easily. Savaloy were not great, bit cold and a little greasy. Sausage in batter was average, tasted "meh" and like it was frozen. However, the fried halloumi was just devine. Crispy batter, thick cheese, and with a good "squeak" when you bite into it. Not the best chip shop, but certainly not the worst. Food was filling and fair sized for the price. Would I go here again? Maybe, certainly would not avoid it, but there are better offerings nearby. Worth it for the halloumi though.

Tried this as they had a half price deal on. Had large cod and chips. They fish was extremely crispy and tasty, and the chips were delicious and not too greasy. Kids said they were the best chips ever!

Had fish and chips curry sauce and mushy peas on 10th March its was a large order put in of £50. My only criticism is ordered large chi ps and normal chips and couldn't tell the different in portion size. If order large. Chips it should it should be just that.but was lovely.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I ordered Small cod and chips with a cream soda! Let me tell you the cod is wonderful HARDLY any grease on the cod! The cod tasted so good!! Defo going again! To be honest when I ordered a small cod I thought it was gonna be small!! But it is MASSIVE!!! As a freebie they give you Lemon scented refreshing wipes and some napkins!! ALSO A WOODEN FORK!! They give you so many freebies in my OPINION!! Guess what they are doing 50% off till the 27th of February 2021!! I highly recommend the place!!

It was the first time we'd been customers here for years, and it was just fine. Fish, chips and tartrare sauce. The homemade sauce would have been better with capers and cornichons. Staff lovely. Didn't check coke, but who cares about the sell by date of that anyway - isn't it always, well, you know? Will return and see how it holds up over time.

Tried this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago. My husband ordered through Deliveroo. It was lovely fish and chips. The batter wasn’t too thick and the cod was a good size. The chips were nice also. I returned this evening into the shop & ordered again & the food was great! Slightly bit cheaper, than it was previously as I imagine Deliveroo add the fees on- but I guess that’s the convenience of not having to leave your home! Would definitely recommend, as I’ve found it the best one so far in the area.
