Excellent customer service. Delicious freshly cooked food. Burgers fries so delicious especially vegetables one. Food preparation place , Floor, tables & Men's room spotless clean. Only suggestion is background playing music should not be so loud. Darren and 3 other team mates very good in team work. Well done you guys. Love you @Five Guys Worcester, you all made our Worcester day trip lunch so special memorable. Hope to see you soon in future.🎶👌👌👌✌️✌️✌️

A vegan friend of mine wanted to come here after a work night out. Never thought I'd see him in a fast food place. Loved the fries, it must have been closing time or near, as we got loads in the bottom of the bag!

This is my husband who ate here, he loved it. But, the chips were absolutely coated in salt, he did take them back and get some without salt. But they weren't very flaoursome... Does need salt, but not to the extreme as the first time.

Wow! Just wow! I was always under the impression that this place was an expensive McDonald's!! It's definatley not! The food here is unreal! Portions sizes are not for you, if you only fancy a light bite! Big portions, you get what you want, the cajun spiced fries are awesome (and there's plenty of them) and you get refillable soft drinks too.

Very friendly staff, absolutely delicious food, convenient location but it is quite expensive compared to McDonalds or KFC but you are paying for more premium food. But one of the best things is how much fries they give you, they always throw in another portion of fries in your bag!

The best burgers! It is expensive but you can keep the costs down - try a little bacon cheese burger (single patty) and share a regular fries (two adults). The peanut oil gives the fries a distinct (very nice!!) flavour. Loads of choice for toppings. The milkshakes are amazing. You can even have bacon in your milkshake...

Brilliant service and a tasty meal. My wife and I visited on the 01/04/22 and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of staff service, the simplicity of the ordering process and the quality of the burger. Will be back, no doubt!

Wonderful staff. Very high quality food (as expected from Five Guys). Best of all, they cater for coeliacs! They made me a lettuce wrapped burger and took appropriate measures to ensure there would be no gluten cross-contamination 🤩

This was our first time at Five Guys. What a lovely surprise. Had burgers which were great, fries like none we've had before (they were devine!) and a milkshake made with real bananas. So last night was probably the best night I could of imagined it to be. I called Five Guys hoping to be able to make a nice romantic set up for my boyfriend as by the time he finished work every restaurant would have been closed... they were so lovely on the phone and agreed to help me set up for my boyfriend. I am going away to Greece for a while so it was our last night together. I turned up at Five Guys ready to set up the table, the two managers came over to help me set up and they were the nicest people I have ever met! They were so helpful and kind! I made a lot of friends as all the staff were so amazing. After surprising my boyfriend at his work I acted casual and suggested to grab a quick Five Guys. We ordered normally and all the staff were gathered round smiling as my boyfriend had no idea what was about to happen. After we ordered we walked around the corner where they had set the lights low and you could see our candle lit table in the corner. It was set up so beautifully and with care. The staff were so friendly and available to us the whole night checking in on us and that the food is to our standard. Then they informed us that they had shut the restaurant early just for us! I can’t give more than five stars on here but if I could I’d give it 1000000⭐️

It's ok. The staff are very pleasant and the service now personal than other BK or McD. I think the food is rather over priced and did not live up to the hype written all over the walls (media reviews of Five Guys). The burger was nicer than other burger chains' burgers - better texture and flavour if maybe a little dry. The fries were good while they were hot. I didn't realise at the time but the food must have been incredibly salty as I had a raging thirst for most of the rest of the day. It was expensive and the cost seems to have gone into the quantity - one large and one small portion of fries was twice what we needed to feed two adults and one child. What a waste. If this is some of the best food to come out of the USA as claimed on the walls then heaven help the USA! (I don't believe it is by the way.)

I don't know if its Five guys policy or just the people that work in the Worcester restaurant but I've had such positive experiences each time I've been in. The food is great, made to order so it's always fresh and hot, and the guys working there seem like they're happy to be there and always go the extra mile. They are the opposite of stingy when it comes to sauces, other places will give 1 of 2 or even charge but five guys happily gives me 6+ mayos when I'm in 😂 Once they made the wrong milkshake, fixed it straight away no questions asked and insisted we keep the other shake. And last time we visited, the guy prepared our order and then let us know they had some extra fries and so had put a large instead of a regular in our bag. I'm one of those people who write a negative review when it's warranted but rarely a good one, but five guys really does stand out as a fast food restaurant with really great customer service. That, plus I'm yet to see anywhere else in the UK that does cajun fries like they do, and offers the combinations of shakes they do!

In a time of plant based burgers, five guys, are either lazy or just not bothered. So much potential lost here. This venue is pretty boring too with lots of self congratulatory posters.

So my girlfriend Is going to Greece for quite some time, and last night (Monday 9th August) she not only surprised me at my work, as I didn’t think I’d see her again before she went, but also at Five Guys. The restaurant is our favourite place for fast food, when we arrived we ordered some food, no one was in there apart from my girlfriend and I, and the staff. I noticed that all the staff were smiling and looking at me, I thought something was wrong or they were all just having a good day perhaps, anyway once we’d ordered we walked round the corner inside and all the lights were off, and a table at the end was lit with candles, flowers in the centre, balloons and plates etc set up neatly. I was so surprised at what was going on, we sat down and the manager came over explaining that my girlfriend had been in prior to meeting me, setting the table up with them etc, and also said that they’d locked the doors, and that the floor was ours. We had such an incredible evening in there, the staff were amazing and so was the food, never known hospitality like it. My girlfriend and I go out to eat sometimes, fine dining, restaurants etc, when Lucie met me it was almost 10 O’clock in the evening, and as a chef I know that everywhere in town stops serving food at either 9 or 10, it was a spur of the moment idea from Lucie, and it paid off massively, I’ll never forget that night. Hats off to Five Guys, recommend isn’t even the word.

Today I have been in five guys And I haven’t been disappointed. Other places are bland and dry like mc or burgerking. I have ordered burger with some chips and a drink and could barely finish. Some people might find this place expensive, but when it comes to fresh food and portion size and service, it’s worth it. Definitely coming back. I love Five Guys!!!

In my opinion the best burger in town now. There are so many extras to choose from and it is delicious. The only issue I've got is that when you order large fries they use the same cup as they do for small portion, just the other half of your fries are all over the bottom of the paper bag, in which your meal would be given to you. Come on Five Guys, you can do better, get a bigger cup for your fries!

Came for our boys joint birthday treat, this was our first Five Guys experience and found the burgers as expected, tasty and juicy.
