This was a lunch treat for our two granddaughters- we don't usually eat fast food. They were very quick to tell us what to order- which we did using the touch screen. All the food arrived together, was hot and tasty. It was a very busy lunchtime but we managed to find a table downstairs. We used the facilities to wash our hands before eating.

Only tend to use for treat days for the kids however find this branch not as maintained in the cleanliness. We had to clean our own table and high chair. It was quite quiet on the day I used it and found 2 members of staff pratting about with eachother and hugging the security guard on his arrival.

We had an excellent experience at this MacDonalds today for lunch. A lady called Tracey found us a table for 5 and bought us another chair. We ordered on the app from our table and Tracey bought the meal over for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Had we got enough straws, stirrers, ketchup etc. She bought over crayons and colouring sheets for our grandson and took an interest in what he was doing. All in all an excellent employee to have on your team, MacDonalds!!!

It was an OK experience. We ordered and whilst waiting I popped to the loo for a tinkle. The door was wedged open, the hand dryer was hanging off the wall and the room was more than a little wiffy. I think it needs a little bit of revamp. The food arrived and it was alright. My lad had a new Italian burger thing and he seemed to enjoy it. I had a mcpants burger and it was pretty tasty. I'm not a vegan but have an allergy to cheese. Unfortunately the staff won't put the vegan cheese onto normal burgers, like a big mac. I'm not sure why. Anyway, the mcpants is quite tasty. I had an apple pie too, for the first time in about 10 years. It wasn't hotter than the sun and it was quite greasy. It made me cry a little.

This McDonald's has been there nearly as long as I've been alive. It is a bit of a Teenager hotspot so it can make it very busy. Great place.

The service is fast and they normally maintain everything clean which is good. The space they have is big enough, and the upstairs is comfortable. They have also 2 machines upstairs in case that you want something instead of going downstairs to buy. I don't enjoy that most of the times I buy a drink, the cup is not full filled, but I am paying for it full. That's everything I have to say, good but not perfect. I give it 4 stars!

Stumbled in here at 3:00am on a Saturday. The grill was hot, the oil was bubbling, the esteemed chefs were toiling over their craft, and the light that spilled out of that hallowed building was a beacon for all around. Like moths to a flame we helplessly drifted forth, the smell of nugget batter an irresistible sirensong. I don't remember much about the meal itself, except to say that it was the same as every other McDonald's in the country. Because they're all the same. And you know what? It was what I needed right then.

The staff never seem happy. I know it is hard, but sometimes a smile can make a big difference to the person themselves and to the business. The security guard gave me more than the staff on floor. Very friendly officer.

DO NOT EAT OUTSIDE THIS MCDONALDS - great service but on two occasions now I’ve been attacked by seagulls outside this McDonald’s. It’s a real problem in Worcester read about it. I had to go and buy another one this morning due to being ambushed by two seagulls. This time I’m eating on the train

A few members of staff really stand out as charismatic and make the experience much more enjoyable. Food is as expected, never had any issues there (particularly enjoy their generosity on the pickles front). My one main criticism is that they always managed to get backed up. You can be one of only a few customers when you go in, but the list of orders being processed will always be full by the time your food is ready, even if you've not made any outlandish customisations

There isn't much to say about mcdonalds. The food here is of typical standard for any fast food chain. Luckily the mcdonalds here has a good reputation for providing well made, clean food. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to help with any questions. During the COVID pandemic it should be noted that dining inside is unavailable as to keep health standards and risk of infection low. My only reasoning for not giving it 5 stars is that no effort is made to keep troublemakers and the local homeless/drug addicts away. On multiple occasions I have witnessed drug deals taking place outside in plain sight, as well as local homeless (potentially not even genuinely homeless) asking visitors to give money. In my opinion this is very off-putting as they should not be sat directly in the doorway or outside of an establishment. Other than that, the restaurant itself is very clean and sanitary in terms of mcdonalds standards.

A McDonald's is just like any other really... The food is same, seats are same, staff seem the same... Service from the electronic self service is quick enough but waiting over 5 minutes for 3 items and people with higher order numbers being served first was quite peculiar. Good in case of an emergency as was the case for me. At least you know it's there if needed

So long as you can get past McDonald's bad press throughout its history, then eating here isn't such a chore. The staff seem to be constantly on top of cleaning the tables and floor space. The food passes for it, but the drinks are hard to judge. Milkshakes are sometimes slushy, and then other times impossible to get through a straw, but, as much as it can go bad... it can go good. Always busy, so must be doing something right, and the kids love it. Clean, busy, kids love it, fast service, some good foods, and usually a convenient location wins the race on this review. Bad brand press loses a star though.

My experience with this mcdonalds was great. The staff were very friendly and went above the call of duty to help in any way they could. The service was very fast, the prices are very cheap. They had brilliant table service and didn't go over the top and bother us, but I felt very welcome here.

I came in, ordered on the self service and waited at a table opposite the kitchen for my food, was a bit of a wait but I could see that everyone was constantly on the move to get rid of the waiting time, not a single member of staff standing around. The manager in particular (Craig) did extremely well to get the food out, helping out every food station and still serving the food with a smile - fantastic customer service, very pleasant and a serious asset to the team!

Food is typical McDonalds which isn't bad if that's what your after. The introduction of the self service is very decent and convenient, however it seems 50% chance whether it is quicker to go to the desk and have them hand the food directly vs waiting for the staff to get to your order when you can see it on the tray. Weirdly I think they could change it to fully automated or vending machines, however that would impact the employment issue in the country

You can never beat a good stop at McDonald's. At this location in the middle of Worcester City Centre can get extremely busy so take out is the best but in side is really vibrant and colourful and the food is very nice as you would expect

As McDonalds goes, this restaurant is completely adequate. They provide to you food products in exchange for adequate monetary compensation. If you visit late at night, you will likely meet one or more of Worcester's inebriates. My own story involves a girl who wished for a milkshake in exchange for her phone number. I decided not to accept this exchange. However, the burger and fries met my expectations.

I never ask staff for an order as they seem to get confused if you order extra stuff outside of their "meal deal" not very filling, i end up spend £12 for myself and still want more, generally over priced but is delicious. I like the fact they brought in computer order so it is more accurate however no option to pay with cash on the machines in case my bank account money is low i have to order in person and hesitate more. i dont go often just sometimes but i never regret anytime, good ol' maccies
