Nice place and good atmosphere. Meals were great worth the money. The restaurant itself needs a good clean but ok if you don't take much notice of the greeting dead flowers in booking in area and marked knife and forks.

Excellent value set lunchtime menu. Friendly staff, with nice surroundings and good food. The service was a little slow in our section of the restaurant, but we were not in a rush.

Aninversary meal, it was a date night so had the fixed menu. Service brilliant and Steak cooked perfectly. Nice touch with a happy anniversary message from the kitchen which included some sweet tasters. Would have liked a choice of just ice cream for desert but sadly not on the fixed menu so had to have a sponge pudding then leave most of it.

Henry was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and he enlightened our whole experience. I would absolutely hire him and you have one incredible team member. Please look after him to the level he looked after us which was 10/10. The food was incredible as always, it arrived in a timely manner, the drinks were received quickly. Henry was our waiter for the evening and really made our experience such a lovely and memorable one. 1st time here to celebrate the boys graduation. Was really enjoyable. If I had one very tiny criticism, it would have been the fillet was more medium than medium rare - BUT it tasted superb. Overall a really nice meal and reasonably priced for what it was.

New Yorker here and I have to say the steak was really good. I recommend the mushroom steak sauce. The experience was nice but I was a little disappointed when I saw people there with dirty sneakers and sweat pants. Their website stated smart casual attire. I was expecting a different vibe, but otherwise I think it's okay. Just don't be like me and put on slacks and dress boots. Just casual/sports wear seems fine 🤷🏾‍♀️

The waitress that served us was absolutely lovely, we had a rather stressful time parking the car meaning my fiance had to go and try to sort the parking out just after we had ordered, the starters arrived whilst he was gone-brought by another waitress. When the waitress who had taken our order noticed Adam wasn't there she offered to take our food and put it under the heat lamp, she then asked if I was ok a couple of times as she passed the table. Before this she also came back to explain about the menu and that the choice Adam had made wouldn't come off the discounted Date night menu and wanted to make sure we still wanted that choice. When she brought our desserts she then came back with a little Happy Birthday board wrote in chocolate sauce as we'd mentioned we were there for Adam's birthday. I wish we knew her name as she was an absolute delight and made our first experience at Miller and Carter a lovely one. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, we did have to wait rather a long time for our desserts but they were certainly worth it!!

The Miller & Carter brand is predictably consistent. The food is high quality, service is prompt and the surroundings and ambiance all add to a very pleasant experience. It is not a cheap meal out (Wetherspoons it certainly isn't) but you get what you pay for and this is exactly the right venue for a special occasion.

Service was slow but it was a busy Saturday. Two steak dinners were underdone and had to go back, creating a staggered dinner. My steak was still underdone on return but I accepted it to enable us to get on with the meal. The guy serving us did his best but was let down by the kitchen. Waiter was exceptional, really good service. I wasn’t happy that the prices on the menu were slightly different to the prices charged. Only minor differences which added up to circa £10 extra on the bill at the end. Clearly the menus need updating !

Great food! We loved everything we ordered. They are the experts in steak department, hands down! Can't even described how much we we enjoyed the Chateu Briand that we ordered. Every bite was so worth it you could almost cry. I liked that they offer 3 for £10 sides. If you are bored with the usual chips with your steak. That was really great value. As well as the 2 for £12 cocktails. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. When our waiter learnt that it was my birthday, he brought out this plate with short bread and "Happy birthday" syrup written on it. Very sweet. We will definitely gonna come back here on very special occasions. Not often though. Let's admit it, they are a bit pricey, but hey, it's worth it like I mentioned before. Hence, I'm giving them 5 stars as we were not disappointed by the food and the service.

The service and food was great but as I mentioned to your staff, I was not offered my free drink for joining your club. We spent circa £450 on the night. When I mentioned this to your staff I was told I could have a drink next time! Not quite the reply I was expecting, maybe an offer of the cost of a drink as a discount would have been the professional answer. It is great to be offered a free drink in theory for joining your club but very frustrating when in fact you are not given the free drink. Not sure I want to spend another £450 to get my free drink!

First time we have ever been at a M. C last night Sunday 31st July 2022 and what an experience the staff were out of this world from the time we walked through the door. Our host was Caz who looked after my wife our son his partner and her son and myself. The food was out of this world. Our visits to this Miller and Carter restaurant and as always the service was great and the food excellent! All the staff were friendly and professional, waiting times for food where as expected. What I love is that their gluten free menu has a great variety and I can eat here with confidence. The restaurant decor is current, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing and everywhere you look is clean and tidy. The reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because the service today was slower than usual (we waited for food approx 45 minutes after ordering), it did not appear to be particularly busy but no explanation was given by the waiter.

First time to book a table as I was curios about ,very laud probably because was bussy ,ordered steak as that was the reason to try ,steak come out OK, (I'm qualified EHO also chef with over 30 experience) my mistake was that ordered dessert ,merangue with cream , fruits and mango cullis, there was no fruit in apart of one strobbery chopped up,very disappointed didn't expect sugar with cream and yes the presentation looks good ,but my stomach was very upset all night from that merangue. So sorry guys ,I know you work hard in the kitchen but you need to improve you quality of you desserts so that you get 3 stars 🌟.

Went here for my friends 40th birthday party. 15 of us in total. We arrived at 6pm and where seated straight away.. We had already got our drinks before hand at the bar. Our waitress was called Lucy and was very polite . She took all of our orders. It took abiut 20 mins for the starters to arrive. The mains followed 15 mins after the starters where finished. I ordered a 12oz Sirloin steak done medium rare. The steak was cooked to perfection. Very nice. Everybodys food was hot and very tasty. Presentation was good. I will mention that alot of the steaks where unavailable on the menu. But this did save me spending £50 on a steak. The manager Mike couldn't do enough for us. At one point making his first Espresso Martini due to the usual bar staff being off sick. Overall a very nice and pleasent evening. A big thank you to all the staff. Keep it up.

I love not only the food here, but the staff are absolutely amazing. Each visit I can't fault a single member of staff! Just came here after a nightmare at a previous place and they squeezed us in. A group of 4 of us had the menus for about 20 minutes after ordering some wine. The waitress came to take the order 3 of our party could not have first choice starters as the kitchen had run out. The same 3 could not have second choice starters as these had run out so we're left with Hobsons choice. We asked to see the manager. We asked for some consolation but were told that because the waitress at the point of taking the order had informed us of the lack of items then the establishment felt no cause to sweeten our dissapointment. I would disagree as we could have been informed of shortages when we were seated 20 minutes previously.

Eating here is not cheap but as long as you are aware of that you won't be disappointed by the food or service. Place was very busy but it all seemed under control. There are Miller and carter's which have more character than this one but Worcester is still very nice. We were served by Jess who was excellent and really bubbly. We went here for Xmas day, 2 adults 3 kids spent just over £300 altogether. Food was very good, as always, service was quite slow but we didn't mind as it was relaxing. Our server was OK but impersonal, they sounded like they were reading from a script, so it didn't feel friendly and inviting. Our only gripe is We didn't get offered any extra drinks at the table and struggled to find a server to get us some when we had empty glasses. We'd have spent a lot more time and money here had we been offered more, but decided to go home for a cosy atmosphere instead.

Sensibly distanced spacing, comfortable seating and nicely air conditioned on a very hot day. Staff very friendly, polite and pleasant. Our steaks were all perfectly cooked, to the different requests of our small party. The chefs really do know how to cook steaks. And the steaks, of different types, were all of uniformly good quality. The mini dessert and coffee rounded off a very pleasant social meal, this party's first indoor meal out since easing of lockdown. Excellent and very easy to recommend.

Excellent service and excellent food. Only 2 minor issues. The food came out like an exoset (quickly) and the wine was not as good as I'd have hoped. Like I said though, minor faults as everything else was fantastic, the steaks cooked perfectly and the waitress was brilliant. I like a bit of time to enjoy the food and restaurant, to some that would be deemed slow but to my wife and I maybe we felt a bit rushed, not a criticism really, just personal opinion. We had sharing seafood platter and the chefs selection board of steaks.

I had the salt and pepper calamari to start and the 16 oz rib eye as main. All cooked to perfection, can't fault service or food. My wife had the spicey chicken nuggets to start and the 8 oz sirloin. Both very happy. The Covid precautions were good, but care needs to be taken entering/ exiting the restaurant and also the toilets as access is quite narrow.

Honestly speaking hands down the best steak I have eaten at a miller and carters restaurant, we usually eat at the Dickens heath branch. However the service and attitude of certain servers and management does not match the food very disappointing as its usually the other way round. We will stick with our local branch

I was really excited to go here as I had heard great things about this place. Sadly, I found it overpriced and disappointing. When we first arrived there was a huge bouquet of dead lilies by the front desk that smelled pretty unpleasant and had slimy petals all over the floor under the vase. The waiting staff were pretty friendly and very helpful so cannot fault them at all. The drinks were really nice. The starter was okay (mushrooms were not seasoned at all and even after adding salt it was pretty bland). The fries our table were served were inedible. They were so hard and not particularly warm--my guess is that they had been sat for a long time under the hot plate. The steak was enjoyable but for the price I it really should have been better. I had the Creme brulee for dessert and it was pretty cold and the sugar on top was not caramelised. A few of these issues were mentioned to the waiting staff but by the time they had come over it would have been too late to have taken half of the food away. Honestly, I don't think I would eat here again. It's especially disappointing as this was for my mums birthday meal so I didn't want to kick up too much of a fuss at the time.

Amazing sharing meal for me and my partner service was very quick and polite even though they were maxed out. Steaks were cooked exactly as we had asked and very tasty, I did ask for a half lobster for a side but the waitress informed me after she had spoken with the kitchen that they were sold out. She was very apologetic and suggested other side's we might want to try, we decided against having a side which ended up to be a good idea because the butcher's block was very filling.

We go very regularly to the Worcester branch. Sadly this was not up to the usual experience. We were shown to our table and forgotten about for 15 minutes. I had to find a member of staff. Ordered a pint of diet coke. A bottle was delivered. To be fair, this was not charged for. The cod had a strange bubbly coating. The waitress agreed and saw the chef who sent his apologies. The fries were not particularly hot and fresh. The apple crumble was lovely as always. We were charged the full price. We hope for a good experiece next time.

Ok, first of all, the 5 stars reflect the professionalism of the staff there - all the ones who dealt with us were truly fantastic especially as they were working on Christmas Day! For the food, if there was an option, I would give 3 stars. We had a table for 2 on Christmas Day costing a little over £70 a head. My meal was ok - my wife’s however had a burnt potato, a burnt pig in blanket and black sprouts. She only had two potatoes but one of them was rock hard and totally black on the one side as was the pig in blanket. The sprouts were that dark and burnt, we thought they were mushrooms at first. The other courses we had were lovely. Why didn’t we complain? It was Christmas Day - we appreciate the staff who have to work on this day and to be fair, as mentioned the staff were brilliant, attentive and caring. It was the first time we have eaten out on Christmas Day and yes we were a little disappointed so maybe next year we might try elsewhere. But 5 stars to the staff there. They are a credit to them!

Took my my family here to celebrate my lads 16th birthday a couple of years back and had a pretty poor experience. Two years later my lads 18th and he wanted a good steak, our go to was fully booked, Ounce so we thought lets try again. This time our table was by the managers station, by the kitchen, the manager spent most of his time leaning on our partition which felt a bit oppressive as our view was his back, also quite frustrating that he was constantly barking orders at some and moaning about some staff to others which was pretty invasive to our conversation. Food was ok. If you want great steak and really good service go to Ounce instead.

If you have mobility issues like I do I wouldn't recommend going here unless you are able to use and bring your own reusable bendy straws. Even though I enjoyed the food I will not return because of this issue. ETA: really won't be going back as the reply to this stated incorrect information. Straws make up less than 1% of the plastic waste in the ocean. Not having fish on the menu would make a bigger impact as plastic waste from the fishing industry makes up 46% of the plastic in the ocean. Disabled people need accessibly like straws under the disability act. The straw ban says you can't sell straws companies are simply choosing to not provide them. This is an accessiblity issue.
