Fantastic valentines set meal. Very friendly staff who were happy to answer questions on the food and cocktail ingredients. Highly recommend. The transition from the cafe to evening venue was achieved through the subtle change of lighting. Lovely art deco style furnishing that transport you back to the time of luxury and elegance. Looking forward to going again soon for either afternoon tea or their mixology class!

Really lovely little place. The staff were friendly and really accommodating. The only thing I would say is that there could be an option for fresh juices as part of the drinks option, as they were actually cheaper than the teas/coffees on the afternoon tea catering. Also, our sandwiches were not what we ordered, but we were slightly awkward and asked for certain ones and not the whole range of what they would usually put out. Other than that, a nice afternoon, throughly enjoyable and filling! Also great value for money compared to other afternoon tea prices elsewhere! I would return in the future.

This was our first experience at Centenary lounge where we had the canapé afternoon tea; the food was fantastic and had an amazing variety, and the staff were as kind and helpful as ever, coffees were great too! The environment itself had a lovely aesthetic and looked clean and sleek, will definitely come here again.

Me and my wife came across this place while we were just looking around Worcester city centre. We were invited by one of the staff while looking for the menu outside. What a opportunity. Lovely interior with a bright lighting. Food and service is on the point . It's bit expensive but what you can expect from GWR.

This has to be the best . Prices a little higher - but what is two pound extra for salmon with eggs Benedict on sourdough bread with a lovely sauce and large americano coffee. Licenced and afternoon teas for those who wish. It's central to city and good service - Pullman standard of this GWR cafe. GWR should be proud .

I recently purchased an afternoon tea with Centenary Lounge, and I was not disappointed! I bought it as a gift for someone and they were so thrilled by this lovely treat during this lockdown. The Centenary Lounge came highly regarded around the Worcestershire area, the website was really easy to use and they also delivered straight to her door! I was fortunate enough to speak with Aasia, the founder and managing director, who was so lovely to talk to and do business with. The whole process was incredibly easy and I would not hesitate to do it again. I was so happy with my order. Within the box was an assortment of freshly baked treats and served well beyond the one person it was supposed to. As mentioned, everything was freshly baked, thoughtful and absolutely delicious! All for just £20 which I think is a steal considering the time and effort put into everything AND you do not even have to leave your house. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone in the area. Thoroughly impressed and I will definitely be coming back to continue supporting Centenary Lounge again.

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very helpful. Spa facilities were very good However, being a vegetarian they failed to have any veggi sausages for breakfast, even though they were told in advance and the evening menu offered was basic. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Went Bank Holiday Monday for late lunch. Had reserved a table, but was running late, staff were super accommodating in changing our time for us. Fresh flowers and candles on the tables. Coffee is outstanding. Food is fresh and quickly prepared. Staff are friendly and attentive. Decor is stylish and fresh. Evem the toilets are beautiful. Highlight, all the cakes are vegan, and taste AMAZING. We're aiming to go back and try one of the afternoon teas soon. Affordable prices for the quality of food served. Definitely another reason to visit Worcester.

Have only frequented this place twice, sadly the first visit was the first day it opened, when workmen were digging up the pavement outside using pneumatic drills! (A noisy breakfast!). Visited again recently, and can highly recommend it. I love the “Art Deco” interior, and being a railwayman also love the “GWR Hotels” porcelain tableware. I would love to collect the entire set, but they’re a little on the “pricey” side (so just settled for 2 Espresso cups - for just over £20 😮). The service by friendly and polite waitressing staff was excellent. Food was lovely. Freshly cooked, warm and well presented. Comfortable, clean, bright interior and the superb decor is a break from the norm. Really hope this cafe/restaurant succeeds and continues in Worcester City centre. Highly recommended!

It was ok. is geared some really good things about this place. We sat upstairs, which had a good view, and was perfectly pleasant. The food was kind of average. I had a slightly greasy fish burger, in a charcoal bun which shattered when I sank my teeth into it. My daughter had a chicken burger. She always ears chicken burgers, and declares this one to just be 'ok'. I definitely wouldn't say 'don't go to Centenary', but I do think that Worcester has better fish burgers and better chicken ones too.

Very pleasant. Art Deco style decor. Friendly service. I was there during the day, but could see they have an extremely well stocked bar and a wide knowledge of cocktails. Refreshing menu with more appealing "new style" items, which will probably appeal more to younger folk. Although I'm in my 70s this is the type of food I like. Delicious pomegranate seed, quinoa, spinach and broccoli salad with orange slices. More traditional food available. Wide range of herbal teas, served in a teapot (2 cup serving);couple near me enjoying traditional tea with generous portions of cake and scones.

Had brunch delivered by UberEats today as I'm a lazy cow. I'm not a veggie, I love bacon but I'm cutting down on red meats so I decided to go for the Lounge Vegetarian breakfast. It was cooked well, presented well and OMG it was soo tasty! I would recommend this to veggies and non veggies alike. I shall definitely be checking this place out once lockdown ends! :-D
